    My Internet went out & the help desk is ZERO help. Their solutions include unplugging & plugging…read morein the router. If that does not work, they tell you that they will have to escalate it and have someone call you back. Don't plan on getting that call. Yo will need to call for two more days to get that call back. They then go through the same unplug & plug the router back in. When that does not work their solution is to send a tech out for almost $900. I work from home a few days a week & and need an Internet provider that is reliable - Nitco is NOT it.

    Thank you Team Nitco, I recently called with an issue with my internet connection going on and off…read moreevery 10 min, The tech service gentle man was on point, listened to my issues, check the connection from his end, deemed there was an issue, I was given a with-in 48 hour time frame. 8 am the next morning the server tech was knocking at my door. He wouldn't come in until he put those blue shoe covers on, he insisted. Came in and found the modem took a hit during the last storm we had in Hebron. he swapped out the modem checked the connection and all was good then he left, about 2 hours later my dogs were going crazy so I went out to check the property, it was the same tech, I was just about to tell him the connections just went out, he smiled and said he and the tech department were monitoring the connection and seen the connection drop, the service tech went on a mission to figure out the issue. He did all the checks outside and inside the house, everything was as is it should be, so puzzled he was, then said let my check wireing at the cross over pole in front. BOOM that was it, the juntion box was busted open and the wires looked like a mouse was chewing through them. I have to say, "Nitco", "Tech support operator" and The service tech" didnt just call it job done, they monitored the issue until thing were fixed. Thank you once again Team Nitco you noticed an issue before I did and jumpped on it.

Sign me up for life! *** I don't know which is there main Yelp! Page so posting the same review here just in case*** The Details: Just another reason why I need to leave Manhattan... I hate my current internet and cable company-- Layer3 come to NYC please!! My brother had Layer3 installed one morning while I was visiting. I complained and expected the worst, but it was literally the easiest experience ever. This nice install rep (hi Chris!) came perfectly on time and did the entire setup for us in a few minutes - he was very pleasant and funny. I had no idea what this new cable was, so he spent time explaining and showing us a few pointers to make sure we understood the software. It's like a no contract, no fee, amazing cable company that has even higher quality imaging. Plus virtually unlimited DVR space (Hello binge watching!) Oh and it's less expensive than what I'm paying for UGHHHHH. The Damage: I believe the price is different depending where you are, so worth calling to see. I'll be signing up a soon as they come to Manhattan

I used to…read morelove their customer service, America based, and their picture quality, content and NFL package were outstanding. Then AT&T purchased Directv. I stuck with them a little longer but the quality of their services quickly deteriorated. I used to consider them the gold standard but i had to switch after a mystery charge appeared on my bill that they couldn't explain to me. I told them i was leaving and they didn't even care. I also refuse to go to Comcast. I noticed an ad for Layer 3 tv online and decided to try it out. Let me preface by stating i have a 1gigabit internet thru the fine folks from RCN who also have excellent customer service. Layer3 TV is an internet based cable solution. Their feed runs thru your internet. and they have 4K. I admit i was skeptical at first but once i switched i have not looked back. The picture quality is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. They are new to the Chicago area so there are a few kinks but you can tell with the technology they use they will become a force. Please keep doing what you are doing I enjoy your services immensely.
