I got all my windows tinted, had paint protection film applied, and ceramic coating. Car already experienced two heavy rains and the films are really effective. Windows are hydrophobic making it easier to clean and the dust doesn't stick on to the car. Eric is very responsive, patient with my questions, and transparent with the prices. I'm second-guessing my decision with the higher % tint choice and if I decide to change it, I'll definitely go back to Xclusive Auto. I had a more expensive film on my previous car, but the current tint I have is more effective but more budget friendly, I think mostly because of Eric He really works with you and your budget.

I contacted Eric on Yelp about car window tinting, and he was quick to respond and very helpful. He walked me through the different film options and answered all my questions about UV protection and heat. I scheduled an appointment for the following week, and the installation took about 2-3 hours. My car looks amazing now, and ready for the summer ! Eric even followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Great service overall, and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I brought in my Tesla and my wife's Kia and the team at Xclusive Auto did an outstanding job on both. The Tesla was my biggest concern because of the full glass roof. Anyone who owns one knows those large panels are hard to tint correctly, and a lot of shops leave bubbles, dust, or small imperfections because of the size of the glass. I've seen it happen plenty of times. These guys absolutely nailed it. The glass roof tint came out literally perfect. No bubbles, no distortion, no debris under the film. Just a smooth, clean finish across the entire roof panel. It honestly looks factory. They clearly take their time and pay attention to the details instead of rushing through the job. My wife's Kia came out just as impressive. The work was clean, everything looked sharp, and the car looked fantastic when we picked it up. Customer service was also great. Easy communication, straightforward process, and the pricing felt very fair for the quality of work. If you care about your car and want the job done right the first time, I would absolutely recommend Xclusive Auto. I'll definitely be bringing our vehicles back.

Hands down the best clear coat, detailing, and tint service in town. Eric and his staff are the ultimate professionals--the shop is spotless, and their attention to detail is second to none. Everything went great, from the quick response time, to the completed application. My car is a bright cherry red and I unfortunately drove over a big puddle of white paint coming out of a parking lot. All on the sides and tires on the bottom of my car had white streaks and heavy coated white paint on it that I couldn't get off by myself. I called around and this company was the only one that responded quickly to my inquiry. I appreciate Eric and his personable nature. He was real down to earth and flexible with scheduling me in to help me with my paint problem. His team did an excellent job on my car and I would come back for future work if needed. I've had my car detailed at Xclusive Auto ever since I purchased it new in 2018. They also installed the Ceramicoat paint protection on the car as well. Two and a half years in and the paint looks brand new. Washing the car at home between details is a snap as the Ceramicoating makes cleaning the car and rims easy. Awesome work!! Highly recommend!! Had my restored 71 Chevy detailed by Eric, and let me just say I could not be happier with the finished product. Worth every penny, they made the car shine better then I've ever seen it. You could feel that all the imperfections were taken out of the paint. And no missed spots anywhere, he is very thorough in his work. Detailed the car inside and out, and you can tell he really took his time and got everything. Definitely will be back again. Also he responded fast to my inquires and took my car on somewhat short notice which was nice. read more

What a great company! Called same day and was able to get 2 of our cars detailed. A lifted truck and a 4 runner. The owner was very responsive and reliable. He explained what was going to be done and was in contact with me throughout to let me know the time frame throughout. And then, OUR CARS LOOKED AMAZING. They looked even better than when we first bought them. I'm so happy with how they turned out and I would highly recommend them! Plus the pricing was very very good! read more

Took my new car purchased to get a ceramic coating - Eric and his team were professional at first; however, things quickly went downhill. 5 star ratings are earned and Eric followed with unprofessionalism and insults to my car that was just purchased two weeks ago as well as red towel residue left on my now torn decal that was produced by Dodge. He claims Dodge messed it up lol. Showed before pictures that clearly show the decal there in its ENTIRETY but I received nothing but side insults about my previous tint job and other areas that had no relevancy to the decal to just avoid what I'm showing him. I assume Eric will take the time to respond to this, and assuming he shall, I won't hesitate to also post the snarky comments this detailer made to me. Says Spanish is his first language, but he knows exactly what he was doing disrespecting me, my vehicle, and not taking accountability, or even asking to do anything to fix the issue. He went as far to say I just "learned my vehicle 30 minutes ago at his shop"- very unprofessional and disrespectful people pay hard earned money for a vehicle and his false accusations are just comical. He also said other false claims such that I was on a budget when I clearly said I don't necessarily have a budget. False claim after false claim. Very smart too he offers a lower price just to not completely do the job correct the first time so as to make you pay more to fix unfinished/damaged work on his end so that his prices get closer to the quotes you see on other detailer sites. (like spirit airlines good deal then it has more fees for your luggage, your seat, etc.) One stage correction and there was a scratch on my just two week ago purchased car and he had me pay 200 extra if I want to remove the clear scratch. Don't take your business here. Look into the san Dimas location and the now owner even says how Eric used to be on the team and how it took a turn for the worse while he was there. read more

I had the best experience at Xclusive auto in upland. I was so impressed with the quality and timeliness. This was all I could have asked for in a auto specialty shop. I had my calipers custom painted, my model Y custom wrapped with teck wrap, tint, and a ceramic coating. I was given an estimated completion time and Eric was responsive and did his best to achieve all that he promised. I will be going back and will be referring friends and family. I originally went in for is special for a clay and seal. However after he had started he let me know that there were some marks that did not come off with his regular clay bar. He suggested a two step correction. We then decided to go forward with a ceramic coating. I can say that this is visually stunning! There's a two year warranty so let's see if it lasts. I'll update this post in a few months to see the coating last. Thanks Again Eric! read more

Despite the lifetime warranty, the previous tint place no longer tinted cars, so I was SOL. I started to look around and ask different tint vendors regarding tint removal and retint. I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. Milton took the time to educate me on something I had no idea about -- the "tint" on the back windows of my brand new GMC Yukon from the dealership isn't actually tint at all... it's just colored glass. That's why we couldn't simply match the driver's window -- we had to redo all of the windows properly to get a consistent, high-quality finish. I genuinely appreciated him explaining that instead of just doing a quick match and sending me on my way. I dropped my car off at 3 PM and it was completely finished by 6 PM. The turnaround time was amazing. And the quality? Top tier. Milton's work is so high-level that I was even able to roll down my windows on day one -- which says everything about the precision and materials he uses. He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything. That never happened here and I felt like an equal. I was treated with a lot of respect. When I was given a time it would be done I told Ralph I couldn't do that because of my acupuncture appointment. He promised he could get it done earlier and the guys did it! They really care about their customers here and treat you like family. What a wonderful company. I received a quote over the phone to get my new Cybertruck ceramic tinted all around. The truck has a lot of windows so I knew it wasn't going to be cheap, but it's a necessary investment. Patrick was familiar with Cybertrucks specifically and has the big tint roll to be able to do the tint for the huge roof and window in ONE PIECE, which was important for me. It was returned to me covered in exterior water spots, interior drips, and significant water stains on the headliner. I spent hours cleaning the interior and exterior myself, but the headliner stains remained. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I brought the car back today. I was told they couldn't wash the car because they would likely leave 'swirl marks' on the paint--an unbelievable admission for a professional shop. Most shockingly, after being patient through weeks of excuses, the owner Steve called me 'unprofessional' and told me they no longer wanted my business because I asked for the damage to be fixed. If you value your vehicle's interior or paint, stay away." Pictures are after they cleaned it and apparently they his was acceptable to them !
