My Samsung washer and dryer delivery was scheduled on Jul.30th. On that morning, I received a call from their warehouse, (253) 719-1114 that their truck was out of capacity. OK, totally understand. And they rescheduled it to Jul.31st. On the 31st morning, local warehouse called again and said they lost the package. What does that even mean? And caller told me she gonna search it in the warehouse and then just hung up. I never received any calls later and their phone always got no one answered. I called Samsung next day and Samsung said they will contact XPO about the package. Then I received the message that my delivery got rescheduled on Aug.7th. That's whole week delay and I have to be without washer for entire week. But that's not ended. On Aug.6th afternoon, the local warehouse called me again and told me the same story: My package is missing so they have to cancel the delivery tomorrow. And what did you do for the past one week? Didn't you already know that a week ago? Why didn't you report it to Samsung and ask for replacement? I contact Samsung and they said XPO has to do a dock search and reports package missing before they can replace the package. I just wonder how long I have to wait before I can use my washer. One week, two weeks? One month? Ridiculous. Who knows what they gonna do. Maybe reschedule it one week later and tell me the package is lost again by then. I paid Samsung for delivery. If that's depend on me, would never use logistics service like this. ============ Just got a call from XPO, not local warehouse, probably their coordinate center, this morning (Aug.7th) that they received the request to reschedule the delivery. Who asked for that request? Just like the same gimmick last week. They will hold one week off and local warehouse will tell me my package is lost next Saturday? The guys who delivered my bed were professional and very nice. One of the guys answered all my questions. They were very fast in the set up and cleaned up all paper, etc. that the bed came in. It was said I would receive the bed in 3-5 business days. Due to the holiday and some snow, it was delayed almost 2 weeks. They should be a little more careful going down the driveway. When they left, they ran over a grassy spot next to my driveway and left a deep tire track in an area that I mow. It's not that big of a deal. Also, the receptionist who left me a voicemail about the delivery was a bit abrupt and almost rude. But, all-in-all I would use this company again, as the delivery guys were excellent. read more

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!! Zero stars! I have had to reschedule my delivery for the 3rd time. Each time I've been told they don't have room on their trucks to deliver my order. This is completely ridiculous! I have also tried speaking to a supervisor and that has not happened. Also, every time you call them which is the only way to get a hold of someone you wait at least 20 mins to get through even though the automated message says there is no one ahead of you. Do not buy from a company that uses XPO for shipping unless you like waiting months to actually receive your order. read more

I ordered a refrigerator from Wayfair with a delivery date set at 2/18/21 and on the fifth of February I finally got in touch with XPO Logistics to set up the delivery. Their response was that the soonest delivery date would be 3/9/21. I received a tracking e-mail that showed the rout and time to expect delivery. No one called or contacted me in any way but they did un-schedule the delivery so I didn't get my refrigerator. I contacted the "Customer Service" for XPO the next day and was told that the item had not been returned to the hub yet but that someone would be in touch in 24 to 48 hours. No one was in touch so I called and was told that someone would be in touch in 24 hours. This is not acceptable. It is a shell game and probably illegal since the item if fully paid for and they are just not delivering it. At least it could be considered a breach of contract. I have suggested to Wayfair and Samsung that they should consider not doing business with these people. Update 3/17/21 The saga continues. I was told that the driver tried to call on the delivery date but no one answered. The problem with this statement is that I have caller ID on my phone and no one from XPO called that day and the 2 calls that did come in I answered. Every time I call customer service to get a new delivery date I'm told that someone will be in touch "24 to 48 hours later" which has not happened. I feel like I'm being given the run-around and being lied to. If this is how Samsung likes there deliveries done maybe they don't need my business. Update 3/18/21 The saga ends. After being lied to yet again I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I canceled my order and found a nice GE refrigerator at a local store so I won't have to wait a month and a half to get it. read more

Horrible customer service. They lie. Tell you they will deliver and give you time frame and say they will call. Then they never do and I am STILL trying to get a hold of them to get my package. its been in a wearhouse less then a hour from where I live for about a month now. They were supposed to deliver the 17th and today is now the 28th and I still can't get a straight answer as to where and when my package will arrive. I will never use XPO again and I will make sure no one I know uses this awful company as well. read more

