TOTAL JOKE! I had a scheduled appt. & had my car there when they opened. I had to prepay for my tires because I wanted a 4 Star tire that they didn't keep in stock. I also purchased extra Road Hazard Protection. It took them 13 hours to install my tires (I had to pay for Uber). They offer free rotations & you need to schedule an appt. for this service. Problem is you can't wait, it can take hours (Uber). Ever since the tires were installed, regardless of the weather my low tire pressure light comes on. I don't know why? I do know it's a pain in the butt needing to refill at least one tire a month. I'll never go back to them! read more

I believe that many service shops have gone down the drain, but after giving this place my service 3 times, it's clear that it is a place that purposely takes up customers' valuable time. Furthermore, the technicians have no pride in what they do. We got a new tire there before going on a vacation to Wisconsin. As we were driving, our new tire began to lose air. We had to stop and get help because the people here did not properly tighten the valve pin and the air came out. Another time, my wife called to get a patch or plug and they misled her on the telephone telling her she needed a new tire and wheel alignments. Recently, we made an appointment by telephone. The person we talked to did not annotate the appointment in their system. When they said there was no appointment and even after showing them our call log, they tried to make me come another day cause they were busy. I told them I should not pay for their mistake and so they made it sound like I would be taken care of during my original appointment time, but I waited for over 90 minutes for them to tell me that I needed a new tire, but it wasn't in stock. This was after they told my wife she needed a new tire and wheel alignments and the tire was in stock. This tire store is the absolute worst and the customer service is non-existent. Worse, the wait times, even after having appointment, is atrocious. The lack of care for customers was evident during each time I visited this place. No customer should have to deal with such lack of pride in one's job. Customers should not have to waste their valuable time waiting for a patch, plug or new tire for over 3 to 4 hours. I would gladly pay more money for a tire if the shop had respect for their customers time and overall value. If you expect to have a straightforward and caring experience for needing a tire fixed or replaced, DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

I got a screw stuck in my driver's side rear tire on Friday evening. I was losing tire pressure in that tire, and my husband called to see the price of a quick replacement tire and we would come back later and replace a whole set. The screw was sticking out of the sidewall in such a way a blind man could find it. My husband said on the phone and to the technician in the store the driver's rear tire needs to be replaced because of a screw in it. They replaced the passenger rear tire and put air in all the other tires not noting the screw jutting out from the driver's rear tire. We noticed today and brought it to their attention on the phone where we were told to bring the car in and they would take care of it. They did not have evidence to refute this claim on the phone, however, after getting to the store the guy in the office said it must have just been a miscommunication. They want us to pay for the tire they were already paid to replace and I would bet $100 they started coming up with reasons they replaced the wrong tire after we called them today. They are not a trustworthy place to spend your money. Their tire technicians cannot see obvious screws sticking out and clearly don't know their left from their right. Go literally to any other tire shop in the Chicagoland area, save yourself the headache of dealing with these guys. The response to this comment is going to be some politically correct response from the manager of the store or some gaslighting "I'm sorry you had a bad experience or I'm sorry you were mistaken." But I promise you we are not wrong, do not trust these people with your car or your money or to not try to find ways to bend the truth to benefit themselves rather than help a customer. I will now be driving children around in a car with a screw in the sidewall of my tire due to their negligence. first they installed the wrong tire and tried to blame it on me so they can keep the 100$ deposit.then i go to the dealer porsch and i found out that the tire at loeber porsch dealer was 415$ ( yokohama 315/40r21) when just tire tried to charge me 815$ for the exact same tire...i have been taking my cars there for the past 10 years and now never again...be carefull its not the same quality of service. check your quotes. and make sure that guy comes outside and check the tire himself they are supposed to be the experts not the customers. read more

Be prepared to wait if you're a walk in. 6 hours to be exact. I left my vehicle for tire repair at 11:55am and was told be Abe the vehicle will be done within 2-3 hours. Came back at 3pm to find my vehicle parked at the same spot where I left it. I checked in with Abe again and his reply was, "we're backed up. Give me an hour." Doesn't seem very busy but okay. Came back at 5:20pm and car was still not serviced. So, I asked Fred and he said your vehicle is next. They took it in and after 40 mins, stated, "we can't repair. I asked them to price match and they were willing but explained that their current promotion would save me more money. I also used my Goodyear credit card for six months 0% financing and saved an additional $200 on my tires by using it. I worked with Fred and he definitely took care of me and was transparent with the pricing and fees. I was in and out on a Saturday morning with no appointment in around 2 hours. UPDATE: Met the new manager a few months ago as there's transition. He explained the changes that will be coming moving forward. Due to short staff at another location I'd made an appointment at 9:00 AM then called in later and spoke with the Asst. Manager who's been there since this location opened. I'd stated my appointment was at 9:00 and I'd be in just before lunch and that I knew that there'd be other appointments. Came in just before 1:00 PM and was out in about 45 minutes. Everything was seamless and had a nice short chat with the new manager who's the #1 store manager in the entire US. He explained everything with his new location and completely respected him 110%. This location is changing for the better. There's new staff like he said and they're very friendly and super efficient just as the new store manager stated. There was slight turnover but his new people are great and the store manager is super knowledgeable and very very hands on. As a very long term customer I'm very impressed and appreciated his honesty and sincerity in our chat. read more

