Companies were promising service but then they would tell me the area I wanted service in, because of the trees the signal would not be strong. XL Broadband came to the rescue, the service is fast and the installation didn't take long at all. Most importantly the installer Wyatt was unbelieveably friendly. I felt like the Lord gave him an extra dose of sunshine and smiles. Keep smiling Wyatt it meant so much to me. I had an great experience through out the whole process, from the first time I placed the call to inquire all the way to the finish line. Thank you XL Broadband, Highly recommended

Received references from two trusted sources - "G Heating & Air Conditioning" of Manteno, IL. Roger Graefnitz came by, assessed the situation, proposing removal and replacement of both the furnace and AC. Roger also suggested running new duct work with vent a into the room addition ceiling and a new/larger cold air return with a larger/filtered vent. A room addition lacked sufficient air flow and the return air duct work was too small. Unfiltered air will no longer enters the cold air return! The old air return was filthy on the inside. On November 30, 2018, Roger and three others arrived on time at 7am and were finished by 5pm. They never stopped except to sample some Godfather sandwiches from Beggars Pizza. The G Heating and Air Conditioning technicians were all knowledgeable, skilled and professional from start to finish. Received an Armstrong 95% AFUE Efficiency, 66,000 BTU furnace and a 2 1/2 ton A/C unit. The new thermostat is easier to use and more precise than the old one. The upgrades to the duct work have eliminated the cold spot in the room addition and the new furnace is so quiet. I am very pleased with the job done by G Heating and Air Conditioning and recommend them highly to anyone with heating and air conditioning needs. I really feel like I got the deal of the century from Roger! John Pais Park Forest, IL

Adam and his partner were punctual, thorough, friendly, and really went above any beyond (e.g. - they proactively replaced our outdoor outlet cover, which apparently wasn't to code) to provide us with the best customer service. Adam was also extremely responsive to all of our communications, and he even came back for a follow-up visit when we were having some issues with our WiFi network connectivity. He of course solved our problem, and he didn't charge us a dime to do so. We cannot stress enough that this was a grade-A, 100% wonderful and reasonably priced experience from start to finish, and we're just sorry we didn't write this review sooner, because Adam deserves it. Thank you again - we're so grateful for your awesome customer service. Cynthia & Meredith

My husband found the listing for Kulacz and Sons in the Monee Home Pages. The first HVAC ad was two pages on Kulacz, touting no extra charges for nights and weekends! I had diagnosed that either the thermostat and/or filter to be the problem, scouted out my choices at big box, and presented them to Jake. He appreciated my research and concurred with my choices. That set the stage for myriad questions from me (less than 400) for the next 1.5 hours. Jake showed me how to complete my DIY project of adding some more wire pairs.
