VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER!!!! Comcast/Xfinity does not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE..... -"the Tech" missed my appointment on Saturday 7/16/16 between 3pm and 5pm because of a supposed Xfinity X1 Platform outage...... I was really mad as I took off work and they missed this appointment. Then they wanted to reschedule for 3pm-5pm on Sunday 7/17/16, i was extremely reluctant but I agreed and wouldn't you know it..... they Called me at 4:45pm and said they are "OVER BOOKED".... they I have had 2 chances to Fix their problem with my cable outage and screwed both of them up!!!!! Soooo I told the woman on the phone that this is a crazy lack of customer service. She stated that she could credit me $20 for my troubles.... I said, "what about the missed appointment yesterday", she stated that she couldn't deal with what had happened yesterday, she could only deal with today's issues..... This is absolute BS....!!!!! I'm extremely angry at this point but need service and reschedule AGAIN for Monday 7/18/16 between 5pm and 7pm.... I left work early to be home and WOULDN'T YOU KNOW IT........ I get a call that says "we are over booked and can't make your appointment today". I actually said "you must be F'ing kidding me!!!!!!" The guy on the line said "nope, sorry"...... I asked to have a supervisor call me and was told "I'll put a note in but can't guarantee a call from anyone". I then missed the call but received a call from "Brenda in Dispatch"... She left a VM and said that the supervisor was on the road but she was going to guarantee that I received my service today. She had someone coming to "meet my service appointment". I had hope..... At 7:30pm I had no service yet so I called Brenda's number and received her voicemail. Still hopeful..... I called again at 8pm...... Here it is 10pm and I can only assume this is the TYPICAL BULLSHIT STORIES THEY GIVE EVERYONE!!!!!! Still not service for 3 consecutive days!!!! Why do we even try? As a contractor that works long hours, my time is very valuable to me. I walked into this location on Thursday October 12 at right around 6:15 pm. The gentleman near the door (wish I had a name) asked how he could help me. I said I would like to buy a new phone. He then proceeded to tell me that their systems had been down all day and that would not be possible. I then proceeded to ask well could I try another location. I then received the response that it was a company wide issue and the Timonium store would have the same issue. But however he states I can make you an appointment for you for tomorrow. Well back to the fact of today was my day to handle this, so I didn't believe him and drove straight to Timonium, where I was received as a normal customer who was then sold a phone that night like I needed. White marsh location has Poor customer service!! I know these employees make commission on selling phones. But apparently the employees at this location think their time and clocking out when they want to is more important than the customers schedule. Better to go to Timonium location they at least care about the customers experience. And will serve you as long as you make it in the door before close. read more

Never showed up for my appointment. Technician didn't call, I had to. The operator told me the technician needed 7 hours to hook up internet and home security. I told her to cancel my appointment. I went to Verizon for internet. Took them 20 minutes to install and how me everything. Also used Simplisafe for home security, took us 5 minutes. Don't settle for Comcast!! There's options... who uses cable anymore anyways! read more

While not as strong as DY, I have to admit Comcast is terrible in its customer service and pricing. Thye lock you into a rate, then adjust the rate up as you go along. They do not offer any loyalty discounts and getting service is slow, uncommitted and when a tech is in, the only know the bare minimum. read more

Awful it seem i got the bad apple of the crowd tracy was not only a real toxic person to interact with but seem to enjoy it but it seem the other agents where a pleasure to deal with. Fyi Csr Tracy was a nightmare to deal with and she enjoyed being toxic. read more
