Las Brisas Hand Car Wash

Las Brisas Hand Car Wash

This place is great if you want a good car wash. Their prices are awesome and they do a good job…read more You aren't going to a car show after you're done, but you get the best bang for the buck here. Go early, place get packed after 9:30am on weekends.

I just left La Brisa and I'm honestly shocked at how bad the experience was. I showed up around…read more1:00 PM with my Toyota Tundra, and the place wasn't even busy--there was only one person ahead of me. Despite that, I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes just to be told they couldn't even service my truck because they "ran out" of the proper oil. What made it worse was the attitude. When the employee finally called me up, he was rude and dismissive. No apology, no effort to help--just straight attitude. When I suggested they should have someone upfront letting customers know they were out of oil, he snapped back saying they were "too busy" to do that. Too busy? There were barely any cars there. I've been coming here for over 10 years and have recommended this place to so many people, but clearly things have gone downhill. The customer service is terrible now, and it feels like management just doesn't care anymore. Also, I'm Hispanic, so I don't mind speaking Spanish--but for anyone new to Miami, good luck coming here because no one seems to speak English. That just adds to the frustration when you're already dealing with poor service. To make things even worse, I called after I left to explain my situation, hoping maybe someone would at least acknowledge it or try to make it right. The person who answered the phone clearly didn't care at all--basically just told me "alright, too bad" in Spanish and brushed me off. This place is ridiculous. It honestly feels like nobody there cares about customers anymore. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that actually values your business. Really disappointed. You just lost a loyal customer of over 10 years.

I will be waiting to see if another check engine light will come on for the 4th time, and then drive my car into Key Biscayne. The above charges are only for parts. Who know's how competitive their labor is. I will be taking my car to the dealer in the future, because I'd prefer to get reamed by people who can provide an official estimate of costs, instead of asking me to sign a paper stating I received one after the repairs have already been completed. For the work, who knows, it's probably solid.

I found the price for a tire patch for a Tesla to be a bit too pricey compared to other shops I've visited in the past. After I told the employee who patched the tire how much I was charged, he was a little surprised at the price and actually asked me if I may have been charged incorrectly. Would I go back for other services? I probably would, but I will be asking for an estimate beforehand just in case.

just now New Please…read moredo not go to this body shop unless you want to throw away $1,000 or according to other reviews $3,000 or have your car broken. I went in on NOV 5th for a check engine light and the manger Jorge tried to up sell my on other things the car needed, I told him please the engine light specifically the coolant code. He told me what the car needed was the spark plugs, he charged me $1000. He told me before leaving if the engine lights comes back on it's because he did not clean out the injectors properly and to come back they will check it and take care of it full warranty. When 3 days later a check engine comes back on and I took it back, the other assistant mangers said it's a coolant code I'm going to out coolant fluid if it's a censor we have nothing to do with that. After I picked up my car it started turning off on me ( this had never happened before ) the next day I went in ( today) and Jorge told me there's nothing he could do to go to Porsche because he doesn't have the parts. Now I've lost $1000 plus my car is in a worst condition. Zero customer service they just want to up charge you, don't trust them just because they have the Midas name.
