If you ever need collision or glass repair, I highly recommend Xclusive Auto Center! Chris provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He even went above and beyond by arranging to receive and deliver my car to Orange County, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My Tesla had three dents and a broken rear window that needed to be replaced. The repairs were seamless, and my car looked as if I had just picked up a brand-new Tesla. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Chris truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Got the job done quickly. Fair price and great service. Thanks Chris for all your help, will return for sure.

Xclusive auto center did an amazing job with my car. I came in for a LOT of different things to get done for my car, including repainting my hood, replacing Day time running lights, fixing my door locks, replacing my horn, and more. The paint job is the best I've seen, it looks exactly like the OEM paint and has an amazing finish to it. Definitely a quality first shop that pays attention to the smallest of details. Really appreciate the work done and will be sending my friends and family here in the future! read more

Outstanding service I need a new bumper and paint job, the quality of the repair was amazing I'm very satisfied with outcome and time frame of the whole repair and cost of everything. I definitely would recommend anyone to go to this shop for your auto repairs! read more

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I took my car in for exterior work only and it was returned with new issues that had nothing to do with the original repair. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they immediately blamed the vehicle manufacturer and refused to help. When I raised legitimate concerns, the response was dismissive, hostile, and aggressive. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner, yelled at, and cursed at clearly an attempt to intimidate me. Completely unprofessional behavior from people who should be standing behind their work. This shop does not value customers. Once payment is secured, accountability disappears. If something goes wrong, expect excuses, deflection, and aggressive treatment instead of solutions. If you care about your car or being treated with basic respect, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. read more

Kris is a perfectionist. His workmansip is amazing. I've used the services of Xclusive Auto Center several times in the past two years. In all cases, my vehicle was struck by another and the other party's insurance covered the damage. He is a professional, and compared to other shops that I've gone to -- well, there is no comparison. Kris worked with me to get a fair amount from the insurer to cover the damage. Believe me, had I needed to go it alone, the payment would have been significantly lower. Kris takes a personal interest in his customers. It doesn't matter if it is a "ding," or full body damage, he knows what to do -- and does it. As for billing, Kris does not "nickel-and-dime" you to death. He gives more service than is actually invoiced. Thank you for great service, Kris! read more

The best body shop experience I've ever had, they did not just bring back my X3 as good as new but they fought the insurance guys to make sure I'm getting everything I need to get my car fixed. They went above and beyond my expectations, they made the process very easy and smooth, they picked up my car, got me a rental and basically dealt with the insurance while I'm sitting at home not having to worry about a thing. Kris was introduced to me by a friend who I trust. I am not disappointed. Kris has been an enthusiast since he was 14. He has been in the automotive business for years, but recently started his body shop in an auto mall in Chatsworth. Unite "T". Kris does utterly fabulous work. My Honda CR-V was smacked by a bad driver. Insurance called my Honda "totaled." I wouldn't accept that. This car was GIVEN to me a few years ago by a dear friend, since deceased. IT WAS NOT GOING TO THE SCRAP HEAP! Kris has just finished his work; he delivered the Honda last night. She gleams like a diamond! There is zero evidence of damage from the collision -- no ripples, no high spots, just amazing! Not ony that, Kris and his assistant sanded, repainted and polished other worn areas so the car would be uniform in appearance. Wow! I've had other cars needing body work and the shop ONLY painted the damaged area. Kris took his time -- I wasn't in a great hurry for the job to be completed -- and he did it well within the dollar amount the other driver's insurance company paid. While the Honda was being repaired, I used a backup car that we keep for emergencies. THAT car, aVW new beetle was hit from the rear - twice - by a very rude driver. His insurance accepted responsibility and paid for repairs. Guess who is working on the beetle, now? Yep! It is Kris. and when he is finished, I have two vintage vehicles for him to do, as well. This man is a miracle worker. read more
