Peloton Delivery: I had a delivery scheduled for Nov 12. No call from XPO, didn't show. Rescheduled for Nov 17, same thing. No call, no show. Rescheduled for Nov 23, again same thing. No call, no show. Rescheduled for Dec 2, once again same thing. No call, no show. Its incredible that companies are willing to pay for this kind of service from XPO. Spoke to a couple of unhelpful customer service reps today who said they would try to reschedule for Dec 14. It's crazy that I have had to plan to have someone at my house to try and be there for delivery and then there is no call. The most frustrating thing about this experience is that no one calls back and there is no one to talk to at the local hub. Even worse is that the local warehouse/hub is 20 minutes away. I could have picked up the bike weeks ago. The fact that the next delivery date available is another 2 weeks is insane. Probably the worse experience from a delivery service I have ever come across. I honestly have more faith in the US postal service than this "shipping" company. read more

I was able to schedule for next day delivery once my items arrived at XPO. The guys arrived 20 minutes into the 4 hour window which was awesome and I received an automated text when I was the next stop. The two guys handled my boxes with care and delivered them in my living room just inside the front door as described. They handled everything with care and were courteous. I'd ordered my mattress from Casper for a Black Friday deal just before I moved to a new location. As soon as I found my new place I notified Casper, and was told that my situation wouldn't be an issue to change address details. Two weeks later.. The day of delivery came and I was informed that the drivers showed up and was unable to deliver. So I rescheduled thinking maybe I'd missed the doorbell. Another two weeks for redelivery. This time I found out the real issue, that my address hadn't been changed on the delivery side, and I had to go through a full day of checking to see if my address had been updated to dispatch, confirming with Casper that they'd updated my address a month ago, and for some reason XPO hadn't gotten the update yet. Halfway through the day they tell me that the driver is on the way. At the end of the day I call XPO to find out the delivery is delayed. No text updates at this point. I call once again to find out the office is closed. Next day calling again... to the effect of, we didn't know about your new address. We will have to reschedule. Two weeks later. I finally get my mattress. At the end of the process, it took a month to notify XPO of my address change and another half a month to finally get my product delivered. Casper from what I can tell had updated as soon as I knew. I'm not sure how to fix the communication for order updates, but the current functions are not that efficient imo. That said, once everything was updated and the last delivery scheduled, the delivery folks were as professional as can be.. Thanks XPO. This is far beyond inconvenient, confusing and most difficult delivery experience so far. They continue to postponed the delivery even after confirming the dates over and over again. We schedule a day, they cancel it later and asks me to schedule again. Then pushes a few weeks later again. When I call to understand what is going on, cannot get a hold of live person. After last delivery attempt that I scheduled and received confirmation; the new issue was the driver won't deliver your area on Wednesdays. However this was not disclosed to me until the day of expected arrival and I file a complaint to find out. If that's the case why you let me schedule a Wednesday. It has been 60 days since I placed my order with the vendor and this delivery company still couldn't delivery it even it's in their warehouse sitting. I gave them one last chance to complete the delivery and if still unable to do so, I will contact the vendor I purchased and cancel entire order of appliances along with further complaints file with BBB so future customers or clients understand the potential issues in horizon. I took a Serta bed delivery from them. I got a call the day before from their office to confirm a delivery window. Krystal told me how many stops I was in so I had a better idea of what time they would get there. I asked her if she could have the driver call me 45 mins before he came. Delivery day came and he actually called me in the morning 45 to 1 hr before arriving. This made my delivery extremely smooth as I had to travel to the delivery address. We arrived on site around the same time and it was a smooth delivery. Communication is key in logistics and I am glad they executed both communication and keeping a time schedule to deliver at the time stated. The drivers were courteous and followed instructions. I ordered mattress and support base, online scheduled for a week out. Within 30 minutes I had a call saying there were deliveries in area for tomorrow, would I want to change delivery date. Of course I did. Was told it would be delivered between 11 and 3 today. 