I paid almost $800 for white glove delivery of $8000 worth of patio furniture from a company that used RXO as the final delivery service. RXO was supposed to put the furniture together, place it where we wanted it, and haul away the trash. We were supposed to schedule a time to do the delivery. They scheduled a time and did not show up. They texted me two days later with a timeframe for delivery and still did not show up. Hours and hours later they finally showed up and delivery people had no idea they were supposed to put the furniture together and ruined all the furniture by putting it together incorrectly, dumped it in the garage, didn't haul away all the trash, and left. No response from RXO despite texts and phone calls. Completely sh$& company. read more

Update; this just keeps getting worse. I have received multiple texts and emails today saying that I need to reschedule and have not done it yet. However, when I click the link, there is no option to do it, and when I call customer service they say they can't help and to wait for a call from the team. Meanwhile my phone is buzzing with messages all day reminding me to do something that I clearly can't even do. I reached out to the email from the representative that responded below this morning. No response. I have been multiple chats today and they assure me someone is going to call me before the end of the day. I am doubtful. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is officially only my second ever yelp review. It's that bad. This delivery service is a complete mess. You're given a delivery date with no real guarantee, and when it falls through, customer service is useless--just "we'll contact you" with no timeline. We ordered two TVs from Samsung and were told everything was on schedule until the last minute, when we got a call to reschedule. Except there were no available dates, and no answers. If you need a reliable delivery, avoid this service. We had a party in three days and were counting on it--total disappointment. read more

1st delivery date given was Friday, April 3rd btw 3-7 pm. I took off from work (unpaid) and waited with no updates until after 7. Called and the automated system said my new delivery time was between 11:35pm and 1:35am! Called and spoke to someone who said it was "unlikely" it would be delivered. Got a new email with delivery date of Saturday, April 4th. Not bad. Until this morning's email wants me to schedule the delivery all over again. Earliest available date is Wed, April 15. I can't get a straight answer why, if my order was on a truck out for delivery yesterday, I now have to wait 11 days longer. At this point I think I will cancel my order with Sam's Club and buy local from a company that delivers their own items. Apparently the delivery team nor the warehouse in Smyrna, TN will respond to any messages or emails from Customer service agents. At least that was what they said... read more

Ordered a mattress off the Sam's Club website. RXO delayed the delivery 3 times, by one week each time. At this point I needed a mattress, so I cancelled the order and bought a mattress in store. When my refund for the original mattress was processed, it was $100 less than what I paid. When trying to call, you're met with automated systems and oversees customer service. I do not recommend RXO, to say the least. read more

We bought a microwave oven from the LG website. Turns out that they use RXO for delivery. Our shipment was scheduled for the first Friday in December. I actually scheduled a vacation day from work. Ordered an LG Washer & Dryer direct through LG's website and they delayed their initial delivery to the RXO warehouse. We moved into our house on 12/13 and originally had delivery scheduled for 12/18. After receiving the delayed shipment notice on 12/16, I contacted RXO & LG and was unable to get a response as to where my washer/dryer was. LG shipped their product late, so was not at all RXO's fault. RXO contacted me as soon as they received the product and said they could deliver on 12/30, which was MUCH later than we wanted, considering we didn't have a washer/dryer for a week at that point. I contacted their customer service asking for the first available delivery and they immediately went to work trying to expedite the shipment. We ended up getting our delivery on 12/23 during a super busy holiday season, and they arrived at the exact time (down to the minute) that the customer service rep said they would arrive when they called that morning. They got our washer & dryer installed in about 30 minutes and were very kind. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because the initial customer service interaction over the phone was not very helpful, but at the end of the day there's only so much the carriers can do with the information the vendor gives them and they were very quick to help us out once they received the shipment from LG! read more

Cannot get a straight answer as to when my stove will be delivered. The first attempted they said it would be deliver in 36 days. I informed them that was unacceptable, since the item was already at their hub an hour and a half from my home. The person on the phone said no problem and set up a date in 8 days. Perfect. My wife took off from work. Then I was informed we would not receive it on that date. I called back to find out , yes they would try to get it back to that date. Now They are saying it will be in 36 days from today! OH and no one will answer the phone at the Nashville hub for the past 4 days. Very dissatisfied with both RXO and Sam's read more

placed an order for a pool table a couple weeks ago. set the date to be delivered today bc this is my day off windowwas between 2-5pm. 230 i call to make sure it is on its way literally during call i get a "delivery was attempted" and when i find out why it wasnt delivered, its because they didnt know how big the package was??? it was literally sitting there for almost a week at the warehouse????? you as a company should be embarassed as it apparently takes "6 people to deliver it" sad and honestly revealing of today's work ethic read more

