Her strokes are really pretty and natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted! I thought her price was pretty reasonable considering most permanent brows cost anywhere from $250-$600. The last experience at another place left my brows reddish brown when it faded, and Dominique did an amazing job correcting them. From the first consultation she figured out how to correct the color and took a ton of time to make sure the shape, angle and width was right. So if you're planning to get your brows done, make sure you have time. The whole process took 2 hours. Dom equipped me with SO much stuff for the healing process; healing creams, face guards for showering and wipes. Super happy with the results, there wasn't any missing spots or gaps. Follow up was a month after and she added a touch of color to make sure they would last. They faded around 6/7months and had NO reddish brown discoloring like the other place. Meaning I wanted them to look like hair, not necessarily filled like make up. However, I have always been very self conscious about my eyebrows since I was a teenager. To the point I would spend the longest with my brows drawing each stroke of hair when doing my make up. I am so happy that I came to see Katelyn. I came upon her Instagram and saw her work through her posts. Not only is Katelyn an artist, she also provides so much information regarding the work she does. I honestly could not find a single post where I didn't like her work. So I decided to put any hesitation aside and go see her. She suggested we do nano because of how natural I wanted my brows to look. Katelyn took time mapping with me, listening to what I liked and disliked. She made sure that I was happy, but also reassured me and answered any questions I had before we took the next step. Her hands are light as a feather. I personally felt like it was not painful at all (but I have had tattoos before). I could've done the whole thing without any numbing. But she still applied some numbing to make sure I was comfortable. Throughout my session, we just talked and bonded. She is so incredibly sweet! I've been coming to Ms Kawaii for almost 5 years now but the past year their quality declined…read more Lashes are falling off quickly and each time I see 1 fake lash glued to 3-4 of my natural lash. The glue is also super clumpy that sometimes I'd get eye irritation. Now my natural lashes are short and have holes from the extension glue ripping them out. The service is always super quick which is nice, but sometimes a fill only takes 15 minutes and half of the lashes would be gone by the 10 day mark. This shows that quality is compromised because of the fast service. When I first came to Ms Kawaii, my lashes would stay full for 4-5 weeks. Now my lashes are almost gone in 10 days. There's also an old lady that works there that was super rude! I wanted a particular style but she pushed for a different style. When I said I didn't want it, she did not seem happy and proceed to do a horrible job! I texted the manager and they gave me a partial refund but I have to pay for removal. Unsure how I feel about this resolution, especially since I always pay $90+ each time I come (before tip!!) Definitely don't come here if you care about your lash health. Unfortunately after 5 years I will be going elsewhere
