The staff is friendly, the shop is well-equipped, and they were patient with all my questions throughout the process. However, I did run into a serious issue that I think is important to mention. After the install, I began experiencing multiple check engine lights, drivetrain warnings, and rattling noises that made the car feel off despite being brand new. After weeks of frustration and diagnostics, I took the car to Davie Motorsports, where they discovered that the downpipe was installed without the required O-ring -- and instead putty was used to seal the joint. That oversight caused the exact symptoms I was experiencing. I had to locate the O-ring myself at home and bring it to them so the issue could be resolved. While I understand mistakes can happen, this kind of detail really matters, especially with high-performance setups where everything depends on proper sealing and fitment. That said, I do appreciate the work MPI did overall, and the car feels amazing now that the issue is corrected. I came on the day and time scheduled, was greeted by Wayne, he asked me a few questions and gave me a form to sign. Then he dropped me off at a near by restauran so I could have lunch during the inspection time. It took about 4 hours so by the time he finished I was at The Collection, when he called to let me know it was almost done I asked him if he could pick me up since it was raining, he said yes!
