The two gentleman who delivered my stove were excellent. They removed to old stove, then quickly set up the new one. The made sure it was perfectly centered and LEVEL! So important when baking! Twice no delivery. No call. No text. First delivery day we were given no reason for no delivery. Given a second delivery date over a week later but refused and given sooner date of Thursday. Again no communication and was told driver went over 10 hours of drive time When we called to find out about delivery. Our delivery was canceled before our window even started. We had just finished getting everything ready to make it as easy as possible for the delivery and setup. Reason was customer not home. No call or anything! We called RXO customer service and the representative was no help at all, clearly reading from pre prepared statements. Asked to talk to her manager and was told they were too busy and they would call us in 30 minutes. No call back. We had the vendor call the Sumner office to see what happened and it turns out the driver lied about us not being home because he didn't feel like doing the delivery and setup. We paid $200 for this treatment and it is absolutely unacceptable! Say no to RXO if they are the delivery service as they don't deliver! ZERO STARS! Update: The response below from "Bryan" is some kind of auto response or copy paste as this is word for word the same response I got from another review I left on a separate platform. Clearly they dont really care about doing a good job. Reading up on this company, wow, a whole lot of people had a horrible time with these guys. They subcontract deliveies and often have seperate drivers for delivery and install. You can end up with something delivered and never installed. Again, our driver lied and said we werent home because "he didnt feel like doing it", customer service wouldnt help us and lied about calling us back, and "Bryan" gives me a copy paste response here sending me to their useless customer service. wouldn't trust this inept company to deliver an email. XPO was supposed to delivery my peloton tread base on Friday, 2/25/22 between 1:30pm - 4:30pm PST. I was told that I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 4:15pm when I had not heard anything, I called in and was assured that while they were running late, we were going to be the 2nd of the next two stops for the delivery team. They no-showed, no-called. When I called back the next morning (I gave up hope at 9pm) to find out what happened, I got an automated message saying I'd be rescheduled to 4/7/22 - over a month away! The human I eventually spoke to couldn't do anything to help. Then, later that day I got an email saying it was time to schedule my delivery (even though it was scheduled for 4/7, someone must have canceled it) and the soonest date available is now 4/18. So XPO messed up and I now have to wait over a month and half to get my delivery. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. When you call customer service, conveniently no one can ever talk to the warehouse and I'm just told someone will call me back IF a sooner date is available. Absolutely horrible customer service and an even worse customer experience. If ever given a choice of delivery companies, I will not be using XPO. read more

Contacted MYX to cancel the order. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I know it doesn't matter to anyone else in this process but my time is just as important as the companies selling and/or delivering their product. They really just don't care. Do yourself a favor and if you are making a large purchase to be delivered, find out who their delivery company will be and don't order if it is XPO. Read the other reviews. You've been warned. I want to update this review because the delivery from Ben went smooth. He called 15 minutes before arriving we met at the gate on base and he even helped me take down the card board of my couch. He did mention to me that there was no notes on my profile that stated we lived on base which was clearly stated. 5/5 stars for delivery but 4/5 stars for communication (it could be better). I still have not received my bike.. and when they rescheduled they said they would try to have it there.. i have NEVER been so angry.. they would not guarantee that it would be there again. To be honest, I was really nervous at first because I had read countless bad reviews about delivery.. I started hopeful when I ordered my bed at the beginning of December and had a scheduled delivery date for December 20th. December 20th came and the agreed upon time frame was between 3:00pm-9:00pm-- they came at 11:30am and I unfortunately missed them because I wasn't around at that time. they had me re-schedule a delivery and the SOONEST possible delivery date was January 17th! a whole month, dang... so jan. 17th got here and even tho the time frame for delivery said one thing, I planned for another, and then some.. you know, JUST IN CASE, LOL. so I woke up early and waited a bit and finally received a call saying they are sorry but they were overcapacity and i'd have to reschedule... okay, now i'm starting to really get nervous.. am I going to get my bed? do I need to drive to the warehouse myself to get it? I then asked what the soonest date is that they could deliver and they told me Feb 7th. I was pretty upset at this point... but then I got an alert that evening saying my new date for delivery would be jan 19th (today) so I crossed my fingers and hoped because that would be awesome! well, I got my bed. :). the driver called when he was 30-40 minutes away and was VERY nice. when they arrived at my apartments, they called to let me know and I came down right away. 2 very nice gentleman went above and beyond to help me get it up 5 flights of stairs (I know.... I know.... i'm tired just thinking about the stairs too! imagine groceries!? good times hahaha) but yeah, I signed for my delivery after they physically brought my king sized headboard/footboard INTO the entrance of my apartment. seriously how nice!!! I know there was an option to pay extra to have that done, but they did it out of the kindness of their hearts! I read the terms/conditions and fine print so I was well aware that apartments with a lobby mean that delivery drivers only have to bring it to the lobby and not any further! if you don't have a lobby, then they bring it to your apartment directly.. but like I said, we have a lobby! haha. anyways, the bad reviews scared me a little bit, but you have to remember that most of the time when something goes great, people compliment in person or don't think to write a review. it's usually only people who had a bad experience that think to write a review to inform others and let the company know what's going on.. so that's why I am here. I wanted to write a good review to maybe help ease the mind of others who are debating on using XPO :). reflecting back at everything, it also made me realize that it still is a pandemic and a lot of places are short staffed right now! which is probably why the re-delivery dates kept getting pushed so far out. we are all just doing our best and everything else for me went smoothly :) I DO recommend this company. sorry for the novel! but now you have some insight. read more

I scheduled a delivery for 2 couches on Feb 18th and they were supposed to be delivered today. I just called XPO after checking the status online all day long and it never updating. They told me the couches weren't loaded onto the truck, and that they can't expedite the shipping or find out what happened they can just reschedule for March 22nd.... that's 2 more weeks and they won't let me go pick them up 45 min away. If you schedule someone to receive an item very far in advance and then just never deliver the item or give an update to the client that's terrible business. read more

Oy. What a mess. I had a washer and dryer delivered, they were also supposed to install and take away the old ones. They brought the new, took away the old but didn't install either new appliance!! I paid for installation. That was Thursday. Next scheduled install appointment for Monday. Ok. I waited no text or phone call to confirm web app said 9am. I looked again and they had CANCELED it without NOTIFYING ME!! I called to find out the problem, I still don't know why the appointment was canceled and I was not notified. Schedule appointment for Wednesday. No time, wouldn't know what time until later. Again I only found out when they would be coming by looking at web link. The guys who did show up to install called when they were 30 minutes out. Actually showed up and were professional, technically correct and were in and out of here in about 30 minutes. They were polite and apologized for the mess at the beginning of this epic. I am now doing laundry. This took 7 days!! This company and their customer service is horrific. Literally, I have never had a worse experience with having something delivered. They rescheduled my delivery MULTIPLE times. They had ZERO follow up. They lied about having called me. They lied and said that they attempted to deliver my treadmill and that I was not home. I was home the entire day with my phone sitting next to me. They NEVER showed up. They never called. They said they would deliver between a certain time and then claimed to have attempted to deliver the treadmill at a time that was far outside of the delivery window. They never called to reschedule. I had to call over and over and over again only to be told that I needed to be patient after being inconvenienced and having to rearrange my schedule over and over to make sure that I would be home on the off chance that they might actually deliver my treadmill the 4th time they said they would. May 26th, a new delivery date, cancelled May 29th, a new delivery date, cancelled, June 3rd, a new delivery date, cancelled, June 19th, another new date, at this time I requested Peloton cancel my order.
