There were some frustrations with communication and pricing. My appointment had previously been changed over the phone but apparently wasn't entered into the system, which required additional calls. I was also initially told the vehicle would be ready the same day, but that timeline wasn't met. I also think the fee structure could be more customer-friendly. There is a 3% shop fee for general administrative/service overhead in addition to a separate 3% credit-card convenience fee. I personally think these costs should be clearer upfront, particularly when you're already paying for the service itself. That said, when the vehicle wasn't completed when originally promised, I asked if they could provide a discount, and they did. Most importantly, they did what I brought the car there to have done. All four wheels were repaired and the vibration is gone. Despite the communication issues and additional fees, I am very satisfied with the quality of the actual wheel repair and appreciated them working with me on the final price.

I also purchased extra Road Hazard Protection. It took them 13 hours to install my tires (I had to pay for Uber). They offer free rotations & you need to schedule an appt. for this service. Problem is you can't wait, it can take hours (Uber). Ever since the tires were installed, regardless of the weather my low tire pressure light comes on. I don't know why? I do know it's a pain in the butt needing to refill at least one tire a month. I'll never go back to them!
