First I am not a novice carpenter, I needed more than 40 pieces of PT lumber and other materials. When I checked the stock, the pieces in the bens were what everyone else didn't want, in rough shape, and in low numbers. I was told they would hand select from a new pallet and that their workers are "very good" at avoiding the bad pieces. I was assured that workers would select pieces that were straight, with at least one clean edge and no large cracks. What did I get, about a third of the pieces were the rejects, not what was promised. I would have done better at Home Depot!

I am hesitant to return to this store despite living local and wanting to support local. I…read morepurchased a hanging wall shelf last month. The shelf was too small. I went back to make an exchange. For this to be done, they did a return of the first shelf, and I purchased a new one that better fit my needs. I was told that my return was completed, funds would return to my debit card, and handed a receipt. Recently, while assessing my bank account, I noticed the return never went through, and I ended up being changed for a product I no longer have. I did file a dispute with my bank and the funds were returned. Needless to say, I am dissapointed that this occurred.
