This is my first time experiencing dry cleaning for a garment and not only has it been a nightmare, but I feel like it's extremely unprofessional on their end and frustrating for me. I dropped off a jumpsuit on 10/2/2023 for a wedding I was going to on 10/7/2023. The ticket gave me a completed promise time of 10/6/2023 at 5pm. I go back to pick up my garment on 10/6/2023 and was told it's still being worked on and won't be finished until 10/9/2023, which is after the wedding. I was told by the front that it was still being cleaned at the corporate location and I could go there to pick it up since they would expedite it. 20 minutes later, I get a call saying they wouldn't have it ready. Fast forward to 10/9/2023, I called to store to see if it was completed. I was told it wasn't and that "they don't know" when it'll be done.. then they admit that the garment is lost. The front desk person gave no type of apology and just wanted to defend vs. listen to the issue of being given 2 different promise times that haven't been accurate. At this point, I requested to speak with management and voiced my concerns. I was told this would be investigated for them to find my garment and that they would reimburse me if they can't find it. I get a call for follow up from them saying that they're still watching the tapes. A week after that, I reach out since I haven't heard anything. I spoke with management again, who said they'll send a check to reimburse my garment since they still cannot locate where it went. I gave them my information to complete this process and was told I should receive my refund in another week. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received anything. I've called to management twice last week and was only able to leave a voicemail, still haven't received any type of follow up. I called and spoke with someone over the weekend, who said they'll refer my message to management so we'll see if it happens.. read more

I dropped off two short (waist-length) coats and two pairs of jeans for dry cleaning here. I was shocked when I picked them up: $97. The cleaning quality was good, though they put deep creases in one pair of jeans as one would do for dress trousers...I'm not a teen, but not 90, either, and now I have to iron those out. But almost $100 is simply too far out of market value--I paid less living in NYC and San Francisco--and in Columbus, OH it's simply absurd. It's close and convenient but just too pricey. Nothing but horror stories about this business... Reading complaints about the quality of dry cleaning services, disturbingly, you might be lucky just to get garments back in poor condition because at least you would be getting your stuff back. I have heard/read more than enough stories of people missing items they took in for cleaning, too many cases of garments being lost/misplaced/stolen as far as I am concerned. The few times I visited this facility in person, I noticed that there are many big doors gaping open throughout the year, too many unattended gaps in the building where anyone can slip in and out. Maybe if they at least took care of security and keeping better track of customers' property, then returning their garments insufficiently clean, or perhaps in worse condition than when brought in, would be the worst of their issues, if customers can at least expect their items back. Also, I don't even think their prices are fair. I was disappointed to find that rug cleaning is nearly one dollar per square foot less expensive at their competitors (with pickup and delivery included). I know there are not very many rug cleaning services currently active in central Ohio, but if the couple I found offer the same service for nearly $1 less, and reputedly Dublin Cleaners sources their rug cleaning out to other companies... They charge ~$1.00 per foot^2 to do... what exactly? I am honestly baffled by this business. What is their deal? It can't be quality, reliability, or value judging by my (thankfully few) experiences or those of others. For dry cleaning, you're better off taking your garments literally anywhere else in the area. read more

The lack of response from management shows me how much they care about customers who have been coming there for years. I dropped off 4 pieces...only three came back. This was the same stuff I dropped off about 6 months ago....same thing happened. One piece got "lost". How does that happen??? All three items are the exact same color, 3 pillow shams and 1 bedspread. Went to the Dublin location last Saturday....not done. Go back today (Tuesday) and they only have three pieces. I called the corporate office three times today asking for a call back and the employee at the location said he would send his manager an email to call me. I am over Dublin cleaners and would go back if they had the courtesy to call me back. Thanks for showing me what you think of your customers. I will be going elsewhere. read more

I absolutely love this place! They are great on drop off and pickup and I love their customer service. Rebecca Durfee is a lady that always stops by my house and when she sees my dog, Reese, she will always hop out of the car and say hello to me and knows Reese by name. She even gives her a treat and pets her. She is outstanding and you can tell she enjoys working for Dublin Cleaners. I appreciate all their work and how the clothes turn out wonderful all the time. I've worked with a delivery cleaner for years and wanted to work with a company that was local to Dublin, so I actually reached out to them years ago, but ran into a hiccup. I'm colorblind and hang all my ties over my suits and shirts so that I know what matches - so it's really convenient for me to be able to go into my closet and easily see all of my suits, shirts, and ties "looking at me" so that I can easily pick what I'm going to wear that day. I started working with Dublin Cleaners and the first shirts that came back were hung the opposite way - so that when I hung my clothes in the closet, all the shirts and suits "faced away" from me. It sounds pretty stupid as I write it down here, but I called in and asked someone if they could switch them around, but I was told that it wasn't possible. The machine apparently is built to put the hangars in the shirts with the hook facing right, so that was that. Again, it sounds dumb, but this was a deal breaker for me, especially considering the fact that I knew that the other company I'd previously worked with had already done a great job put the hangars on the clothes the way I liked them. Unfortunately they weren't local, but I ended up going back to them anyway... for a good 3 years. Then one day, Lonnie (the driver who comes through our area) saw me outside and stopped to talk. This was actually the second time he'd stopped me and he'd actually come to visit our home, knocked on the door, and spoke to my wife in the past as well. We got to talking about my little "first world problem" with the hangars and I explained that I was really happy with the other company I was working with, that they hadn't done anything wrong, and that having the clothes on the hangar in this particular manner was a deal breaker for me - and that I'd already tried to work with Dublin Clears before and was told they couldn't do it. To my surprise, Lonnie persisted and made it happen. I've been a happy customer ever since! read more

Worst customer service experience ever! Im a 2nd time customer. It took them 2 and half weeks to receive my shirts and tie. They didnt know where order was. Manager never returned my calls. No one could tell me what was going on. They texted me 4 times with 4 different messages. I went to pick my items up 3 times and 2 of my items were there and the others at a different location. I explained to them how important it was for me to hedge my items and they showed no concern. They finally got me on the phone with a manager, which btw she didnt want to speak with me. I had to request compensation for my time and inconvenience. The manager delivered all of my items back to the location. A few days later i realized they did NOT dry clean my shirts, even though i requested that ALL of my shirts be dry cleaned and its on the receipt. I called them and i still haven't received a call from David the manager or anyone else. The worst. read more

The results are excellent! The prices are outrageous! I can usually get shirts, trousers and sweaters done at a competitor at least 50% cheaper. The results may not be quite as good, but at halt the cost, acceptable. I only use Dublin Cleaners for a high end garment or comforter. I have been using the Muirfield Drive branch of Dublin Cleaners for laundry and dry cleaning for about 15 years, and have had nothing but totally satisfactory service. I am typically in there at least once a week. All of the employees I have dealt with over the years have been professional and friendly. Lynn & Heather, the two ladies who have been there for several months now, are thoroughly professional and very friendly. I wouldn't consider taking my laundry and dry cleaning anywhere else. read more

This website advertises alterations, but do not come here expecting good tailors. The employee I talked to did not know how to taper pants and seemed very confused about my request. If you just need to shorten the length of something, then this might be okay for that. But I would recommend going to a different place where they have actual tailors and more knowledgeable staff. read more
