Good location, Less workers, long wait than normaI. don't know why people have the patience to wait.

I understand covid restrictions and having to make an appointment to go into the store.. however, it is extremely difficult to make an appointment to change a service/ make a purchase in the store at a convenient time that works for me.. there are absolutely no appointments available except for 1, 2 weeks out and only one time slot available. That is extremely frustrating. There's also no direct phone number to the store.. I can only speak to an agent from a 1-800 number instead of someone in the store. Good luck making an appointment with them. Super annoying. read more

Price is ridiculous. I recently retired and spend a lot of time on the internet and watching tv. I want to get all the stations but paying $170 a month is way too much. Also it is very difficult to get any help no matter what the problem is. They try and force you to use an automated service and you frequently know from the get to that you need a human being. He not only made the transition of moving service easy, he also looked at our account to see if he could save us any money. This is a two part review. I'm in the navy and I was two months into a 2013 deployment, before I left I turned in my equipment and was not given a receipt. I am defending freedom in the 5th fleet onboard my ship and I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $114 dollars for two months past service. I call in to explain and without hesitation customer service says either pay, provide receipt proof, or be sent to collections. I pay for service I didn't use and am ripped off! Recently I wait over an hour in store for service to get an explanation of my bill. The man is incredibly impatient and unable to explain why I owe $210. Once again I pay so I'm not sent to collections. Don't worry Comcast will find a way to fuck you. read more

Bad service! Long wait... all I wanted to do was exchange my box... X1 it stopped working all of a sudden. When I finally got to talk to someone I was tossed around a few times and had to repeat my story over.... just give me a new box and I'm done. If I could give this company a negative 100 stars I would!!!! Wish I could say, "I love it" my husband and I just switched back to Verizon from XF. I had the service for 4 days and wasn't able to use my GPS or use apps unless we were logged on to our WIFI. We just moved states and use our GPS all the time. We were almost stranded, until we finally were able to use our GPS enough to get back a familiar place, then it stopped working. While out I received a call and the service was in and out. Extremely slow service. Now I switched back to Verizon and can't use my phone because XF wants to play games and won't release our numbers until Jan 1st at 12:30pm ET. Wasn't able to return the phones to the store and was told they would send me return label via email, now on hold, transferred twice to get a damn return label. Next transfer will be the porting department. Not to mention that I have to pay $70 in restocking fees. XF you literally have to put the phone on a self. Seriously considering switching my internet as well. read more

Really angry I have an outstanding bill with Comcast for equipment that wasn't navigated properly by an employee from this store. I came in and was looking at a 11/2wait time. And all I want to do is return equipment to them. I didn't have that time to wait,,gave it to the front employee and said here's your equipment back I will trust you get to where it belongs. And wouldn't ya know it they billed me for equipment I returned. Not to mention I was billed for the whole month I didn't even receive restive e leaving me with a grand total of 530 in beyond sickness with Comcast and their greedy fees and not getting perks to the consumers that make them who they r today.. read more

Comcast/Xfinity will randomly rise your bill and start charging you for equipment and services you don't use and never requested. Its theft and good luck trying to get back what they stole from you. You get the run around and have to jump though hoop after hoop to try and get back what they owe you. My bill nearly doubled within 8 months and I never made a single change to it. read more

When I first got service with them the representative told me that I was going to be month to month but apparently I ended up being in a contract something that the representative lied about just to get the sale. Also one of the main reasons why I got them was because they're adversiting online some channels that I wanted, one of them being (beinsports). Update on my comcast evergreen issues. Yesterday I took a hour and a half of work to drop by the store before it closed. I talked to Dan the asst mgr. And in all fairness he fixed my previous issue with pricing. It took a while but in the end I kept the service and was issued a credit. I highly recommend talking to someone in a store if you are having issues with your Comcast bill. I spent hours yesterday on the phone with people from Comcast and it was a giant waste of time. No sympathy no compromise. But when I finally got back into the store I got the treatment I expected as a longtime customer. read more

At this store they think "they are making you a favor" when you go there to try to solve a billing problem. Unfortunately there only 2 internet service providers where my address is located, and Frontier don't have FIOS at this address they only offer DSL service and I don't need their phone service. Otherwise I wouldn't be Comcast customer. And for the record FIOS Is way better (100%) on speed and customer service. If you can avoid this company do it. read more

