They kept charging us $120 per month for internet, now they are offering the same service for half price.

There is a reason they are the most hated internet company. I was paying 400Mbps then they lowered it to 200 and charge overage fees. I went to the website and they won't let me change the plans. The scam is to chat with the agent so they can add stuff to your plan and charge you additional fees. $39 to change plans and they Offer you "deals" that will triple the price after 1 year. I have plans to change providers after we move. These people are scumbags. read more

Buyer beware. I signed up for comcast Now thinking it would be easy to cancel. There is no cancel button anywhere on their website or their app and they won't let you delete your payment info. I went into the store and they assured me my internet was cancelled but I'm still getting charged. The sad thing is my apartment doesn't have a coaxial outlet so I for sure can't use comcast. Also, they weren't able to install a coax outlet for me. I ended up signing up for t-mobile internet which just needs an electrical outlet. THe internet through t mobile is great. it's very fast and reliable. I just don't want to pay for xfinity any more. I called them and they created a ticket for me. I'm at my wits end. I may need to cancel my debit card and get a new one, that might be the only way to stop getting charged. ugh!!!! BEWARE. read more

I went to return my mother-in-law's Xfinity cable TV box. What a set up they have full staffing. The bar upfront is set up like a genius bar. I was put into a queue and within five minutes. I was seeing someone so that I could return the box. It was all very efficient very friendly and I think that all the other stores need to follow this model. I would request that the staff wear Xfinity shirts. However, that wouldn't detract from my five star review. read more

I came in on a pretty slow day after my router went out on me, looking to swap or upgrade. After a brief wait Eddie helped me out. He had great customer service; very kind and professional. He explained to me what caused my problem then quickly swapped my equipment and I was on my way! read more

Today I went to the Xfinity store on Saratoga Avenue to check the status of my current internet plan and request to cancel it. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Edgar. He was extremely unprofessional. While I was asking about the status of my internet plan, it quickly became clear that he did not seem to understand what I was asking. I had to repeat my question two or three times just to get a clear explanation of the current status of my plan. Instead of helping, he rolled his eyes at me in a mocking way, as if suggesting that my question was stupid. I asked him why he was making such a disrespectful expression toward a customer, and he immediately raised his voice and started arguing with me. It is very difficult to understand how an in-store customer service representative could treat a customer this way. Because of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer use any Xfinity services or products. If a company cannot even handle such a simple request and communicate properly with a customer, that is very concerning. After looking through other reviews, I also noticed that many people have mentioned that the staff at this location are often rude and disrespectful. read more

HUGE shoutout to Louis at Xfinity provided truly exceptional service! He was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, efficient. He made the entire experience quick and easy especially since the "on liners" truly messed up our phones. He took his time to make sure everything was taken care of. Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Thank you Louis. read more

Michael was very helpful in fixing my problem. He was able to figure out the issue and set up the phone

Shout out to Eric, he was polite and gave us time to think things through. He did not rush us while upgrading a phone and went over everything with us. Also Anthony, the supervisor, updated us during our wait and accommodated us. Had a good experience. Thank you to the both of you. read more

I came in to get setup with transferring an account to a new address and I was helped out by Eddie. My interaction with him was great, very knowledgeable on the product, very personable, and willing to help you out. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes, but felt like 10. Eddie was able to transfer my new address and upgrade to a faster modem, nice read more

This is for the Xfinity store at Westgate Mall(Saratoga Ave, SJ). Great service. Stepped in, a young gentleman was busy with customers so I waited a few seconds. He welcomed me and entered my name to be the next in line. Sales-tech Michael(curly haired) was professional. Informed him I wanted "Internet" only and no bundled package. He listened and informed me of my options and the best part, he did NOT force any upsell. I would have walked out instantly and went with another ISP. So that was pleasant experience and I thanked Michael for that. Great job Michael and customers will be happy to talk to you. Cheers! Got my Internet activated and am happy! read more

We're feeling a bit let down by Comcast (Xfinity). We're paying for 2000 Mbps at $100, but we're only getting around 195 Mbps. We're also experiencing frequent interruptions during the week, and though we've reached out, the issues haven't been resolved. Additionally, our monthly charge for internet recently increased from $100 to $119 without any notice. read more

I have been with xfinity before it was xfinity, they keep changing their name as the service degrades :( with each company! This time I am fed up and ready to turn in all their equipment after they sent me this Gateway! It has been nothing but a nightmare! Should be a zero. These losers could not come up with a final bill. I switched over to AT&T. They deleted my account and only showed the billing on the phones I owed. Xfinity would have bought them out if I showed the final bill. I spent like 36 hours calling and hitting a brick wall. I'm going to sue because I know they are doing this to others. Xfinity is a crooked company bottom line. read more

