I came back to O'Reilly at around 9:30 AM expecting the employee who could install the battery to be there, only to be told he was running late. Meanwhile there were about five employees in the store and apparently none of them could replace a battery. What's the point of advertising battery installation if no one there can actually do it? This situation wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary stress when I was already dealing with a dead battery.

After calling the store later, I was told that the person who can replace the battery doesn't come in until after 2 PM. It would have been really helpful if someone had told me that before I drove there the first time. I understand staffing issues happen, but when someone comes in with a dead battery situation, clear communication goes a long way. A simple "the installer isn't here until 2 PM" would have saved me a lot of time and stress.

One order had the wrong oil and the other order only had the oil filter. 3. Cashier seemed very annoyed at the fact that the wrong oil was being handed to me so my boyfriend ended up going to get the right one himself. 4. When I asked where the second oil was (for the second order) he seemed more annoyed and proceeded to walk without even knowing which oil he was supposed to grab, making the assumption that it was the same one as the first one. It was just not a pleasant experience especially since I was talking to someone much older than I am. I don't like questioning elders but if i'm ordering my items online please have the order ready by the time i get there.

The atmosphere feels like it comes from good management everyone seems genuinely happy to help. My routine service was free, the alignment was an unexpected cost, but had it done because i did not want the expense of tires in the near future, and the cost of the wipers was better than I expected. The best part of the entire visit was the complimentary ride home when I dropped off my car. I wasn't expecting that at all and thought I'd have to order an Uber, but they took care of it. The driver was extremely friendly and made the experience even better. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the people. Atlantic Toyota earned an A+ from me.

Valvoline caught it, called parts dept, guy admitted the mistake. I drive back, get the right transfer case fluid after speaking to a manager. Idiot employee prints up the manual page that says gear oil can be used if transfer case fluid isn't available. Wrong day to double down moron. People come to the dealership to get spec parts not available anyplace else. My truck has 15,000 miles on it. Just paid $34,000 for it. You think I want the adequate substitute when the correct fluid IS RIGHT IN THE PARTS ROOM? Read your computer, follow the manual, don't play and act like a hero. At a dealership you're expected to be right, not bobs backyard maintenance. The kid at Valvoline reads the computer screen and does what it says. For any future customers of Atlantic Toyota: bounce what they say off ChatGPT before you get work done. Don't just trust their technical staff. I drove across Lynn and sat in line several times today and all the parts guy said was "oh I didn't sell you that I don't see why you have to talk that way." Maybe try running an accurate show. I was so impressed with the lack if greed and pleased i call here as one of the first choices of junk yards. I haven't worked on old cars for a while. Today, I needed a part for one of my vintage muscle cars. It was only a small part, but not available at an ordinary parts store. I called: they had it in stock. When I got there, the owner (Dave) was as friendly & helpful as I remember him being back when I spent a lot more time working on hot rods. I'm so glad that this store is still around!