Could not be more dissapointed.. then again its comcast so I shouldve expected this. I just moved and was told I had two options for internet. Xfinity or Frontier. Frontier didn't offer the speed I needed to be able to run Wifi and Netflix which seemed weird. I work a lot anyways so I don't have time to enjoy it much. anyway I was baited by a Comcast sales rep at Walmart where I was told I would be paying 29.99 a month plus tax. I didnt expect to be charged more than say 33 dollars or so. My first bill showed up at 43$. There is an 11 dollar charge for equipment. Also when you call your directly routed to a call center which is annoying because then you dont get a live person. The speed is ok but the service doesnt work in the bedroom. Only the living room. To top it off the rep told me the 11 dollars would drop off. It didnt. My partner doesnt get service on her phone which is annoying. Wifi calling never works and now I'm locked into a 1 year contract even though my lease is only ten months. I even pushed and asked about hidden fees so for them to blatantly tell me it was only gonna be 29.99 a month for 60 mbps. is ridiculous read more

Came here to just pick up a cable box that can show foreign channels. My father was staying with us after surgery and he wanted the Filipino Channel to watch while on bed rest. They gave me the wrong box (DTA, instead of a X1 HD) and I left with home security service as a new line of business on my account (I was sweet talked into it because of the quad play price). Tech came out to install home security. As he was finishing up, he had to to customer consent to upgrade the DTA (~$5/month) to a X1 HD (~$10/month) and that's when he and I both saw a $99.99 home security install fee!!! The service center agent lied to me. She said that the home security install would be free. Tech could not credit the install (tech can only credit for any damage caused during install) and had to undo 2 hours worth of work. Had to place the job on hold while I decided with the family what to do. DO NOT COME TO THE SERVICE CENTER EXPECTING THEM TO HELP. THEY ARE THERE JUST TO SALE MORE SERVICE. I came in just for a cable box (which was the wrong one )and would have ended up with a hidden $99 install fee if the tech didn't have to give me the right box for the foreign channels. IF YOU ARE LOOKING INTO REDUCING YOUR BILL; CALL THE CALL CENTER AND SELECT "CANCEL SERVICE" AND YOU WILL BE SPEAKING WITH A RETENTION DEPARTMENT AGENT. THEIR JOB IS TO KEEP YOU FROM LEAVING COMCAST AND THEY HAVE ACCESS TO REDUCING YOUR BILL. read more

If I could rate them negative I definitely would. It's not this particular location, it's their company in general that's overrated, overcharged and way under-delivered. The only reason I haven't canceled all together is their monopoly on service in my area. In 5 years, I may have had 3 continuous months of uninterrupted service twice. Their operators aren't located in the area much less the continent so they have no idea the issues their lack of support creates. If I elect to purchase my own modem/router to avoid renting an inferior model from them, then their signal is faulty and they refuse to guarantee the signal. If a service provider charges actual money for a service they won't deliver or even guarantee, then they shouldn't be in business. read more

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY! This is the worst company in the world, do not do business with them! They just steal your money with ridiculous charges, then tell you if you upgrade to more exspensive package, they will remove charges. So I did that and then they tell me they can do no such thing. They are liars and thieves and I will soon be switching to century link as soon as possible. I have wasted my entire afternoon trying to get this resolved, but have been disconnected several times. I have been waiting 30 minutes, currently, for a supervisor to return my call. And that does not include the 20 minutes I waited on the line for an available supervisor. Ive basically given these guys $325 bucks in the past 30 days, not including the $50 "upgrade" they TOLD me to purchase to get those fees handled. I went to this store looking for a better customer attention that you would get on the phone. My contract was about to expire and I wanted to renegotiate it. Had to wait about an hour and a half for a customer service representative. Coincidentally I sat very close to the store manager's office in which he was helping customers and couldn't avoid to overhear their interaction. He was nice, polite and very easy going with them. When my turn came I coincidentally got the manager and surprisingly his mood changed immediately after he noticed I'm Latina. I had previously been at this store and no one ever asked to see my ID to check my account (only my phone number which he asked for too.) I explained what I was looking for and he offered a new deal that included home phone service I declined the offer because I'm honestly not interested in getting home phone service. He immediately got even more rude towards me. He then started to talk to me like I was being stupid for not taking the deal. I mentioned a promotion I saw online but I wanted to get a very good deal (with a perk) for being a loyal customer for three years already but he got an even bigger attitude! I was pissed with the situation and his rudeness, so I asked him about his supervisor and after giving me a speech about how he is the manager and he wanted to take care of me, he proceeded to give me a the deal I saw online with free HBO for 90 days, but acting very arrogant like he was doing me a favor of charity. He forgot that he has a job because of us paying customers! I felt discriminated against and humiliated. Horrible horrible customer service. Can't wait to leave Xfinity!! read more

