These are the texts I received between my husband's call to cancel service and when they called me.

We have about 17 screenshots of error messages. First they mixed up my spouse's and sister-in-law's accounts. Then they put my name on my spouse's account. Then they made the secondary account defunct so that we can only sign on with one account, the one attached to billing. However, I will say that one customer service agent was able to see that the latest issue needed to be escalated. And, on the plus side, we were able to reduce our monthly payments. Outside of accounts and customer service, the Internet service has been good, but we can find much better speeds at better rates. --- I'm updating this review and knocking down one star. When we tried to cancel my spouse (the primary account holder) talked with a customer service agent in Mexico and thought that he handled the cancelation. Right after he hung up the phone, I received a call from a customer service agent in India, and I asked why he's trying to sell me on Comcast the second after my husband canceled the account. I gave the call to my spouse and he asked to speak with the manager. The manager still tried to sell him on the service. I have attached a phone screenshot of our last interaction with the company. I did not request any information from the company. It's like when a kid doesn't like it when his dad say no, so he talks with his mom. It's an infantile way of doing business.

Some videos are slow to load and some don't load at all. Streaming service is basically useless. Still 480p in 2015? Not great. Needs work.

Joshua Reeder was my sales representative, and besides the wonderful Green family being so great, and who started this company decades ago, Joshua was the other major selling point. He did an amazing job! His communication, honesty, professionalism and kindness went a long way. He explained the system in great detail and was patient with all of my emails back and forth with any questions I had. The installer Phil did great too! He drove up in a clean suv and was immaculately groomed and empathetic to my situation. I had a trust in George as he explained the various features and benefits of a complete security system. He offered me advice from a previous career in law enforcement that was new and useful. Although his company was three weeks out on installations, he worked me in within a week and sent me a reasonable quote quickly. He talked me through the electronic signature patiently. George is a five star employee and represents Security Central perfectly!
