He welcomed me and entered my name to be the next in line. Sales-tech Michael(curly haired) was professional. Informed him I wanted "Internet" only and no bundled package. He listened and informed me of my options and the best part, he did NOT force any upsell. I would have walked out instantly and went with another ISP. Today I went to the Xfinity store on Saratoga Avenue to check the status of my current internet plan and request to cancel it. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Edgar. He was extremely unprofessional. While I was asking about the status of my internet plan, it quickly became clear that he did not seem to understand what I was asking. I had to repeat my question two or three times just to get a clear explanation of the current status of my plan. Instead of helping, he rolled his eyes at me in a mocking way, as if suggesting that my question was stupid. I asked him why he was making such a disrespectful expression toward a customer, and he immediately raised his voice and started arguing with me. It is very difficult to understand how an in-store customer service representative could treat a customer this way. Because of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer use any Xfinity services or products. If a company cannot even handle such a simple request and communicate properly with a customer, that is very concerning. After looking through other reviews, I also noticed that many people have mentioned that the staff at this location are often rude and disrespectful. read more

I have been without certain channels for several days now. I have tried to make an appointment, or would like to make an appointment with a technician. However, the only way to do that is to go through their voice mail bot and it is tiresome and repetitive and does not ever get you to a human being. I would not recommend Comcast to anyone as of today. My experience at the store was good the people were nice However what they told me wasn't true. They told me if I asked for sales I would get a human being; that is not true, or at least not in my experience. I am very frustrated with Comcast and Xfinity. read more

My friend visited your store yesterday May 13 to say that she's been getting these emails from Comcast that said that she needed to access your account and verify I just checked that email today and it turns out that email was a spam email that you should've recognized off the bat that it was not a real email from Comcast even though Comcast is asking for its customers to access and verify their access and possibly change password. Xfinity hates people. You can not talk to a person when you call, you can not pay over the phone, ypu can not access bill pay on the app, you can not change payment type online in the app either. Shoutout to Fabian for resolving a situation I found myself in. I'd purchased a device from another Xfinity store, not realizing that it was under a contract until I saw my first bill. The initial store told me they couldn't do anything about it (despite being the ones that sold it to me making no mention of it being a contract), and directed me to this store as it's owned by corporate. Fabian was able to process a return for the device easy peasy and resolve a situation I'd gotten very worked up over. That being said, I've been in this specific Xfinity store before and had to wait a long time as a walk-in. The representative I got seemed like a robot Poker Face. No ability to show any understanding whatsoever. Each time I've gone over there, it is SO busy. Comcast/Xfinity customer for well over a decade and been coming into this store for years as the customer service via their phone support can be challenging at times. Make an appointment to avoid any wait, was fortunate to get Eddie to review my internet billing as I had several discounts expiring. Eddie went above and beyond, not only did I avoid additional charges he was able to lower my bill. Fast forward a week and made an appointment for my mother in-law who has been trying to adjust their billing (TV, Internet, Mobile) via their CS call option without any success. We walked in and fortunately for us Eddie was walking a customer he just helped out so he was free to help us. Eddie reviewed her billing for all services with full due diligence and she ended up walking out with significant monthly savings, an upgraded iPhone and a free Apple Watch from a promotion as a Platinum member she had no idea about!! I went in expecting the usual long wait and rude customer service that I had experienced in my previous visits. The wait was definitely long, but the service was excellent because the representative who helped me was none other than the one and only Jamahl Brown. I couldn't recommend him more, and praise his brand of quick, and down to earth customer service. While I was waiting, I was watching, and I was listening to all the other representatives, and the customers they were helping. I can't lie, I wasn't just watching and listening, I was hating! Scheduled an appointment. Walked into the store and none of the employees acknowledged m. No big deal. I never go to the Xfinity unless I have to so I don't know how it works. Three other groups of people walk in after me (within a few minute. The same staff walks over to them to greet them and check them in. I'm confused. I still haven't been acknowledged or checked in apparently and they take these other people ahead of me. I'm frustrated now and walk over to the staff. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging the mistake, he argues that he was with a customer (the same customer him and one other staff was with when the other three groups walked in). this review is about Comcast Store in Cupertino CA. This store has several incompetent employees who not only do not know what they are doing but are also very rude and disrespectful toward customers. I took my iPhone and Samsung phone with two different phone numbers they switched the numbers, hard reset, and deleted all my information; but still could not fix the switching numbers. Last weekend July 13&14 every day I was at the store and wanted to take their name so when I went to another store in Sunnyvale per their recommendation they REFULED to give me their name (I wanted the next person to contact the employee and ask for what has been done; just in case it was needed). My issue was finally fixed at Sunnyvale store and I am grateful for their great customer service. I highly recommend Comcast to conduct TRAINING OR higher more knowledgeable people to take care of customers. read more