10:45 I rceived a call they would be at my home by 11. The delivery said undeliverable before our delivery window even came up and the customer service woman had no explanation for us. They won't let you talk to a manager to resolve either. This company is completely unreliable-if you order a bed from a company that uses them to deliver, you would be better off getting the bed yourself! Definitely stay away! Updating to add that I was never contacted back by customer service as promised and this fake canned reply from the "business manager" is the same exact response to every bad Yelp review! My home appliance delivery and installation experience with XPO logistics is just BEYOND TERRIBLE. 6 appointments later of faults not on me. my brand new washer and dryers are still not installed. They charge you for delivery and installation and just won't do their job, almost sounds like a scam. I've got a brand new washer sitting here for 3 months and brand new replacement dryer (they damaged the first one during delivery) sitting here for 3 weeks and CANNOT use either of them. They just treat you like you don't need to work, got nothing to do all day whenever they tell you they're coming. You're supposed to just sit there all day at best you get a 4 hour arrival window, if you're unluckily you don't even get an arrival window they just tell you "as of now, in our system, it does not have an arrival window" when you call THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT! and tell you to wait for someone to call that never happened. If I get to do it again, I'd pay a bit more and just get w/e else you can get from Costco or Home Depot. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. if you're interested in the full learning experience, here are the timeline of events and you can decide if you want to deal with it for whatever deal you're getting: Appointment 1: initial delivery, washer came, fridge came, dryer was brought to the door last and delivery people showed deep scratches on the brand new dryer like a car bumper hit a curb that it didn't clear. Brought it back for replacement (I would suggest you to not be a nice person like me and have them install the damaged one anyways while they bring you the new one so you don't need to go to laundromat and sit for hours every week. They ain't gonna tell you it'll take months when you waited for a week for your initial delivery). Appointment 2: after 3 months, the replacement dryer finally came. delivery person said "stacking kit is missing screws cannot install will need to come back later to install". Appointment 3: 2 days later 2 new people showed up and I asked them if they brought replacement stacking kits or screws, they said "oh! we weren't told to bring stacking kits or screws we're here to install the washer/dryer. We're a contractor and don't carry parts, you have to contact Samsung". If that's what I needed to do why didn't the first set of people tell me!? wasting my time! Appointment 4: rescheduled same week on a Saturday. when I asked when they're coming while booking the appointment they said "a day before you will get the arrival window". Friday evening I still didn't get an arrival window so I called, they said there will be a voicemail overnight. Saturday morning, I still don't got nothing about arrival window. I called again, they said "your service and installation appointment arrival window will be between 3-7 pm, when they're half an hour away they will give you a call" 7:20pm came, no phone call, no missed call no doorbell... I called them, they said oh! the service ticket says "service cannot be performed, not home" ARE YOU SERIOUS!? no calls, no door bells, previous people that came even had to call me to ask my unit number and you just put not home without even coming!? Appointment 5: after the call on Saturday evening of course they said someone will call within 24-48 hrs and of course that didn't happen. so I called Tuesday, they said we'll schedule you for Friday. Friday came of course don't know when they're coming still, so I called and they said "oh! our record says your appointment is ready for scheduling" so has the ghost story began and now my appointment just magically disappear!? they said they don't know what's going on but Saturday morning they (lady on the line) will personally call me by 9am and connect me with a resolution specialist. Saturday 10am, no call. I called again telling them I was supposed to be connected to a resolution specialist, waited for a bit and got connected. He said next earliest appointment is next Wednesday (today), asked when they're coming, same lines, you'll find out the day before. Appointment 6: Wednesday morning 10 am today, still don't know when they're coming, called them and ghost story continues, guy on the line says "as of now, our record does not have an arrival window for your appointment, rest assure someone will call you when they're half an hour away". 