The people who delivered and installed our washer and dryer were kind and friendly, however, they powered up my dryer with a power cord that was NOT compatible putting us at risk of an electrical fire. Luckily, we wanted to move the dryer to a different spot and went out to get a longer cable... we brought the one RXO used to the store as a reference and were shocked when the staff pointed out it was a range cable and explained the risks of having it installed incorrectly. read more

Worst logistics company I have ever seen. How many times are you going to force me to reschedule my delivery before you actually deliver it. The guys who finally came to install my Peloton did a great job, but whoa the journey to get to receiving what I paid a premium for! - Had to reschedule a few times with them because they would miss my delivery entirely or need to change the time - Completely missed my delivery window twice wasting like 8 hours of my life - Tried calling me after 9:30PM to deliver after they missed my window by an hour and a half - who does that? - Tried to schedule a delivery with me when I was out of town Peloton gave me a partial refund, but what I would like more than anything is for them to choose a better delivery and installation partner in Nashville. This company doesn't even have their own dedicated trucks - they rolled up in a Hertz rental. Not that I would have cared if they did the job on schedule. It seems like from what I was told that they do all kinds of installations including kitchen appliances, and that they usually wait until the end to deliver to places that are outside of downtown. Fun facts! Hope I never have to talk to them ever again. Their customer service was bad too. They should have made me first delivery of the next day after completely missing my delivery the first time they tried. read more

My review would mirror all the other responses shared on yelp about RXO. My delivery was scheduled for Saturday and they did not show up during my delivery window nor did they call to share an update. They also did not show or call throughout the rest of the day that they were schedule to deliver the product. I spoke with RXO no less than 5 times with promises to have the driver call me with an update. The driver never called and never showed. When I called the company to escalate my concerns, I received the same broken record response, which never answered my questions about timeline and expectations moving forward. They would not provide me any sort of timeline stating they needed to escalate to another department. To this point, I still have not heard any update on the delivery of my product. Some of the most notable frustrations with this company- 1) Every time I called, the customer service agent asked me to verify my call back number although they never once called me back. My cynicism towards the end shared this observation with them as they asked for my call back number. I am not sure why they verify your number if they do not intend on using it to call you back. 2) When I asked to be escalated to a manager or leader responsible for the business, they said that they did not have anyone to escalate the issue to resolve. This is a major red flag for me as I work in a company as an executive leader. If a consumer in my down line of business ever had this type of experience, I would want to know. This company clearly does not. I have tried to find a number to call the corporate office to inform them of my experience and I literally cannot find a number that does not take me through continuous loops of pre-recorded options. 3) There appears to be no system for accountability to ensure a decent (definitely not an excellent) customer experience. The processes and systems in place are not consumer focused nor do they appear to be focused on business ops efficiency. Not sure how they stay in business unless they have total control of the freight industry. All in all....I highly suggest @peloton revisit their contract with RXO. This is not the consumer experience that Peloton shares that they strive to deliver. Every time I called Peloton, they were extremely helpful, but their agents seemed to have their hands tied behind their backs due to this contracted vendor. If you can avoid RXO, please do. It will save you hours of stress, frustrations, phone calls, and home confinement waiting for a delivery that will not happen. I hope this is helpful! read more

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. We are in the final stage of a $100k kitchen remodel and our Samsung refrigerator has been in the RXO warehouse for the last 10 plus days. We have had 3 deliveries scheduled all of which were canceled the day before by RXO. My wife and I have had to take time off from work to meet them only to have them cancel. I've got trim guys that are waiting to finish but can't until the fridge is here. I'm going to their warehouse tomorrow in person to let them know the next call will be from my attorney when we sue them for lost wages and overtime I've had to pay our subcontractors. This is absolutely insane. I don't know how anybody can run a company this way and manage to have a contract with Samsung. Update: I sent an email to customercaremgmt@RXO.com and I did receive a prompt response and a commitment to have the refrigerator delivered as promised (today) Monday. I'll update after it's delivered to let everybody know how it goes. I think I've only left one negative review other than this one for any other company, so I take this pretty seriously. I will say that from the moment that I sent the email to the above address it only took about two hours on a Sunday night for them to respond which I thought was impressive. read more

