As a complete plant newbie, I went into the shop with no expectations. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the display of various houseplants of all shapes and sizes. What really impressed me though was the superb service. Sean who was immensely knowledgeable and patient guided me through the proper care routines of all the plants I asked about. I was driving through DTLA on a Saturday on my way to visit a friend and saw that WyldBnch Plants was nearby on Yelp. We drove over to the corner of 6th and Central and was pleased to see they had a parking lot. When we walked up to the store, we realized the store was closed, but there was someone inside. He kindly let us know that the store was closed, but opened the door and let us come in to quickly pick up a housewarming gift for me friend anyways. He asked if we knew what my friend's lighting situation was like and started making recommendations. I mentioned my friend has a dog and he immediately started showing me all the dog-friendly houseplants around the store. We left there with a lovely money tree and white pot. He even offered to help us pot the plant directly in the white pot. Overall, I had a lovely experience at WyldBnch and will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. read more

I love WyldBnch! My friend and I went today just to check it out and ended up leaving with some plants (naturally). Upon entering, it is requested to use hand sanitizer. It's 2020 - be considerate by wearing a mask and follow the store's rules. The plant store is visually appealing and the set up was open and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised with the prices of the plants and planters they carry. The associate, Sian, was very knowledgeable in plants and friendly. They carry other items in the store such as candles, books, plant tools and more! I would totally return to support the store. It's a premium plant store without the premium pricing. I left spending $36 on a plant, pot and pruning scissors. The most expensive item was the scissors! read more

Shopping at WyldBunch is not just like walking into any other plant store, it's really an experience. The store itself is lush and clean. Copious amounts of plants in many varieties to choose from. Prices are competitive to other plant stores I've been to. They also carry some plant care accessories, books, and pottery. The man behind the counter, Sian, was not only friendly, but is extremely knowledgeable in the plants they carry and their care. He inquired about my lighting situation and how comfortable I was with certain care needs some plants may have. He also educates you on the plants you purchase and answers any questions you may have. He led me in the right direction when it came to what plants to buy because the ones I purchased have been thriving in my home! Say good bye to plant mama anxiety! I've seen on their Instagram they host events at their location as well which I thought was a great way to get involved in the community and local businesses. What a cute and cozy store nestled in the Arts District. The staff can answer any and every question you have about their plants. I walked in to take a look around and walked out with 3 new additions to my home. Their selection is unique and nothing like the generic plant species you'd find at your local Home Depot or Lowe's. You can find this hidden gem in the Container Yard's retail space called "WIP" aka "Work in Progress" the entrance is on Seaton St. It's appointment only right now, but was super easy to make one via the website. Plant Mama's and lovers, this is the spot! WyldBnch has eclectic vibes and beautiful selection of plants! Wyldbnch's aesthetic in the shop is always so vibrant and what's so interesting is the colors in the space are updated every so often, so I'm pleasantly surprised each time I visit! Pop makes transactions smooth and if their is a plant I'm looking for that either sells out or can't find myself, she ends up finding it for me. She's also knowledgeable in plant care. You can also find hanging plants ready to go: macrame, pot, and plant. Take it home and just find a spot! There is a good variety of pots in all shapes and sizes as well. The greenhouse was so beautiful and my favorite part of the store. I've never left here without a couple of plant babies and a big smile on my face. IF you are looking for a cute plant shop with a wide array of varieties THEN this is the spot! Congratulations! The store is located inside The Container Yard in the retail area where it's setup like a mini mall. You'll have to pass the Montana Spray Paint store and the Coffee shop first. Once you get to WyldBnch, you will know! The Owner Pop is consistently upgrading the setup of the shop to make it look pretty. They also sell unique vase selections, cards, books, etc etc. There's even a repotting station in front of the store. I've also seen tons of plants I had never seen in my life here. read more

This shop is wonderful gem in Downtown LA's Arts District. Inside the Container Yard, just past the coffee shop, you'll enter WyldBnch's showroom. You simply can't miss the beautifully curated display of plants and their pots which are superlatively selected, making my house look even more lively, while reflecting my personal style. I'd never be able to find such perfect combinations of pottery/botanicals to accommodate my unrelenting fastidiousness in regards to decorating. My new favorite go to for all things green and plant haven. I always make it a point to stop here whenever i am in the arts district for the funnest and sometimes rare plant selection, i can't otherwise find in the Flower district. Pop (the owner) has a natural ability to curate everything from your new plant babies, to pots to help elevate your home decor. Also very helpful and insightful of what kind of plants are sturdy and ones that need a little bit more love and care according to the kind of light you might have in your home or office. Anytime I am looking for plants and knowledgeable service I come to WyldBnch first! I am always amazed at the variety of plants they always have on hand. I went in looking for a plant and didn't know the name, but I described what I was looking for, and they were able to help me on that spot! That is a testament to their working knowledge!
