I went here to celebrate a surprise birthday celebration for my sister, and upon arrival, I was greeted with a nice warm welcome from the front door man Walter. The place was amazing, with a great atmosphere for picture-taking/ social media influencing. My servers Wayne, Santiago, and Kevin were very professional and energetic. 2 stars for the good music. Where do I begin? I made a reservation for 7 and was told it would be $25 pp if there was a no-show person to the party, and there was a 2-hour limit on stay (Strike 1). We arrived, were seated right away, and the waitress was attentive but a bit confused when taking our order. Food took a while to come out; cowboy ribeye was small for $86 bucks with one side; my boyfriend asked for a churrasco (medium); it came later than everyone's food and was not medium, but well done (strike 2); he had to send it back; at that point, it was almost 2 hours. The "door man" asked if we would take the Churasco to go because our time limit was almost up. The Fuck!? You messed up; why should my boyfriend take his food to go? (Strike 3) The food was okay--some good, some underseasoned. Personalized drinks came with the wrong name--not once! But twice. The place is small and on a corner shopping strip. For the prices these people charge, it should be better placed or have more inviting stuff and competitive prices. This place was definitely an "experience." No thanks! Never again. The Ambiance of this restaurant was the best part of the xperience. Everything else was trash. We were stopped outside of the restaurant by a hostess that had a difficult time locating our reservation. She sent us inside the "lobby" to wait for a doorman. He was cold and not very hospitable. We had a party of 5 and they sat us at a table prepared for 4 people. The waitress had way too many tables and it took our food over an hour to arrive although they make you abide by their strict 2 hour seating limit. We made a reservation and were asked on the phone if it was a special event, and since we explained it was a birthday, we assumed that would be acknowledged, but it wasn't - we were confused why they ask if they don't do anything for it. Typically a fancy restaurant will print a menu with the message or something, but we didn't get anything, even though the place was very empty. Also, mixed drinks start at $23, which is insane. Everything is way overpriced for this location. The food was amazing, especially the honey butter spread in the beginning, but not worth the steep price tag. The bartenders are dressed like strippers (do not bring children here), and the tv in the center playing YouTube videos is just too overpowering. The service was good in the beginning, and then we had to chase someone down for the check, and then to pay. Also, why is gratuity added for a party of 2? I think they are going for an upscale vibe. They enforce a dress code. I'm only giving it 3 stars because I watched the bartender open a bottle of syrup by pulling the seal off with her mouth. I just visited Xperience and I must say that it has some problems. It seems to be stuck between being a nightclub and being an upscale restaurant. The loud pounding music says nightclub and the high priced drinks say upscale restaurant. The food is priced in the $25-$50 range, so not crazy. They are in the middle of their soft opening, so I'm cutting them some slack. I would like to return after they are officially open, but may not because of the loud music. Maybe they should specify the Skype of music they will be playing on certain days. We went from old school hip hop to hard pounding techno(if that's what it's called). I had a 6pm reservation and I was ON TIME the guy at the door literally took so many people ahead of me because they were with the special guest who was inviting so many people that George had to pull him aside and tell him it's too many people. I get inside at 6:45 get a table And begin ordering and they made me get up because the table was for someone else. HORRIBLE!!! I visited this location on a Wednesday night. Extremely shocked to see it was located in a strip mall especially since they are so specific about the attire requirement. Now as I walked in I was impressed, thought the ambiance was definitely a vibe. R&B music was a plus. The staff appeared professional and treated us respectfully. I ordered an apple Martini initially and was not happy. My second drink was the smoky blue cocktail engraved with a cute new year message, I was impressed. I ordered the stuffed lobster along with Brussels sprouts. The stuffed lobster was cold, super salty and as I peeled it from the shell I noticed the bottom was black, which indicated it was not fresh seafood. The Brussels sprouts were so hard I had to return them for fries rice Which was also salty. So the food was NOT great but extremely pricey. Considering the price of the food and the attire requirements I felt the establishment should have been top notch. Not so. The bathrooms were not clean , water pressure almost non existent to the point there was a sign up asking guests to excuse them for having plumbing issues If I could barely get water to clean my hands, how was staff washing their hands? I don't know if I would return for many reasons. In addition to then finding my credit card was compromised after leaving the restaurant. My wife and I went to this restaurant for the first time. The food was very tasty and our waitress was very attentive to our needs. We had a few drinks which were somewhat pricy. The atmosphere was quite different and they seemed to have an outside dinning on the side of the building and a private sitting area. Upon the completion of the visit, not realizing that a 20 % gratuity was included in the total bill which was a surprise for two dinning guests. I made the mistake of also including a 20% gratuity not realizing the charge. I tried to contact them and tolld a person there about the mistake of adding an extra gratuity and was told that someone would get back to me, but didn't wasn't a happy camper after that. I thought someone would of realize the mistake because it was the exact amount it would of been if I would of given the 20%. I thought it was inappropriate to charge a gratuity up front for two people, Always believed it was for a party of 6 people or more, be on guard for the charge. read more

We sat at a table and ordered the wings. The wings were huge but under cooked. Definitely saw blood. The sea bass was great. The half of chicken was extremely bland and tough. The half chicken wasnt edible so it wasn't eaten. We were asked if we wanted to wrap it up and that was a firm NO. We ordered bottled water. Our water was never refilled by our waiter. The menu is pricey but the food and service doesn't match. Our server forgot our water. We had to remind him to bring it. He wore a bow tie but his behavior didn't match. 2 drinks 2 meals and 1 under cooked appetizer for over $250. That definitely wasn't worth it. Definitely wont be returning. Also when the host wasn't infront and guests were coming in we noticed they were asked to go back into vestibule. The place has a very nice vibe. The ambiance is really cool and it is still new. Because they are still in their soft opening phase, they are really short on staff however; the staff that they did have there were really really friendly. Our server was actually the bottle girl AND bartender so we were really patient with her which was easy as she had the nicest personality and was sooo sweet and provided her best service. Unfortunately, hookah was advertised on instagram which was something I was looking forward to but I was told it is only allowed outside and since they are doing some renovations outside, it would be available in about a week or so. The food I had wasn't bad although currently there is a very limited menu which I was told would be getting better as they'd be adding a lot more items in the near future. The food as well as the drinks were really pricey however, I will say those drinks did not disappoint at all! The drinks had a beautiful presentation and tasted very good all the while being really strong and not watered down in the least bit, so in my opinion each drink was worth the $20-22. The music was really good and on point but it made us want to dance however; it didn't really seem like a lounge and more of a restaurant although there was a live dj. I thought it would have been inappropriate to stand up and start dancing in between all the tables although I did see someone dancing near the bar. There was a guy who was playing the saxophone really well to all the modern pop songs. He was awesome.
