I washed my face but made sure not to wet my eyebrows as instructed. I understand that I was provided aftercare instructions by email and paper instructions would've been helpful as well and I wasn't aware that by the third day my eyebrows could be wet, I was under the impression that you have to wait for your eyebrows to be completely healed. Meaning wait for the scabs to fall off. That's why I was careful not to wet them. However, I don't feel that this explains or justifies the final outcome of my eyebrows. I did have an allergic reaction during the healing process, but now that my eyebrows are completely healed, there are still no visible hair-like strokes from the nano brows. My eyebrows honestly look as though nothing was done, which is very disappointing considering the price I paid. I also understand that one side of my face may have been more relaxed than the other, but I still feel that shouldn't have resulted in such a noticeably uneven arch. I did my research beforehand because I was told I would be in good hands, and I trusted that I would receive a natural, hair-like result. Looking back, I probably should have researched other artists more carefully, even if it meant paying more, because I may have had a different outcome.
