Their new Temple City location is spacious, aesthetically girly, clean, and calm. Each lash tech has their own space with walls that separate them. The lashing beds are comfy, they offer blankets and I always find myself falling asleep because it's so comfortable. Shoutout to Taya Tian!! She's my go to lash girl, I only book when she's available. She's friendly, fun to talk to, and has the softest touch. I can barely feel her lashing me, I end up taking a nice (and much needed) nap! I washed my face but made sure not to wet my eyebrows as instructed. I understand that I was provided aftercare instructions by email and paper instructions would've been helpful as well and I wasn't aware that by the third day my eyebrows could be wet, I was under the impression that you have to wait for your eyebrows to be completely healed. Meaning wait for the scabs to fall off. That's why I was careful not to wet them. However, I don't feel that this explains or justifies the final outcome of my eyebrows. I did have an allergic reaction during the healing process, but now that my eyebrows are completely healed, there are still no visible hair-like strokes from the nano brows. My eyebrows honestly look as though nothing was done, which is very disappointing considering the price I paid. I also understand that one side of my face may have been more relaxed than the other, but I still feel that shouldn't have resulted in such a noticeably uneven arch. I did my research beforehand because I was told I would be in good hands, and I trusted that I would receive a natural, hair-like result. Looking back, I probably should have researched other artists more carefully, even if it meant paying more, because I may have had a different outcome. Unfortunately, I feel that the money I spent did not result in what I was promised or expected. I'm not saying this to be disrespectful or to argue. Tara is a true professional--a veteran in the beauty industry with over a decade of experience. She's recently enhanced her skills with advanced training in the latest brow techniques, and it absolutely shows in her work. From the start, Tara was incredibly patient and attentive. She spent about an hour and a half carefully mapping out my new brows, listening to my concerns and checking in with me every step of the way to ensure the shape was exactly what I wanted. Crystal did an incredible job from start to finish. She made sure I was satisfied with the shape she had drawn around my eyebrows, corrected my eyebrow color which had turned red after microblading I'd done 8 years ago, and then gave me ombre powder eyebrows which I am in love with! It was a long process and she was patient, diligent, and detail-oriented throughout it all. I'm a worry-wart and she was so nurturing and warm. Highly highly recommend. To literally anyone that wants their brows done…read more I honestly was SUPER hesitant in getting anything done to my brows because I wanted my brows to look natural. Meaning I wanted them to look like hair, not necessarily filled like make up. However, I have always been very self conscious about my eyebrows since I was a teenager. To the point I would spend the longest with my brows drawing each stroke of hair when doing my make up. I am so happy that I came to see Katelyn. I came upon her Instagram and saw her work through her posts. Not only is Katelyn an artist, she also provides so much information regarding the work she does. I honestly could not find a single post where I didn't like her work. So I decided to put any hesitation aside and go see her. She suggested we do nano because of how natural I wanted my brows to look. Katelyn took time mapping with me, listening to what I liked and disliked. She made sure that I was happy, but also reassured me and answered any questions I had before we took the next step. Her hands are light as a feather. I personally felt like it was not painful at all (but I have had tattoos before). I could've done the whole thing without any numbing. But she still applied some numbing to make sure I was comfortable. Throughout my session, we just talked and bonded. She is so incredibly sweet! I plan on returning in a few weeks to get my brows touched up, but overall a 11/10 experience and a 100/10 artist. Like I said in the beginning. Highly recommend.

Dom equipped me with SO much stuff for the healing process; healing creams, face guards for showering and wipes. Super happy with the results, there wasn't any missing spots or gaps. Follow up was a month after and she added a touch of color to make sure they would last. They faded around 6/7months and had NO reddish brown discoloring like the other place. As soon as I checked out her work in Facebook, Yelp and Instagram, I really had good gut feeling that it was her I trust to do my brows! She is genuinely sweet, took her time to make the perfect brows for me and she was very careful and reassure me that I am comfortable and not in pain. It took us less than 2 hours. It was a breeze! She explained and checked on me each step of the way until after care! She kept it as simple as it is and without a doubt she made me feel comfortable with the entire process!
