The employee told me the only person who can replace a battery would be there at 9:15 AM, so I waited in my car. After waiting around and not wanting to risk shutting my car off, I even drove to a mechanic to confirm whether it was my battery or alternator. The mechanic confirmed it was just the battery. I came back to O'Reilly at around 9:30 AM expecting the employee who could install the battery to be there, only to be told he was running late. Meanwhile there were about five employees in the store and apparently none of them could replace a battery. What's the point of advertising battery installation if no one there can actually do it? This situation wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress when I was already dealing with a dead battery.

When I got there, the employee said he could test the battery, but I explained that I didn't want to shut the car off unless they were able to replace it right away. He then told me the person who can replace batteries wasn't there at the moment. So I had to leave and drive around trying to figure out what to do next. After calling the store later, I was told that the person who can replace the battery doesn't come in until after 2 PM. It would have been really helpful if someone had told me that before I drove there the first time. I understand staffing issues happen, but when someone comes in with a dead battery situation, clear communication goes a long way. A simple "the installer isn't here until 2 PM" would have saved me a lot of time and stress.

I placed an order earlier this week to pick up at my local AutoZone however they did not have the oil filter available so they had to cancel my pick up. I ended up ordering to pick up at this location in Lynn. These are the reasons for my rating -- 1. I got a confirmation e-mail saying both of my orders were ready when they were not. 2. One order had the wrong oil and the other order only had the oil filter. 3. Cashier seemed very annoyed at the fact that the wrong oil was being handed to me so my boyfriend ended up going to get the right one himself. 4. When I asked where the second oil was (for the second order) he seemed more annoyed and proceeded to walk without even knowing which oil he was supposed to grab, making the assumption that it was the same one as the first one. It was just not a pleasant experience especially since I was talking to someone much older than I am. I don't like questioning elders but if i'm ordering my items online please have the order ready by the time i get there.

The staff is excellent and try to assist you in all aspects of auto part buying. They have a small private parking area which is very convenient since it is very hard to find a spot in downtown Lynn. The cost of parts and supplies here are excellent values as they usually below all the stores selling the same thing and definitely way below dealer cost. I highly advise if you need something for your automobile to check them out.

For the first minute I just heard shouting. Then quiet. Then for about the last 5 minutes I heard a radio/TV playing commercials. I eventually hung up and called back and they said, "Oh, no, unfortunately we don't have that size tire."

Atlantic Toyota gets an A+ from me. I went in for routine…read moreservice and wipers, and from start to finish the staff were exceptionally friendly. The atmosphere feels like it comes from good management everyone seems genuinely happy to help. My routine service was free, the alignment was an unexpected cost, but had it done because i did not want the expense of tires in the near future, and the cost of the wipers was better than I expected. The best part of the entire visit was the complimentary ride home when I dropped off my car. I wasn't expecting that at all and thought I'd have to order an Uber, but they took care of it. The driver was extremely friendly and made the experience even better. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the people. Atlantic Toyota earned an A+ from me.

I left a review here, and Brianna replied and gave me this number that doesn't work: (866) 214-1448. What a joke. The dealer told him that Toyota doesn't replace the part unless it's damaged. The glass part is in bad condition; those incompetent people don't want to do their job. Don't you realize they have way more bad reviews than good ones? This place needs to be investigated, and those employees should be fired.

I come back with thule roof racks the guy whos also the owner id assume says oh i didn't know i had thules, i would have asked for at least 75. i was oh great here we go..... he says well i told you 50 so they are yours if you want them. I was so impressed with the lack if greed and pleased i call here as one of the first choices of junk yards. Good guy honest and honorable... what an american way of doing business and its much appreciated.