Your Phone Comcast Customer Service is atrocious. I contacted them online last Thursday (06/13/19) and they scheduled to call me back on Sunday at which time I went through an adjustment to my payment over the phone that was originally due this Monday 06/17/19 that I requested be moved to 06/30/19 and received confirmation that it went through for that date. Then on Monday morning Comcast debited my bank account TWICE, sending it NEGATIVE and costing me over $130.00 in insufficient funds charges by my Bank. You guys suck. If there was a way for me to sue you for your lying I would. You want feedback? this is the truth about you and I'm telling my friends about this and looking for another IP so I don't ever have to deal with your company (Comcast/Xfinity) again. read more

This is about Comcast Mobile phone service - ever since switching from Consumer Cellular to Comcast I have been receiving a steady stream of telemarketing calls, and they migrated phones numbers from a contact list that was at least 5 years old and did not include my current contacts. Well Guess What, if you make an appointment you get right in!! I walked in handed them a copy of my appointment, they logged me in and said I was next. Xfinity is possibly the worst company in our area. Our internet/cable went out on Sunday the 14th, they told us it was our modem, without even coming out. After numerous calls and tech visits they finally determined that the underground cable was bad. I work from home so it is imperative that we have internet, we relayed that again numerous times both on the phone and to the techs, one tech finally says well we could run a temporary line from the box through the backyard to the side of the house. Sounds fine let's do it, well of course that tech can't do it. We called once again for someone to come back out and run that temporary line. Well they did come out several days later, but they did not run it through the backyard as they stated but in the front yard. Yes we had a big orange cable line running across our lawn, front porch, driveway (which you can't drive over the cable and my car happens to be in the garage) to the side of the house. Again after many calls we were told a permanent line was possibly going to be done on Halloween. Well now we are still waiting on our permanent cable they have no idea when they will come out and place it. But no worries they will credit our account for the inconvenience, wait for it, a whole $11.00! I have spoken to useless managers, written to the Corporate Office's (because you can't get anyone from corporate offices on the phone) so to say I am frustrated and mad would be putting it politely. My husband and I went into xfinity today cause we were tired of paying out the ear for data on our phones. We just moved and hadn't decided who we wanted to be our Internet provider yet. We just randomly decided to do it today and it was worth it. It was so easy! They gave us everything we needed. And then some! The service rep gave me her card and said it would be ok to set up an appointment for discussing my current service and what that might look like under a 2 year contract. This saved me quite a bit of time. I went back in and met with another service rep and he made the changes to my account, which were minimal, no new equipment, a slight upgrade on my Internet service. I have a moderately complex setup with a Windows Media Center PC, but he understood my desire to not mess with things and he did NOT try to upsell me, so I was quite happy with my experience today. read more

I hate Comcast and if it were not a monopoly I would switch. to anyone else. All I want is High Speed internet, they tell you it is cheaper to get the basic cable with the high speed so they can get more money from the various TV broadcasters and cable channels, they start you out a a low rate, then they creep up your rate 1 or 2 dollars a billing cycle then the double it after a six months or a year. surprise you call the customer service and first you get the hold, then the phone tree loop, then the guy who, all he are authorized to do is apologise and then transfer you to someone else who really doesn't want to talk to you but they are attempting to placate you so you don't start calling the government complaining about the monopoly they have on cable. then they make up some special deal that they are going to give you just to keep your business but it is not as cheap as it was before because, they have the right to squeeze for as much as they want. After all there is always dish, if it not raining or Trees. Horrible, slow service. Same poor experience at this location two different times. I foolishly opted not wait an hour to return a modem after purchasing my own; this has resulted in the charges for the rental remaining on my bill until I contacted Comcast directly. I normally dislike dealing with Comcast, especially over the phone, but I had a good experience with the people in this store. Michael Jones was really helpful and gave me a good deal and treated me fairly. Dealing with the folks in the store is 1000x better than calling some service center thousands of miles away. When dealing with the inevitable billing issue I will plan on going back in store and speaking with Michael and team. read more

Most overrated overcharged company I've ever dealt with. Internet service is horrible and signal is faulty. I tried talking to them many times about fixing my service because I'm paying for something that doesn't even work or it has a bad signal and Their costumer service is horrible both on the phone and each time I went into the store trying to get this issue resolved.
