I was told someone would be here in 30-45 minutes to pick them up. Almost an hour later, no one has called or shown up. I call again at 11:48 for a guy to tell me he is calling the guy running this route to find out where he is and will call me right back. Here is is 12:55 and STILL no ride, no call! I understand they may be busy with it being game day, but it's been TWO hours since we called for a ride. The least they could do was call us and say all taxis are busy at the moment and we could have possibly called another taxi service. We drove all the way here from GA (5 hours) for my husband and son to get to go to a 49ers game, which starts at 1:00, mind you. Would not recommend this taxi service.

Not to worry. I'd seen a review for 863 Enterprise and made arrangements to pick us up so far in advance, I worried they wouldn't remember us. Not to worry. Despite spotty cell service, the 13 hour time difference and the late arrival, Zack was there waiting! And he checked in via text along the way to let us know he had it covered. A real help when so much else is beyond our control. In fact I'd like to suggest a logo for him... 'Not to Worry Transfers!' I don't know how he did it but even I-4 traffic was tame and we made it to Lakeland in about an hour. If you travel, or if you have a fab trip planned, or even if you want to go to a nice restaurant or event in Tampa, Orlando, or even farther afield from Polk, Zack's your man! He even solved our inscrutable dilemma of leaving out of Tampa and returning to Orlando! There's plenty to worry about when travelling today. It's a comfort to know the airport trasnsfer bit isn't one of them.

Having never used this company before I really wanted it to work out. The price was great and Booking was easy online and was quickly confirmed by email. They were scheduled to be there for an airport drop off for our guests at 4:45am. At 4:55 I tried to call them to see if they were nearby and there was no answer. At 5am after I had already loaded my worried guests up in my car to take them to the airport-they called and said they were about 5 minutes away. 15 mins after they were supposed to already be there. I told them to cancel because we were already driving to the airport ourselves, and they said "ok" and hung up. No apology no mention of a refund- nothing. I have used towncar services in the are several times, and every time they showed up early. I understand things happen but that phone call should have came about 20 mins earlier, especially when you know someone is going to the airport. Also, an apology and a refund should have followed.
