Tiny succulent, sticker, and lucky red envelope.
    Val B.

Woohoo! the parking meter around the corner was still blinking green so I was able to check out this tiny gem of a plant store. Everything in this store is so cute, if you don't want to coordinate a plant and a pot (I get it, decision fatigue & pandemic) then this is the spot for you. I bought 2 tiny succulents that I've repotted and a squeezey water bottle. Also got a cute sticker as a Chinese New Year lucky red envelope freebie. This is the place to go if you need a stylish plant to liven up your Zoom background or you need something cute to take care of during these pandemic times.

Visited STU/FF this past weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Here's what you need to know about the shop: * Decent selection of common and some rare indoor and houseplants. * Small selection of succulents * Pretty good prices for a storefront location located in the middle of Hollywood. * Plants looked very healthy and pest free * Lots of gardening supplies available * Helpful and knowledgeable staff Parking is a little tricky since it is located on a big street. We were able to park no problem on a Sunday afternoon but that may change depending on when you visit. Seems like a small independent shop which is always cool. Give them some support if you are in the thai town area.

This is such a cute little shop. I've been going to the Thai food restaurant down the street since I was little and happened to see this place. I wanted to buy everything in store. I ended up purchasing shears and the cutest hanging planter with a spider plant. I ended up going back a couple months later and purchased Good Dirt Potting Soil. The soil was great! I can't wait to repot my other plants with it.

i LOVE stu/ff - it's great for little gifts & plants. i love popping-in for a herb bundle or a couple stickers for a goodie basket... unique cards & fun treasures. it's a little sanctuary in east hollywood- parking is always super easy & i love the restaurants nearby PLUS!!! sometimes there's an adorable puppy (in training) inside. i'm looking fwd to post covid safe times & reconvening at Stu/ff for fun workshops & classes & community.

    Picked up this cool plant!

Super cute plant shop! The lady who runs it very sweet and knowledgeable. There's a pretty good variety from small to big plants, something for everyone!

Wow! Such a fun experience coming to STU/FF Hollywood. They have all kinds of things besides just plants; candles, clothing items, decorations, cards, candles etc. I came here to replace a little succulent and left with a few other items. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and the store is extremely organized and clean. I would love to just come here to hangout one day.

The energy in this store is so good. There is always a lush selection of plants, as well as cute gift items like candles and artwork-it's such a treat to go to the space.

Walked into this beautifully curated little store to grab some indoor plants for our apartment. The owner gave us a little tour and then asked us about the amount of sunlight we received in our place and what direction the light was coming in from -- she then recommended a few unique plants that were very happy about. Great little gem in the Hollywood neighborhood.

Ceramic planter from a local artist!

This place is great! I love local plant shops. The woman in the store was very friendly, and answered my questions about locally made products. I didn't end up buying a plant the day I visited but snagged a great planter and match stick holder. I'll definitely be visiting for more plant items, and my holiday gift shopping!

Mickey Hargitay Plants is the coolest little big plant store, plant nursery, garden center and serene landscaping places I've ever seen. From the pure vibrant vibes to the incredible staff that make this gem thrive. Tucked away in Hollywood on the cusp of West Hollywood off of Sycamore Ave and Fountain Avenue, just a small skip east from La Brea Avenue. They're open from 9 AM until 5:30 PM all 7 days of the week. And carry plants, planters, gardening essentials and wonderoud things of all shapes and sizes. I've been passing by frequently for nearly two months on my way to work usually before they're open or after they're closed on as I make my way home and finally got to stop in and explore. That wave of calm, relaxation and vibrance that being around nature and all it's planty goodness lives here in abundance. Explore in person, place orders for pick up or even delivery. Mickey Hargitay has a rich history to match it's ambiance since it's birth in 1980, starting off with succulents, cacti and their own macrame designs Voted one of the best places to buy plants in 2015. Featured in the L.A. Times in 2016. Featured in Voyage LA in 2021. Not to mention a great spotlight in 2025. Founded and owned by Mickey Hartigay Jr. a fellow Sag and plant lover like myself. He and every single person here is a gem, I picked up on nothing but good energy even after the end of a long day and rainy weekend everyone here does their best to bring a slice of joy to each person. Ringing up my assortment right as they were closing they still didn't miss a beat. Hoping to stop in a lot more (scheduling pending) and get to know everyone, find more plants for the house as well as a new plant for my boyfriends place of even bring him in to explore. Pup friendly. Family friendly And very much open to all. Recently started following their Insta and I'm "obsessulated!" Easy parking in the neighborhood, street parking primarily or an easy stroll in closeby, riding the metro or parked off La Brea. Four new very healthy plants in various sizes for under $20...
