Upon checking deep stick it was on the metal overfilled. We got a syringe and started taking out oil and see the color is completely black when it was done 2 days prior. I had to removed more then a quarter that they did not drain the old oil completely and should not be. I called the manager Jazel to please refund me the money and said that I had to go back so he can check engine of the car. All he needs to check is that the oil is black and not touch nothing else in the car,as I do not trust this people. You think I got my money back for their incompetence no and I would never go back to this place.Please see picture and avoid coming to this place. Horrible, never again! Please check your oil if you did it in this place. I have no problem you seeing the oil obviously is black but no you do not need to check engine on my car but oil.Obviously you left more then a quarter of dirty oil that mixed with new oil and overfilled my engine. I had taken my car to a mechanic last year who ended up messing up my car. Every time I turned on my car it would make this awful/loud/embarrasing noise, I took it back to that same mechanic for him to fix what he had done to my car and all he said was.."oohhh thats nothing, I didn't do that, but i'll fix it anyway" which in the end he just made worse than before. for months I was driving around hopeless and convinced my car was forever broken or that it would be crazy expensive to fix. Long story short, I took my car to jiffy lube yesterday and spoke to the boys working there about what had happened to my car and about the noise. They were very polite, they pretty much said that nothing needed to be changed, that the other mechanic just didn't do it correctly and they fixed it with no problem!! the horrible noise is now gone for good!!! customer service was great!! I didn't even have this great of an experience at the car dealership (headquarter toyota), now those people are a rip off but thats a different review LOL . I had no hope for my poor little car, I felt horrible because its a car that is STILL in warranty and it is my fault that it was being so mistreated. but the boys at jiffy lube left it like new!! I went back to get the rest of my money, and while he did apologize and return it, the situation didn't sit right with me. If I hadn't double-checked the receipt, I would've unknowingly overpaid by $16. It feels like this wasn't an honest mistake, especially since I already gave a tip on top of what he tried to keep.
