Really enjoyed the ordering experience because it was simple and the menu was straightforward. The food was delicious and I especially liked the pork chop because it was flavorful and not too dry. The pricing is comparable to other com tam restaurants in the area and portions were decent. The only thing is that the soup was a bit on the sweeter side but I think it's my own personal preference. We would go back!

Food was absolutely delicious and authentic. When my friend told me that there's a com tam food truck, I was skeptical tbh. It made me think it's probably one of those modern places catered to non-Viets but I was wrong! The meat was not only tender and superbly seasoned, I got 2 big pieces! For $15, that's amazing. The cha was alright to me, I've had better because it was pretty bland to me. I was pleasantly surprised to see dua chua in the veggies, so that was new. Would stop by again :)

This com tam truck is located right next to My Thuan Market, you cannot miss it with its bright yellow color. I got my food pretty quick. They also give a free drink which is super nice of them.

I'm shocked that I paid $18 for Sườn + Ta Hu Kỳ. $18!!! I really thought it was Com 3 mon (default of sườn, bị & cha) . When adding Ta Hu Ky, it's $5 added. Please look at my picture. I paid $18 for that. I will never support this truck again. Why are we even ordering off a truck anyway when there's so many actual good Com Tam places within a 1-2 mile radius? COM TAM XÌ GON is 10 times better and it's only about $13-$14 for way better quality and portion. To make matters worse, the ta hu kỳ was the worst I've ever had. Took a pic of that too. It was chewy and tasteless. :(

Very good broken rice and huge pieces of pork chop. Must I mention the excellent customer service. Their egg cake has salted egg which you will not see often in other store. The female cashier offered sharing plates since she noted that we ordered one portion for two people. They give out free herbal team with you order as well. Really cannot beat the price and their portion.

I've seen this com tam truck pretty often when I stop by My Thuan but then started seeing it on my TikTok and I knew I had to try it. We finally got the chance to go today after getting our hair done around the area. It's such a cute little food truck! My sister and I got plate #2 which was broken rice with bbq pork chop, shredded pork skin and egg cake. Each rice dish comes with a side of soup and you also get free nuoc mat just like you would in most Vietnamese restaurants. Service was quick as well! The com tam was absolutely delicious! They didn't skimp out on the meat so hopefully it's like that for all their dishes. I was kind of sad that I forgot to ask for them to add the fried shrimp cake because that's usually my favorite part of com tam. If you haven't had fried shrimp cake I definitely would recommend adding it in! Portion size isn't bad either as well!

Came at like 8pm on a Monday night. No line and basically got my food within 5 mins. +1. Also got free winter melon tea +1. Luckily for me there was hella parking and the vibes were chill since it's just a food truck. 10/10 com tam.

I've heard a lot of reviews about this truck and decided to try it out myself. I got the com tam amigo which came out to $15 with tax. The portions are so huge... I could not finish the entire thing and ended up splitting half with my grandpa. It's very home made and has good flavor to it and they are open 7 days a week. Service is fast and they also give you a free drink with your order!

Finally had the chance to try this COM TAM (broken rice) truck. It's located in the My Thuan supermarket plaza. Right when I got out of my car, I could smell the food truck.. smelled amazing! I got the #2 which came with pork chop, egg meatloaf, and shredded pork skin. The rice dish came with a soup and a drink. The portions are generous. The pork was very smoky and flavorful! Soup was okay. Service was good!

NO OUTSIDE SEATING BECAUSE THE CITY SHUT THEM DOWN FOR IT (for now). They're planning on putting the plastic tables and chairs out again once the cops stop watching! ALL RICE PLATE ORDERS COME WITH A FREE PANDAN INFUSED GREEN TEA and a simple pork rib soup on the side! I got the #1 Com Tam Dac Biet $15 and I added fried shrimp cake +$4 and a side order of green onion +$1 but the menu shows green onion, crackings are both combined as +$1 but they only gave me the green onions because I only specified green onions and forgot to say cracklings. If it's written on the side order menu together wouldn't you think to give me the cracklings anyway? Kind of stingy if you ask me. They have actual broken rice here, so it's definitely authentic! I felt like the bbq pork chop didn't have that smokey grill flavor, it almost tasted like it was cooked over a pan, with some parts being overcooked and tough. The shredded pork floss was standard and the egg cake was good but nothing special. I wish the fried egg had a crispy bottom, but it was just cooked through all the way including the yolk which was a bummer. The spare ribs were WAY overcooked, tough and dry! The fried shrimp cake I ordered on the side for an additional $4 was SO thin, there was more skin than meat! And it was overcooked too! You could tell the skin on the outside was almost burnt which made the shrimp inside tough. Pass on this for sure! The fish sauce was good. The simple soup on the side had a strong essence of radish and carrot, with a small piece of rib on the side. I was surprised it was included! Every rice plate comes with a free cup of tea, it tasted like pandan infused green tea--pleasant, not too sweet, and refreshing. I also got their fresh sugarcane juice but it did not have enough flavor. It tasted like they added cane sugar to it so it tasted like sugar water (in a bad way). We couldn't finish this. Overall, just okay. I wouldn't come back here, but, for the portion size (which was huge), and the price, it's a pretty good deal!

