She had great recommendations and was pleasant the entire evening (even though she was juggling a full load of tables). The food was delicious - skirt steak and prime rib were cooked to perfection, and my father enjoyed the senior steak platter that included onion rings as big as his head! Bread pudding for the dessert win. Everything, even the cocktails, came out quickly and without issue. We are so happy we found the Proud Cut Saloon!
