I have had the WORST experience and service with XPO. I called almost daily due to my installation of my home appliances due to it being rescheduled twice and when I ask to speak to a supervisor as they told me an "escalated ticket" has been created I never received a return call. Therefore my appliances have been sitting in my garage (oh did I mention delivery and installation was supposed to be on the same day, but when delivered they told me..."Oh no just deliver, you have to call to schedule installation." This was NOT what I was told when I originally scheduled with this company. The runaround, lack of communicaction, and poor customer service is beyond terrible. Samsung needs to contract with a different company for their delivery and installation of their products. read more

Horrible experience!!! I can't believe Peloton pays this company to deliver. I ordered the tread back in October and was advised it was going to be delivered the next week. It has been rescheduled 4 times!!! They keep saying that delivery personal does not have my contact number, yet when I call them can look me up by my phone number when I give it to them and they see my phone number in my account. When I asked to speak to a supervisor magically their system is down. When I asked to have the Sumner office number they said they can't give it to me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the most unreliable, unprofessional business I have ever worked with. Today is the fourth delivery attempt that did not happen. I have spent weeks rescheduling a new date, after new date to get my delivery, with promise after promise that it will be here the next time, yet it doesn't happen. Excuse after excuse as to why my delivery just keeps getting bumped from the route, and then having to wait weeks for them to have a new available date in my area. Not only that, they completely fail to communicate. If it weren't from the vendor who hired them having access to see their deliveries, I would have no idea what is going on. I am the one having to reach out to XPO to ask questions, only to be put on hold, or not have my call returned when they say they would. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. When we discovered two of the six boxes were wrong we I called XPO "customer service" and was told there is nothing they can do about it and I would need to call the company I ordered the items from. They have no way of contacting their drivers. I explained that it may be possible our correct two boxes were still on the truck but was again told nothing could be done. Didn't deliver all of the cabinets in one shipment. We were told by the driver that the remaining cabinets would be delivered by the end of the day. We called them at the end of the day because the remaining shipment hadn't arrived. We were told that the remaining shipment wasn't going to he until the next day. We had made arrangements to take time off to have someone there for the delivery and we never got a courtesy call about the remaining cabinets. We have been waiting since Nov 10 for XPO to deliver our Samsung Washer & Dryer. They said they would be installed between 12-4, and would call 30 min before to let us know, but supposedly came at 10:30, with no advance call, and took a picture of our house, with our car in the driveway, and left. Never came to the door, and no call or text. We found out later that they said they tried to call when they arrived, but our house is a dead zone for some cell services, so their call didn't go through. So they said no one was home. BTW, our yard is not fenced, so "dangerous dogs" is not an excuse. Had they called 30 min earlier, we would have been in the yard waiting for them. After that is when the troubles really started. We have had delivery scheduled 2 more times - none of which were ever attempted, let alone completed - today, 12/14, is the third time, but they said they would notify us of the time a day before, and we have received nothing. Same issue as other reviewers - can rarely get hold of Customer Service, even after spending long times on hold, or get disconnected on answering, and never reach the local center to see what is actually happening. Bryan seems to answer the same way to everyone who complains here, except the guy in San Jose. Did you notice all these other complaints are from SEATTLE? Sumner seems to be the problem. We need to be able to wash our clothes - I can only turn my underwear inside out twice! PLEASE, have someone give us a call, or Bryan, you call Sumner and tell them to be sure they deliver/install ALL the 12/14 scheduled Samsung washers & dryers, and not reschedule any of them. This is my second review. I was supposed to have my second delivery today. We scheduled it yesterday for 4 pm today. I then received an email stating the delivery would be 3:30 - 6:30. They did come the day that I had my appt. I liked the guy who delivered my mattress however they should be trained as far as info they deliver. I was told by Casper that they would take the whole mattress. They said they would only take the top mattress and not the base so that was not the white glove service I was told would happen. They also told me the mattress could not rest on slats and after talking to the store they said that was not true and that it was was designed for that. With the sleep number base it was too tall for me to even climb into. We now have to figure out how to get rid of the base and had to try and move the mattress off to get the base out from underneath the very heavy mattress! I had a great experience with XPO delivery. They gave me a 3 hour delivery window estimate 24 hours before delivery via text and VM. They reached out the morning of delivery and asked if they could move up the time due to a few cancellations which worked out great for me. XPO delivered a large dining room table I purchased off of Amazon. They reached out to use to ensure the delivery time would work. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. We ordered a washer and dryer earlier this week, and it was delivered today. I was really happy with how quickly they were able to schedule us. We got a call yesterday with a 4 hour delivery window, an email this morning when the delivery crew left with our shipment, and a call 15 minutes prior to their arrival. Was told it was going to be the next day instead due to a shortage of manpower. Fine, but at least call me and let me know there was a delay. You guys aren't the only ones who have to adapt to a schedule change. If something needs to be changed, I get it. But call someone and let them know. Don't make that person call you to find out. This experience has been a nightmare!!! I would give zero stars if I could. It has been so difficult to even set up the delivery with XPO Logistics for my McGee & Co table. I've been on hold numerous times, finally got it scheduled, they did not call 30mins before delivery window as promised, showed up before my 10:30-2:30 window & I was not home yet so they left. I waited around all day finally realizing what happened & when I called in they blamed me repeatedly. They supposedly didn't have my phone number when I've given it to them many times. I am STILL waiting for my expensive table to be delivered & now worried about the condition it will be in.