Late night dinner since just flew back to town and not much opens. This VNese food truck focus only 2 items (which has varies condiments choice), broken rice or vermicelli. I got the vermicelli with egg roll and grilled meat with sugar cane drink and got a free herbal drink. Service is easy, quick and friendly. The wait can be abit long and also if there a long line then the longer you waited. The food is good, tasty, warm and refreshing for the vegetables. The truck park in a parking lot, from 10am til late night, so plenty of parking spaces. It's outside setting so it can be cool in the summer but can be cold in the winter.

We drove by this food truck on the way to Disneyland all the time so we finally decided to try it and wow! You really get the most bang for your buck here. I got the #3 and for $15 it comes with a drink AND soup. It's a pretty large portion too! I had enough for lunch the next day lol at first we were kind of sketched out since it was a food truck but don't be fooled, this place is really good!

Food Bánh Mì Pate Que (2) - $5.99 Served as two pieces, this Hải Phòng-style bánh mì came with pate, shredded pork, and a house chili sauce. The bread was nicely toasted and served warm, making it easy to share. Bánh Ướt Đặc Biệt - $14.50 Steamed rice sheets topped with pork patties, fried tofu, and fresh vegetables, served with a house fish sauce. The sauce leaned light and slightly sweet, which may appeal to some but felt a bit mild overall. Bún Chả Hà Nội - $16.50 Rice vermicelli served with grilled pork, pork patties, fresh herbs, and house fish sauce. Similar to the other dish, the sauce was on the lighter side in terms of flavor. The protein portions also felt a bit small for the price. Service My party and I were greeted and seated promptly upon our arrival. A server brought menus and returned shortly after to take our order. However, they did not check-in throughout the dining experience. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and the food came out quickly. Payment is processed at the register near the back by the kitchen. Ambiance The restaurant is dimly lit with plenty of seating for dine-in. Location It is located in a strip plaza with a shared parking alongside other businesses.

Over all those years, they have never disappointed me and continue to serve really good food. I usually get the beef brisket pho and it's really good. The noodles are just the right texture, the broth is clean and flavorful, and the meat tastes fresh and tender. Their dui bo is also very good, but usually runs out after 1:00 or 2:00 pm, since they only have a limited amount of this item every day. The meat is fall off the bone tender and has a more fatty flavor to it. It usually sits in some broth that absorbs that beefy and fatty flavor from the bone. A great addition to any bowl of pho. Alternatively, I sometimes also get the bun thit nuong and it's very good. The eggrolls it comes with is wrapped with rice paper, so when it's fried up, it has such a satisfying crunch and texture to it. The thit nuong is has a nice smokey, grilled flavor to it. The shrimps are okay as well. This is a very satisfying and filling dish, so if you're looking for a high volume dish, this may be the one to get. Expect long lines during peak hours. I can confirm though that the wait is worth it! Service is always very good. The ambiance on the inside is fine, very plain and unassuming in my opinion. I'm not one to usually order extra noodles but for this place I would order as many noodles until I ran out of broth, it is that good. Noodles were on the soggier side, I'm not picky about noodles but if you are then this is something to consider. Portions were huge for the price, very happy with that. CASH ONLY. We started with the Vietnamese coffee ($7), which was bold, strong, and nicely balanced with the sweetness from the condensed milk. A great way to kick things off. The egg rolls ($10) were packed with beef, shrimp, wood ear mushroom, and vermicelli--crispy on the outside and paired perfectly with fresh lettuce and fish sauce. The standout for me was the flaming wagyu ($18), torched tableside. For how thick the cut was, it was incredibly tender and soft. Definitely go medium rare. The ponzu dipping sauce really enhances the richness of the beef. We also tried the shaken beef ($21), which came with plenty of caramelized onions and bell peppers that added a subtle sweetness. The beef was slightly charred, bite-sized, and super satisfying--especially with rice. The combo pho ($25) came loaded with a variety of meats, all tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The broth had a deep, beefy richness, and the noodles were perfectly soft. Add in the garnishes for some crunch and it really ties everything together.