Huge thanks to Louis at the Xfinity Store in San Jose Westgate for his outstanding service! He helped me preorder the new iPhone on 9/17/2025 and went above and beyond by assisting with the setup once it arrived today. I have been without certain channels for several days now. I have tried to make an appointment, or would like to make an appointment with a technician. However, the only way to do that is to go through their voice mail bot and it is tiresome and repetitive and does not ever get you to a human being. I would not recommend Comcast to anyone as of today. My experience at the store was good the people were nice However what they told me wasn't true. They told me if I asked for sales I would get a human being; that is not true, or at least not in my experience. I am very frustrated with Comcast and Xfinity. read more

In the last couple of weeks I have visited this Xfnity store to make changes to my plan. Everyone in this store has been friendly, and the store if very nice and clean. Both times, I worked with Eric. He was very helpful and knowledeable. He is very patient and got me in and out of the store very quickly while resolving my account changes. I am thankful for your helpful and friendly service. Thanks, Eric! read more

Edgar I'm coming for you. My friend visited your store yesterday May 13 to say that she's been getting these emails from Comcast that said that she needed to access your account and verify I just checked that email today and it turns out that email was a spam email that you should've recognized off the bat that it was not a real email from Comcast even though Comcast is asking for its customers to access and verify their access and possibly change password. I'm gonna be calling your manager to complain about your conduct. Do not use the Westgate Xfinity store cause this is really sloppy customer service. read more

I signed up for the internet and phone service 8 days ago. I was not told to unfreeze my credit report so they could not verify my excellent credit immediately. Now it is a week later and still no check is done, no phone is in my hands and I have no way to contact the store manager directly. This is terrible customer service. read more

Xfinity hates people. You can not talk to a person when you call, you can not pay over the phone, ypu can not access bill pay on the app, you can not change payment type online in the app either. I want to pay my bill but there is no way to do it but to go into the store. I am immunio compromised, there has to be a better way. I spent an hour with no resolve. read more

Shoutout to Fabian for resolving a situation I found myself in. I'd purchased a device from another Xfinity store, not realizing that it was under a contract until I saw my first bill. The initial store told me they couldn't do anything about it (despite being the ones that sold it to me making no mention of it being a contract), and directed me to this store as it's owned by corporate. Fabian was able to process a return for the device easy peasy and resolve a situation I'd gotten very worked up over. That being said, I've been in this specific Xfinity store before and had to wait a long time as a walk-in. I'd definitely recommend stopping by and scheduling an appointment if you know you'll need something dealt with vs walking in and waiting in line. read more

Do not bother unless you absolutely have to go to this Westgate Xfinity store. I waited almost an hour, while other customers were taken ahead of me. The representative I got seemed like a robot Poker Face. No ability to show any understanding whatsoever. Each time I've gone over there, it is SO busy. But besides that, my issues surrounding my tv hook up went unresolved. But they sure are quick on the mark to add the $$$$$ onto your bill, but can't tell you if the bill might change by the end of the month. despite it being wrong. Xfinity exudes nothing but arrogance and rudeness. Their attempts to correct things are sorely lacking! read more

I went in expecting the usual long wait and rude customer service that I had experienced in my previous visits. The wait was definitely long, but the service was excellent because the representative who helped me was none other than the one and only Jamahl Brown. I couldn't recommend him more, and praise his brand of quick, and down to earth customer service. While I was waiting, I was watching, and I was listening to all the other representatives, and the customers they were helping. I can't lie, I wasn't just watching and listening, I was hating! Then, I noticed Jamahl! Jamahl was smashing through customers, and all of the people he helped, were leaving happy! I couldn't say the same for the other customers who the other representatives were helping. I was hoping and praying to the good lord of internet that Jamahl would be the representative who would help me. And then it happened, Jamahl said goodbye to his customer, and called my name out! Hallelujah, the lord of the internet answered my prayers! Jamahl handled the problem I presented to him in a timely and efficient manner. Then he went above and beyond by even showing me the notes that were on my account to give me peace of mind regarding the charges Xfinity had wrongfully made. All I have are good things to say about him, you're in good hands if Jamahl Brown is in town! read more