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. This place lost my order, even after it was confirmed through FedEx that it was delivered to them. And then magically found it when I threw a fit (after it sat in their warehouse for 2 weeks). They have done absolutely nothing to make their error right. The Warehouse or whoever is in charge of the products needs some serious revamping. They (the warehouse people) never answer their phones or respond to emails sent from outside or even within their own company. I would never deal with this company if I had a choice and I hope businesses that do deal with them will seriously reconsider NOT continuing to do so. I gave XPO my contact information and the message I got was that someone will contact me within 48 hours. That never happened. I cancelled my Amazon order and XPO was supposed to pick it up from there Sumner facility to return so I can get refunded. They didn't do it. Instead XPO called me to reschedule delivery again. I told them my story and she said I had to call Amazon. I called the number provided but got a message saying that nobody is available to answer. I called XPO and Geno hung up on me. I called back and a female connected me to Amazon who than called the XPO facility. I was told that XPO will try to return the item this week. I really doubt that this will happen. XPO is the worst carrier I've ever dealt with. If I think I that there is even a possibility that a seller is going to use XPO I will contact them in the future to make sure they aren't. If they insist on using them I will not purchase their products. I will never deal with XPO again. read more

I would like you to know I am highly dissatisfied with XPO as a delivery service provider. The took to many days to move only 200 miles then they said the item was going to be delivered on the 26th but, they will not deliver it on the 26th only by appointment but, they never called me to set up an appointment. It's almost 10am and no calls or moment went to my package. I had to call them then they told me they "just got it today" which is bullshit they received it on Friday at 11:11 not on Tuesday, then when I asked about it I was told "oh we don't work on the weekends". Last I checked Friday is not a weekend. They are refusing to deliver the unit today because they are all booked up, thanks for your customer service. So now assuming they show up tomorrow it took them 8 days to move the unit from las vegas. That should have been 3 or 4 tops for any other logistics company. So this company won't honor their own word, and wants you to set up an appointment otherwise your package will sit there for god only knows how long. read more

First off I'm giving this company 3 stars not based on the final, THIRD attempt at delivery but the OVERALL experience I had with them. So for my 1st attempted delivery the company decided to completely cancel my order, which myself nor Amazon did not do. When I called to see why my order wasn't going to be delivered the lady was so rude to me I was ticked! 2nd attempt, my order was out for delivery and then I see the truck broke down, ugh! I get it stuff happens but I was a little mad since this was the 2nd attempt. Also NO ONE called me to tell me they needed to reschedule so I had to call myself and talk with a few different people before finally picking a 3rd time for delivery. By this time I was over it and said this is the final straw, I'll be canceling my order completely if they can't deliver this time. So the day of my scheduled delivery I receive a call that the driver was on their way, my fingers and toes were crossed. To my surprise they showed up!! WHAT?! The delivery people were both very nice and I thanked them multiple times and told them their company had been a pain to work with but I'm glad they were nice upon delivery. So overall I'm so glad I finally got my order but I really don't want to every deal with this company again because their communication and service people STINK!!!! read more

I received a call the day before to let me know that my time slot was 2:30-6:30. I then received another call 30 minutes prior to arrival. The two gentlemen who executed the delivery were very kind and professional. They removed the old mattress and box spring before opening and placing the new Casper mattress! The whole process took only about 15 minutes, which was great because I was in the middle of work. Great job I say! read more

Well, just like literally every other review on this page, I have been screwed in having XPO deliver my Samsung washer/dryer. Delivery was supposed to be May 15th, which then got changed to May 18th. Got the confirmation email, text. Tracking updated that the driver was en route to my destination on that day. Great! The delivery time passes and nothing. Not a call, text, or update. Called their "customer service" line, which is just an outsourced call center, which absolutely no help. I attempted to call 4-5 times and was unable to get any resolution other than I need to wait for the local hub to reach out to me. This was two days ago. Of course they cannot give out the number to the local hub so I'm just sitting here without a washer/dryer. I am seriously debating just cancelling my order with Samsung and ordering from somewhere else, although I'm concerned I would just need to deal with this shady company again. DO. NOT. USE. read more
