    I sent this complaint to BBB. I canceled all services from Comcast. They are almost impossible to contact by phone. Their online chat support doesn't work. I can't even download the bills in PDF from the website. I have filed several complaints regarding their phone customer service. I have talked to the guy that takes care of the complaints. He seems to think there is nothing wrong with the phone customer service. I can contact T-Mobile online or by phone withing a couple minutes. I can contact YouTube TV within a couple minutes. I tried to contact Comcast 3 times today for a total of 12 minutes just for them to say "goodbye" after going through an endless loop of prompts. After I cancelled service, they sent me a notice that $121.88 is due. I attempted to pay it at the comcast office and he did not take payment because he said I have to wait until it gets fully processed. Today, I received a bill for $267.04. Again, when I try to view the bill online, the PDFs will not download. I can't see what they are charging me for. When I canceled service, I told they will not charge me a cancellation fee. Since I can't contact customer service and because I can't see the bills, they should not be charging me anything to cancel the TV Internet subscription. Today, I called them 3 times to dispute the bill. As usual, they put me through endless prompts. They repeated the same advertisement 3 times. When I dial 0 or say agent, it keeps putting me through these prompts. It tries to prompt me into making a payment. The it just says goodbye. Since I can't download the PDF bills online, I request they send it to me by email And a hard copy to my mailing address so I can see what I am billed for. I request that I do not get charged any cancellation fee. I can't do business with a company that I can't contact by phone or online. Because of that, I should not be charged a fee to cancel their very bad service.

    Quick review - this location is my go to for all things xfinity. It is very crowded! I usually wait in line and it goes pretty fast. They are helpful and friendly here and I always get the assistance I need. You can make an appointment too!

    Scammers! They'll add random things to your account so they can get commission, and are excruciatingly slow servicers. Booooooo

Today I went in again with an update that Boost said I could come in for, and he again tried to get me to pay for the SIM card that was supposed to be included with my service, and when I asked he said that it would be $20 if I were to activate it online, which I then went home and did for free. This man is a liar and scammer.

    Wow, has this company gone DOWN HILL…read more With no notice they raised my bill. I tried calling them to downgrade (I don't stream movies much at all) and sat on hold forever. Then I took advantage of their recorded voice offer to call me back. They never did. That means that I was sitting on hold that entire time FOR NOTHING. Same thing happened this morning when I tried to call them, still trying to reach them about the same thing, and no response, an no call back (again). Then I look at their web site and they've got notices on there that they have office space and servers available to rent. I guess times are tough now. I can't imagine why with a service decline like this compared to the past. This company used to be responsive and human and real and timely. Now you're on hold for no reason at all (they're never going to pick up) and forever, with raspy, terrible music that's like torture to have to listen to. I'm going to have to find an alternative. This company has LOST ITS WAY. There is NO EXCUSE for leaving customers on hold forever knowing full well you are NEVER going to put a human on to take the call, and you are NEVER going to return the call after offering to. No one needs yet another business run like this, and I'm not rewarding it with my money after putting me through this and wasting my time like this over multiple days.

    We used fortis as our IT company for the last few years and hired them to move our server to "there…read moredata center" after 4 months we had our launch date on a Monday. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

They were absolutely Free iPhone 16 Pro Max since the 17s were about to come out. The only stipulation was to port our numbers in, no trade in required. Verizon sent us the wrong phones just iPhone pro not Max, I was advised by multiple customer service reps that in store would be quicker and this all during our move, selling a home and purchasing one. So I go in the store met this young lady, for some reason they just couldn't do the exchange even after multiple calls to customer service 800 number, the rep insisted that there was a restocking fee but it was supposed to be waived, she ended up taking $80 for a restocking fee from my return and had to pay all over again for taxes, then she changed my plan, now my bill is $46 higher because the plan she put me in was different and it added the phones. The phones went from $9 to now $23 each. This place needs to fire everyone in here! These people would rather get over and resign you up to get a "commission" instead of doing the right thing by the customers. Yup cancelling, filling a complaint and maybe talk to someone who knows about laws, these people and company is very unprofessional and unreliable! Spent hours just trying to get my plan back where we were in the beginning and nothing! Good thing I have everything in writing so this should be an easy win! 2 tips: Don't do business with this store! And if you decide to do it GET EVERYTHING in writing! Or they will SCAM YOU!

    ~Throwback Thursday Review back to the 2012 - 2013 era ~…read more When I lived in the Citrus Heights area, they rolled out IPTV along the Auburn Blvd Corridor around 2012 - 2013 , it was one of the best experiences ever. I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

Fidium bought CCI and any CCI customer should leave now. I had a rep come out with a three day wait. He informed me they can't send over ten mbps here. I'm in a main suburb. Not in the sticks. Last year some idiot CCI rep came to my house and sold me 15 Mbps on an "upgrade" and as this rep told me, there is no such thing! Woke up today and CCI had turned off my internet when I start work at home at 7am. Called and got two AI reps. About 2/3 of their reps are not real ppl. Supposedly I had $55 overdue. I've been on the phone w three of their AI reps on Monday. Their AI reps are not programmed to think, clearly. I've already bought Xfinity service yesterday for less at 90-300 Mbps like it's really 2025 and need CCI to provide me service so I can pick up my xfinity equipment and fire CCI today. CCI makes it so so easy for me to fire them. Can't wait to go. Suggest you do the same.
