Dialogue is crystal clear, the bass is insane but still super clean, and movies feel like a full-on theater experience now. I keep replaying scenes just because it sounds so good!!! Claimed it had 84k miles when it really has well over 165k miles! He was well aware that it was our son's graduation present to himself before he headed off to college and he sold it to him anyway. Claimed it had no issues at all and had been checked out by Ford. Now it's going to cost us thousands to get it repaired. Won't answer texts or messages, and now has blocked us. We'll be contacting the police and our attorney. Very bad business, he should be ashamed of himself! Should change the name to One Star Electronic!

They seemed way too sophisticated for us, with our huge, tube-TV, and cassette tape deck, LOL! But we had them out for an estimate anyway. Their prices were absolutely competitive. In addition to a flat-screen TV, we also purchased a new tuner, speakers, and Blu-Ray player. Plus, we purchased (separately) an Apple TV device which Kole was able to integrate into the system for us. Installation took hours but it was completed to absolute perfection. The guys who came out were friendly, helpful, and professional. Our family room was transformed! We're thrilled with how it looks and how the system performs. Can I just say how much we love our sub-woofer? Never realized what we were missing! Best of all, however, is Kole's customer service. I mentioned how very unsophisticated we are with regard to electronics, right? Well, as you might imagine, we had a few "Um... how does this work again?" moments as well as a few, "This stopped working, what's up?" situations. Depending on the difficulty, Kole techs either came out the next day, or worked with me over the phone to get our system back up to perfection once again. The Kole techs also offered some awesome suggestions with regard to music - with streaming and Apple and, well, stuff I never knew how to do. Now, on weekends, we crank up our Apple playlist and have a couple thousand family pictures serving as our TV screensaver. It's like having a giant photo album playing constantly. Hard to tear ourselves away! The first thing we watched on the new TV with the new sound system was the first Star Wars Trilogy. Episodes 4, 5, and 6. What better way to welcome this new technology into our lives, right? Kole has been one of the best house-related decisions we've made and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for upgrades in the future! This place is dishonest I got a camera system from them about 4 years ago got a quote from the…read moreowner tarek for six camera's installed the quote and the install went smooth but once they left I called and asked for help on how to use the system the owner sends me a 900 page manual and told me that that will answer my questions. Well I went back and forth with the owner on how to use the basics on this system because his installers didn't help me figure out how to use it. So I moved on and by playing with the system I kinda figured out on how use the basics. Then about a year later I get a bill for 100 bucks a month from them. So I emailed the owner again asking to explain the invoice. He told me that that invoice was a mistake and it's 100 dollars a year if I wanted to continue using my online service even though I paid for the cameras and I own them, but when I called corporate and complained they told me they weren't able to do much even though they gave me access for another year but they said that he actually owns those cameras. So I went back to my quote and it said nothing about an annual fee, so I questioned the charge and informed the owner that he never told me anything about an annual fee, and why did you wait a whole year to tell me about your extortion fee. And now 4 years later there cameras don't work any more after my 3 year warranty finished there cheap China made equipment don't work. So I guess now I have to go out and look for an honest camera installer and find some cameras that don't have an extortion fee attached to them. If you decide to use these thieves make sure you know what your getting and its all on paper, because they don't tell you some important things till a year later.