Switched to Xfinity Mobile™ from Verizon® approx 6 months ago and generally am happy with the service. Pros: *Xfinity Mobile is pretty much Verizon service, as they actually use the same towers as Verizon. So my coverage and speeds are pretty much what they were with Verizon--which is very, very good. *For almost the same amount I was paying each month at Verizon (including my 15% discount!) I get two extra GBs of shared data (10 vs 8) and we both got brand-new phones. *5G service area seems to grow every month. When I first got my phone (Note 20 Ultra) there wasn't much but now it's almost everywhere I go in the BA. *Customer service was great at this location. The guy handling our order and the tech who helped clear up a snafu when we first switched were all knowledgeable and friendly. Cons: *Must have Xfinity home internet to get Xfinity Mobile. Not really sure why but since I already did, so not really an issue for me. *No corporate/professional discounts; as I mentioned earlier, Verizon offered a 15% discount to employees of certain companies. *No carrying over unused data. That was the one nice thing from Verizon was the data carryover but it's not deal-breaker. I was actually really happy with the service at Verizon--but not-so-much at their prices. With Xfinity Mobile you get the same great signal but at significant cost savings. Def a win-win. read more

I was helped quickly, I exchanged the items I needed, the service was friendly, and I was out of there in a couple minutes. This location is organized and the employees are knowledgable. The store manager Skyler contacted the customer service to create tracking ticket which will upload the documents. He also help me found out the apartment has provided bulk account service which means the rental already covered the internet service which we don't know. We went into the Comcast store located Westgate Mall. We had a bit of a complex situation but fortunately Jamahl happened to be the rep we worked with. Jamahl spent over two hours with us to get service from T mobile to Comcast mobile and he assisted in picking the best phone in our price range. There was a lot of going back and forth with T mobile but we finally got the info needed in order to transfer service for my daughters phone to Comcast mobile. The knowledge and professionalism displayed by Jamahl was probably one of the best experiences we've ever had. It's not every day one can expect the level of service we received and for that we are very grateful! Jamahl deserves a promotion and or a raise in pay. Towards the end of the appointment one of Jamahl's colleagues named Eddie assisted with info we needed to close the deal. Again, another very professional and knowledgeable Comcast Rep who happily assisted us in the process of securing service coupled with a new phone. I would highly recommend this particular Comcast store. Service was an A+! read more

It takes a long time in the store for them to do anything. The stools at the counter extremely high and cutting to the back of your legs. I came into this Xfinity store today for help with my current Xfinity modem. It seemed to have completely bit the dust as it is unable to maintain a connection to any of our devices. After coming in, your name is put on a list and then wait for your name to be called. I probably waited around 20-30 minutes for my turn. The store associate was really helpful and friendly. He quickly exchanged our current modem for a newer gateway since our modem was over 3 years old. The associate didn't question my problems at all and was happy to upgrade my modem. It was very easy and I was leaving the store in less than an hour from when I arrived. This store is very clean and organized. I enjoyed looking around at everything they had to offer. They had lots of places to sit down and watch TV while you wait your turn. There is plenty of parking as well as this store is located in the big Westgate shopping area. read more
