After picking up the vehicle and driving it, the vibration I had been experiencing was completely gone, so I am very happy with the repair itself. There were some frustrations with communication and pricing. My appointment had previously been changed over the phone but apparently wasn't entered into the system, which required additional calls. I was also initially told the vehicle would be ready the same day, but that timeline wasn't met. I also think the fee structure could be more customer-friendly. There is a 3% shop fee for general administrative/service overhead in addition to a separate 3% credit-card convenience fee. I personally think these costs should be clearer upfront, particularly when you're already paying for the service itself. That said, when the vehicle wasn't completed when originally promised, I asked if they could provide a discount, and they did. Most importantly, they did what I brought the car there to have done. All four wheels were repaired and the vibration is gone. Despite the communication issues and additional fees, I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual wheel repair and appreciated them working with me on the final price.

It's very easy to access and the location is in a great spot. I pulled right in their lot on a Wednesday morning and I was in and out within 20 minutes. When it came to the repair, the repairman immediately saw two nails in the car. He went back to repair it and was gone for about 5 minutes. He came back and showed me where there was a continued bubble, showing me why it was taking longer than he wanted. He took it back and also found a shard of metal in it. The fact that he came back and showed me meant a lot as a female getting car repair work. The price was BEYOND fair for the quality and work done on my tire. I was warned they are a cash only operation, but other reviews mention accepting Zelle. Hopefully I won't be a returning customer, but if I am, I know I won't be disappointed.

Last night, coming off the highway, we hit a huge pothole that destroyed our front tire. After limping home on a donut, we called Reyes' the next morning looking for a replacement. The man who answered the phone was super friendly and while they didn't have the exact model we lost, he said they had a lightly used one of a different brand. We parked in their lot around back and were surprised they came out and got to work right away. The tired was replaced and rotated to the rear in no time, and the price was incredible. They are cash only, but do take Zelle, which is super convenient. We will definitely be back for all our tire needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I took the car to the tore shop where they checked the tire to find two holes and the tire filled with fix a flat. These tires are run flat tires with the foam run flat liner. These fix a flat ate the foam liner causing it to delaminate from the tire and ruin it. When I contacted Omar about this he denied it and everything short of told me to kick rocks. I had been taking my car around to a few different shops in the area, and wasn't really having any luck, so I was pretty exhausted by trying to explain everything, but right away, they were just like "we'll just do a full inspection of everything!" I wasn't fully confident that they'd catch much (as other shops had not been able to catch anything going on). I took the car in right as they closed on a Wednesday, and by like 10am the next morning, I was sent a link to TekMetric - an app they use to document their entire process, including photos, diagnoses, and individual notes from the tech. The total on the repairs was MUCH higher than I anticipated, and I was a bit freaked out, but when I called them, I spoke with the person who inspected my car, and we went through each item individually over the phone, and discussed what was immediate safety concerns, things I SHOULD do but could get away with, and things that are more preventative measures that will need to be addressed down the line. They were very upfront with me about the timeline, which was a very quick turnaround. I've seriously have never been so impressed with a shop before. Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable.