If a tire is not in stock at the location you make the appointment for...you shouldn't allow it if it's not there when the client has made an appointment for that time. To start the problem wasn't with the service it was the inability of the staff to EXPLAIN THE INVOICE!!! THE MONEY I PAID OUT OF MY POCKET!!!!! I recently brought four new tires, paid the invoice as I assumed all of the columns added up and i would check them when I got home and figured the old math of 1 +1 =2 would be simple enough to figure out the invoice. . My bad! I went home and spent close to 45 minutes trying to figure out the invoice and realize you have to have a masters degree in math to figure out how they came up with the numbers they charged me. Their numbers are all over the place and you have to figure out the installation fee and multiply a number and then subtract the discount and all of this is something YOU HAVE TO CALCULATE ON YOUR OWN!!!! WTF happened to transparency. I called and talked with the manager who gave me the invoice to begin with and he couldn't explain the numbers. Then I called their corporate number and just gotstuck listening to BLARING EARDRUM SHATTERING hold music for 45 minutes NOT ONCE BUT TWICE ...90 minutes total on hold and finally I hung up. So I came in for an oil change and to have a tire patched on 3/29/21. Kenneth A. was working behind the desk and greeted me with a smile, kind words, and after explaining my needs to him he put me at ease. I was nervous that my tire couldn't be fixed, and I wasn't sure which oil change would be best for my car. Kenneth A. patiently went through the options with me and helped me pick what was best for my car and within my budget. Thank you Kenneth A.! Now I am here today again (thanks to the previously wonderful service) and am lucky to have Kenneth A. taking care of me again. Super easy check in process and clear estimate of around $170, which I thought was totally reasonable. They found an issue with driver's-side upper control arm and said I'd need to take it to a full service shop. Didn't charge me a penny which I was surprised about. If i could give zero stars, I would! I came here to get 4 all new tires which cost me almost $1,000. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. My appointment was at 1pm. I did not get my car until 4pm. No call, no information letting me know they are behind and still working, nothing. I asked what took so long and they said they were behind on work. If that is true, be transparent and tell me that up front! My tire pressure light now is always on and it is not a sensor issue. I am extremely frustrated with Cholino and Josh, who "helped" me. I returned a week later due to my brakes needing to be replaced SO badly. I only was getting the front brakes done and again, had a 1pm appt and was quotes an hour to and hour and a half. 330 comes and I call them asking if my car is ready. I then told them my frustrations and stated clearly that I need my car back. I did not have my car until 530pm. RIDICULOUS. Cholino chose not to tell me that the reason why it was taking so long is because they could not get my car to stop shaking after they replaced my brakes. As a customer, you don't think that is something you should tell me as you are working on my car for double the amount of time you told me? Now my car is shakey whenever I brake and have to pay more out of pocket money to fix whatever they broke. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. EVER. read more

I came here for a vehicle inspection. The assistant manager said it would be done in 1 hour and 30 min. Then after 30 min he called me saying it was finished. I uploaded the inspection document to my job. My job rejected it. It was an incomplete form. I don't understand why the assistant manager wouldn't apologize. I don't understand why would you try to make someone more angry if they were already angry, especially if that person was a customer? Then he gave me a refund and asked me not to come back again. They didn't even have the correct form for the inspection. I am surprised the person said he was an assistant manager. They waisted 2 hours of my time in which I could have went to a quality place and received the service I paid for. The worker than blamed me saying I should have had the inspection form because it was emailed to me. I never received an email from my company of the inspection form. I can't believe I was also blamed for his mistake. I went to a different place and the proper service and business was done. I will not be back again!! If I could give negative stars I would give a -5. read more

I've had good experiences in the past but earlier this month I went in for a non-working brake light. Few weeks later people are telling me my brake light is out. Back to Just Tire where I am told the light in there is not a brand they use. I bring up the warranty & question why I was charged $50 if they didn't change the bulb. How often are they getting away with this? Plus there is a horrible scent plugged into an outlet being spewed into the waiting area.
