ahh I loveee this place! I've already done a few sessions (3-4 times) of ultrasound cavitation and remember I lost 1.5 inches off my waist the first time! If you've never heard of ultrasound cavitation it's a fat removal technology that does NOT involve surgery. The procedure is painless and there is no downtime whatsoever. Some of the benefits of this treatment include body tightening, improvement of body circulation and skin texture, and permanent fat cell removal. This process is a lot cheaper than coolsculpting so I definite recommend looking into ultrasound cavitation if you want to try a body sculpting treatment. Horrible customer service, if you can even call it that! Groupon was offering a massage deal, I prefer male masseurs. Called to confirm if they had male masseurs, was told yes. So, I gladly got the Groupon. Called on a Monday morning to make an appointment, left a message and stated that I'd like to schedule a massage with a male masseur. Received a text from the owner on Thursday morning (6:54 am!) letting me know that their massage department was currently without any masseurs..... I said I'd wait until it was back up and running. Received an update (by text again) the following Monday evening (8:12 pm!) that they were back in business, and that a female masseur would call me ASAP to schedule me in with her. I replied immediately stating and reminding him that I had asked and requested a male therapist. No response back. No call nor his preferred method of communication late or early texts at odd hours. Silence. I let a day go by... figured or hoped they were trying to fix this Wednesday I finally text again and ask if I should return my Groupon. Three hours later I get this text: "We put in for your refund since we were not able to accommodate your exact wish." I'm so glad I checked prior to buying the Groupon to avoid all of this, yet I still went through this.... completely unacceptable. Good luck to everyone Update 2: Four days after abruptly receiving a text from said owner Brandon, that my Groupon had been refunded at no fault of mine. Four days after posting my original unfavorable review and Brandon quickly falsely accusing ME of wrong doing. I received a text from his female masseur to schedule me in.... WHAT?!?! I refer her to Brandon, and let her know the Groupon has been refunded. Further proof that if they (Brandon), can't communicate with his staff. They (Brandon), WONT BE COMMUNICATING WITH YOU. I do have the save texts from both Brandon and his masseur, to corroborate my ongoing saga that could've been completely avoided and most importantly unnecessary. Epic FAIL. read more

This review is overdue! I purchased a package of 8 sessions of ultrasound cavitation and everything was perfect,, until I had two more sessions left. Ive been trying to schedule my last 2 sessions since Oct./November 2019!! I wanted to do my last two before my wedding in November, but unfortunately the girl I was seeing NEVER responded. I called/text/DM and NOTHING. Very upsetting. Also, apparently when I was going for my 6th session the owner said I had only paid for 4 sessions. Luckily, I had proof that I paid for the 8. I had a horrible experience. The first appointment was fine because they want you to buy a package and then after you buy it they constantly change appointments last minute. They also have different people contact you because everyone always has an emergency and once you get in they are late. I saw no results and paid almost $400. Stay away!!!!! The different treatments are seemingly painless, and when there was even the smallest bit of discomfort it was more of a soreness after the gym type of discomfort rather then a pain. I would give them a 100 stars if that was an option! I went from a 36.5 to a 32.5 over several treatments, and I didn't go as often as recommended due to my busy schedule.
