They then just routed the neighbor's line through my front lawn and over my driveway, and put a speed bump in my driveway over the line. Meanwhile this is the neighbor's line and they're damaging and putting stuff on my property and I'm not a MetroNet customer. He wouldn't come in until he put those blue shoe covers on, he insisted. Came in and found the modem took a hit during the last storm we had in Hebron. he swapped out the modem checked the connection and all was good then he left, about 2 hours later my dogs were going crazy so I went out to check the property, it was the same tech, I was just about to tell him the connections just went out, he smiled and said he and the tech department were monitoring the connection and seen the connection drop, the service tech went on a mission to figure out the issue. He did all the checks outside and inside the house, everything was as is it should be, so puzzled he was, then said let my check wireing at the cross over pole in front. BOOM that was it, the juntion box was busted open and the wires looked like a mouse was chewing through them. I have to say, "Nitco", "Tech support operator" and The service tech" didnt just call it job done, they monitored the issue until thing were fixed. Thank you once again Team Nitco you noticed an issue before I did and jumpped on it.

I had no idea what this new cable was, so he spent time explaining and showing us a few pointers to make sure we understood the software. It's like a no contract, no fee, amazing cable company that has even higher quality imaging. Plus virtually unlimited DVR space (Hello binge watching!) Oh and it's less expensive than what I'm paying for UGHHHHH. The Damage: I believe the price is different depending where you are, so worth calling to see. I stuck with them a little longer but the quality of their services quickly deteriorated. I used to consider them the gold standard but i had to switch after a mystery charge appeared on my bill that they couldn't explain to me. I told them i was leaving and they didn't even care. I also refuse to go to Comcast. I noticed an ad for Layer 3 tv online and decided to try it out. Let me preface by stating i have a 1gigabit internet thru the fine folks from RCN who also have excellent customer service. Layer3 TV is an internet based cable solution. Their feed runs thru your internet. and they have 4K. I admit i was skeptical at first but once i switched i have not looked back. The picture quality is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. They are new to the Chicago area so there are a few kinks but you can tell with the technology they use they will become a force. Please keep doing what you are doing I enjoy your services immensely.