5pm after work, no phone call, no doorbell no nothing. I called again, guy on the line continues to say "as of now, our record does not have an arrival window for your appointment, rest assure someone will call you when they're half an hour away, please wait for the call". Ghost story continues, 10pm no calls, no email, no doorbell no nothing. got baited so many times I have the needed numbers written down and chat URLs bookmarked and always ask for a call back number because they ain't going to call you even if they said they will. 24-48 hrs is a lie most times, you manage your own order, MAYBE things will get done. Absolutely horrible service, reliability and customer support. I had a transmission shipped from these guys and they called to set up a delivery between 9AM and 12PM requiring my presence. I was assured that it would be here no later than 12 I clock because I had to be at work at 12:30 at the latest. OK great that is fine I guess I can sit around and wait for 4 hours, that should be plenty of time for something to get delivered on time right? Wrong. At about 12:15 I had to call (myself) and ask where my package was. I was then put on hold while the driver was contacted. Then I was told that they were sorry but the driver was running behind and the package should arrive no later than 1:00. Fun. OK so 1:30 rolls by and no truck, 1:45... 2:00... I call again: "we are sorry but it's going to be closer to 3:00 now. " ok well what happened to one hour late? I then find online through their website that this company has an ON TIME GUARANTEE and I tell them that they are now causing me to lose money with each additional hour I have to wait because I am not working but just sitting around waiting for my $1,000 transmission to be delivered. I then say that since my item was clearly nit on time that I would like to be refunded my $225 shipping fee I was charged to which the response was short, simple and blatant: "NO" to which I responded with the fact that I would like to speak with a manager. The supervisor (Brian) then tells me that there is no guarantee and that I would not be refunded because he could not do anything about it. I asked to be put on the phone with someone that could do something about it and he said he would have me put first on the drivers list for delivery and that was all he was willing to do for me. It is now 2:25PM and I am writing this in my driveway still waiting on delivery. THE $225 I paid for shipping will account for about $3-400 by the time this is all over now with the hours I lost waiting on this shipment. This is a horrible company to use for shipping and should be avoided at all costs. No matter what you do, do not waste your time with XPO because your time and satisfaction means absolutely squat to them. If I could give them no stars I would. I have never had a more horrifying and disrespectful experience with a company before like this. BUYER BEWARE. I will post an edit with a time stamped photo when the package actually arrives. Edit: looks like my transmission finally arrived at 2:50pm. Only 2 hours and 50 minutes late. Not a single apology from the driver. No excuses either which was nice. I was expected to have snips to take the metal straps off or I could just take the whole pallet too. Cool. Fortunately I was prepared with my own tools and I grabbed one end while the driver grabbed the other and helped me load it into the trunk of my station wagon. The driver I should not was also not wearing a mask which during this time is extremely inappropriate and inconsiderate as well as against the current laws for businesses in Washington State. I was emailing the companies customer support since about 12:30 today and they stopped responding to me when I asked for a shipping refund due to their on time guarantee policy. Literally: STOPPED RESPONDING. How rude and unprofessional. I don't normally write angry reviews about places and I try to leave good credit where it is due but XPO Logistics has shown me the worst customer experience I have ever received from any business I have ever dealt with. I will gladly turn away any person I know that is looking to have an odd or oversize item shipped to them. Trust me: being an auto enthusiast I know plenty of people that do this sort of thing. Just got my new Samsung fridge delivered this morning. My delivery window was 11-3, and they called about 9:30 to let me know that they would be there about 10! I really appreciate the call ahead. Gave me time to unload my old fridge. The delivery men, Olvan and Mauricio, (probably misspelled their names) were exceptionally courteous and friendly. They took the time to install and hook up water lines, install the custom panels, level everything and adjust it to my liking, and answered all my questions. Gave me good advice on how long to let the new unit chill before loading it with my food, and relocated my previous fridge to a new location in my home. (It still works fine, and we have a family member who is going to take it off our hands.) For me, this was a very good experience. This was the worst delivery experience of my life. After purchasing a new suite of kitchen appliances things went downhill fast. Delivery delays and shifting dates cause a work schedule juggle. The driver missed the delivery time window by two hours, did not bring a high lift gate truck as recommended due to our steep driveway. They attempted to bring their low truck up the driveway only to take a chuck out of the asphalt. They brought in the dishwasher and range; then the two big guys told me the fridge was too heavy to bring up the driveway. My options were another delivery in two weeks or they would leave the fridge at the bottom by the street. Needless to say I was not going to wait two weeks so my wife and I brought the fridge up ourselves. To make this situation even worse, when I complained about the driveway damage they sent out an agent who basically told me I was lying about their truck being the cause and denied my claim.
