The lead walked the pathway to gain understanding of where the mattress was going. I have a challenging stairway but the men managed to get the king size mattress upstairs and installed. If you are arranging a delivery, avoid RXO at all costs. Let this be your cautionary tale. I placed an order for several Samsung appliances for deliver on July 26, 2024. Samsung uses RXO for their last mile solutions. The communication was initially great, Samsung sent several notifications of delivery, and RXO confirmed these, sending along a delivery window of 2:30-6:30pm on July 26, 2024. 6:30pm came and passed and I had still not received my appliances or any call/message from RXO. I called RXO and was connected overseas to a friendly, but clueless, operator who informed me that their latest delivery expectation was going to be after 9:40pm. I informed them that was later than I felt comfortable with and asked to reschedule. The operator said I had to wait until RXO called me to reschedule. I never received a phone call from RXO, but, the next morning of July 27, I did find an update in their order tracker stating that I called them enroute to reschedule. On July 27, I called RXO to ask for an update. The overseas customer support person informed me that the local delivery service would call to reschedule within 24 hours. July 28 - No phone call July 29 - Still no phone call, so I contacted Samsung and was connected with a wonderful support person who escalated to RXO. However, I have still not heard from RXO. read more

**I am changing my review of RXO based on the customer service I received after I posted my original comments. It's too bad that it took my review to get satisfaction and I certainly hope the company has learned from this experience. The company contacted me and, without going into all the details, they did end up helping us out and made it easier for us to dispose of the old appliances. They were quick with their help and followed the process along the way while keeping me informed. ** **Original Review** We had a delivery scheduled on a Friday and received an email in the morning with our scheduled delivery time of 3pm to 7pm with a 30 minute call ahead. At 6:15 when I had not heard anything I called them to find out the ETA. The call center is located overseas and they were only able to tell me what was in the computer. According to the notes I had refused the delivery. I told them no one showed up at my home. After a few minutes on hold the story was changed to the items were damaged. But they were not able to tell me anything more. I asked to speak with someone in my local location and was told they would send a message and have someone call me the next day, Saturday, as they were open from 6a to 2p. I called again the next day, after not receiving a call from them and was told I was being transferred to a local rep. I didn't belive she was local due to her accent and she proved herself as lying when I questioned the hours that day and she told me they were closed. Again I was told someone would be contacting me on Monday from the local office. Again, no call so I called again and was told the same thing, someone would call me. On Tuesday morning I received notification that my delivery was once again scheduled for a different day, no communication from RXO about it at all. I called again to their off shore call center and spoke with someone who seemed halfway knowledgeable who agreed it would be difficult to deliver a damaged product. He indicated he could not get in touch with the local office by phone but would email them. I did receive a return email with a response from the local office about the rescheduled delivery. It was rude and didn't make any sense. I purchased the products directly from Samsung and they set up the delivery through this company. Unfortunately for Samsung, I won't be purchasing anything directly from again either. In addition to the frustration and time spent dealing with this incompetent company, I had to repurchase the items through a local store, spent $500 more, have to install the products ourselves and find a place to recycle the old appliances. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

I wasn't home when the gentlemen delivered our refrigerator. I set up the appointment, which was an excellent experience. My husband is limited in his movement and he was home for the delivery. It kind of concerned me, but I have to work. I was extremely impressed with the men, I didn't even meet, that they professionally did their job and impressed my husband. I have been waiting on a package that they have had for a week. Call the number I get the Philippines. They contact the hub people via email, and they are supposed to call me back when they get a chance. Terrible service, I have been waiting for a gift for my wife (Whose birthday has now passed) that all of the tracking information says they have the package. !!!! UPDATE 08/20/2021 !!!! Well it has now been 15 days and they still cannot find my package and Amazon has refunded my money, I just do not get how a company whos job it is to transport an item and their system says it is in the warehouse, loses said item. I mean is this not what they do for a living? All they did was look in their warehouse, I mean why not contact that 3rd party that I am hearing about and see where the package is, yeah they are not worried about the 600.00 I paid, yeah I get it back, but now I need to order an item that is no longer for sale. I was supposed to have freezer and refrigerator delivered by RXO on 12/13/22. When the drivers arrived they had the freezer on the truck but informed us that the refrigerator would not fit because it was too tall so they left it at the warehouse. We have been trying to get the refrigerator delivered for 2 days now and have had no success because the refrigerator has not been "rescanned" to the warehouse even though it never left the warehouse. We have contacted customer service at least 10 times asking for help, they state that they are sending notifications to the hub but no one is responding. We have had to throw out thousands of dollars of food because we were told it would be delivered and put all of our food in coolers and gave our refrigerator away to someone in need. We have lost days of work, our sanity and we are out $4000 dollars and no one at RXO is doing anything to help. read more

When I call I cannot reach local service but get someone someplace else in the world. Thus company does deliveries for Sam's Club. Do Not Use!! I ordered a couch and loveseat from Amazon and they contracted these people to deliver. The driver should not have been driving a vehicle. He had an attitude. He spoke Spanish with the other driver in front of me, and he refused to take my furniture inside the entryway when I paid for that service, he did not want to take my furniture in and he left with it. A week later, my furniture was damaged and could not be delivered, huh, wonder how that happened..... I would recommend not using this carrier. They never even tried to make it right with me and they hire Mexicans that can't drive and run over mailboxes and turn around in my neighbors yard. read more