These two men were the most courteous delivery people that I have ever dealt with. They handled our new mattress and foundation with extra care and put it exactly where I wanted it. They arrived promptly in the time frame and called as they were driving up. The men had a Ryder truck so I'm not sure if that made a difference. Their personality was warm and you could tell they wanted to please. I watch them take it off truck and was impressed with how carefully they handled it. Thank you! I would rate them a 10+ read more

My family tried to purchase a peloton. We paid for delivery and set up which we learned after the fact is sub contracted to RXO. Not only did they not come at all, but they lied and say they tried to deliver and we weren't home. -There was supposed to be a call from them 30 min before delivery. No call. -They did confirm they were running late at one point, but then they stopped responding. -Our ring doorbell recorded exactly no one arriving all night, certainly not during the delivery window we scheduled our night around. -They has the audacity to mark the bike as "delivered," then also pushed back and said we weren't home. Totally shady. Peloton really blew it farming deliveries to them. read more

Is it possible to give negative stars? I wish! Avoid this place if you value your health, because it caused my wife and myself undue stress, high blood pressure, and uncontrollable sadness and disappointment. We've had one issue after another with this company and the retail company (Living Spaces) who contracts with them. After not receiving my (paid in full) complete order two previous times, and having to fly from California to Nashville each time, I could not depend on anything they offered. Their customer service reps are in the Philippines and gave the same 'broken record' responses with each call. I was told time after time a manager would call back but it NEVER happens. BEWARE of the 'stall tactic' response, "I've submitted an email for a manager to call you with 48-hours" because they do that time after time and never call you. My delivery dates/times were always confirmed by them and they would break their own window with BS excuses. Additionally, they couldn't answer any of my questions as to why it wasn't being delivered. If I knew I'd get a refund, I'd send my two couches and 9 of 10 chairs back, but I fear I'd never see my money. The single worst business and most atrocious experience I have EVER experienced from retail and delivery services. read more

Never use this company. They were to pick up The Mirror from my apartment 3 days ago. They never showed up within the window of time I was given. I called and asked what time my Mirror would be picked that evening and the lady at XPO told me she would call me back. That never happened. Had to email Mirror the company again since their logistic partner is unresponsive and unreliable. It is XPO. That is who they use. Today they were to pick up the Mirror again. I called on a recorded line and told the lady on the line I would be in flight during my pick up window and provided my address and my Dad's phone. I had her repeat back the information because they messed this up 2 days ago. She guaranteed me she would provide the driver the information. That was a complete joke. Just to let you all know. They always ask name, phone number and address but don't bother to provide that information to their drivers. When I landed I had 2 missed calls from XPO because they did not have my apartment number. It was provided on a recorded line along with my dad's number. I called the number once I landed and no one answered even though the window of pick up was still open until 5pm. I called XPO and of course they apologize but have no resolution nor can they locate the driver and want to arrange pick up again for tomorrow. Too late. NEVER ever use the company. read more

Delivery scheduled for Sat, wasted all day home, called them at 5pm and was told "they attempted delivery and no one was home" Told "manager" I had video surveillance of my driveway and would email with my (no) call log for their personal records and they didn't want them. I asked why not? Why would any business not want proof their employees lied to their managers and customers? Why would they not want documentation that would protect them from a false wrongful termination suit? The only reasonable explanation is the employees didn't lie. The company is lying and no truck was ever sent. 4 days later, still waiting for them to respond to my WILL CALL request, as I do not trust people of such low morality in my home and would not use their white glove service. read more

I've heard XPO horror stories with Peloton delivery, but my guys (Ryan and Fred) were about as good as it gets with delivery and setup! I got an email, text, and phone call the day before with my time window (even though I'd already called Peloton for confirmation that morning, lol, hey, I was excited!). Per the email and text notifications, they called me when they were 1/2 hr out and even came early - score! I have errands to run today, so that helped, haha. Absolutely horrible installation crew. They showed up with nothing more than a screw gun to install a dishwasher. They were surprised when I told them they were supposed to install the dishwasher as part of the sales contract. These guys just wanted to drop off the dishwasher and drive off. They then they asked if I had any electrical tape because that's what they were going to use to complete the wiring installation. No wire nuts, no splice clips, electrical tape!! Then they didn't have screws to attach the dishwasher to the cabinet sides so I had to find screws for them in addition to the wire nuts. Then, they failed to reinstall the plastic caps that cover the screws. I had to chase them down before they drove off to get those back. Maybe in the Dominican Republic they install wiring with electrical tape but that's not even close to a proper installation. In the end the unit was crooked in the cabinet and without the plastic caps. I was happy to see them leave and I finished lining up the dishwasher and installing the caps myself. Worst installation crew ever. read more