Comcast/Xfinity customer for well over a decade and been coming into this store for years as the customer service via their phone support can be challenging at times. Make an appointment to avoid any wait, was fortunate to get Eddie to review my internet billing as I had several discounts expiring. Eddie went above and beyond, not only did I avoid additional charges he was able to lower my bill. Fast forward a week and made an appointment for my mother in-law who has been trying to adjust their billing (TV, Internet, Mobile) via their CS call option without any success. We walked in and fortunately for us Eddie was walking a customer he just helped out so he was free to help us. Eddie reviewed her billing for all services with full due diligence and she ended up walking out with significant monthly savings, an upgraded iPhone and a free Apple Watch from a promotion as a Platinum member she had no idea about!! We could not be more grateful for the world-class service from Eddie. Thank you, Eddie and Xfinity team!! read more

Very helpful staff. I had to drop off an extra box and they were very helpful. I didn't have to wait for long hours! Thank you

My father and I went to Comcast to review his bill. At that time we felt the bill to be too high, based on my father being a loyal customer. We were helped by LOUIS NGUYEN When we arrived at that branch. And without changing any of my dad's service... He lowered the bill almost $25 a month! You can't beat that kind of service and you can't beat the satisfaction it brought my dad. And I would highly recommend and recognize him as a valuable employee for Comcast. read more

Switched to Xfinity Mobile™ from Verizon® approx 6 months ago and generally am happy with the service. Pros: *Xfinity Mobile is pretty much Verizon service, as they actually use the same towers as Verizon. So my coverage and speeds are pretty much what they were with Verizon--which is very, very good. *For almost the same amount I was paying each month at Verizon (including my 15% discount!) I get two extra GBs of shared data (10 vs 8) and we both got brand-new phones. *5G service area seems to grow every month. When I first got my phone (Note 20 Ultra) there wasn't much but now it's almost everywhere I go in the BA. *Customer service was great at this location. The guy handling our order and the tech who helped clear up a snafu when we first switched were all knowledgeable and friendly. Cons: *Must have Xfinity home internet to get Xfinity Mobile. Not really sure why but since I already did, so not really an issue for me. *No corporate/professional discounts; as I mentioned earlier, Verizon offered a 15% discount to employees of certain companies. *No carrying over unused data. That was the one nice thing from Verizon was the data carryover but it's not deal-breaker. I was actually really happy with the service at Verizon--but not-so-much at their prices. With Xfinity Mobile you get the same great signal but at significant cost savings. Def a win-win. read more

The Saratoga Xfinity store is a such a different experience than other Xfinity stores. I was helped quickly, I exchanged the items I needed, the service was friendly, and I was out of there in a couple minutes. This location is organized and the employees are knowledgable. First I spent an hour on the phone with xfinity to take off cable and only stream. I was suppose to take my box back but after disconnecting my streaming didn't wk. I had to drive to xfinity at that location and was treated like crap. The lady was rude and I ask to speak to the manager and she snotty says I am. I had to use a kiosk to be helped. What happened to customer service? We're charged way more now and we have to drive to them! I am going to contact AT&t to look into service they care about customers. I will no longer except being treated this way. Since customers are why they have a job. Horrible service and customer service read more

this review is about Comcast Store in Cupertino CA. This store has several incompetent employees who not only do not know what they are doing but are also very rude and disrespectful toward customers. I took my iPhone and Samsung phone with two different phone numbers they switched the numbers, hard reset, and deleted all my information; but still could not fix the switching numbers. Last weekend July 13&14 every day I was at the store and wanted to take their name so when I went to another store in Sunnyvale per their recommendation they REFULED to give me their name (I wanted the next person to contact the employee and ask for what has been done; just in case it was needed). My issue was finally fixed at Sunnyvale store and I am grateful for their great customer service. I highly recommend Comcast to conduct TRAINING OR higher more knowledgeable people to take care of customers. read more

Scheduled an appointment. Walked into the store and none of the employees acknowledged m. No big deal. I never go to the Xfinity unless I have to so I don't know how it works. Three other groups of people walk in after me (within a few minute. The same staff walks over to them to greet them and check them in. I'm confused. I still haven't been acknowledged or checked in apparently and they take these other people ahead of me. I'm frustrated now and walk over to the staff. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging the mistake, he argues that he was with a customer (the same customer him and one other staff was with when the other three groups walked in). Just ridiculous. Get your equipment shipped instead. Worth the extra money read more

They only open until 6pm now and they never bother to update their business hours on Yelp. And if you're 10mins after they close they won't help you out. And the location they gave you is not even right it's a cross the mall! They should really close this store what a waste of resources read more
