Mike was not only on time - he went out of his way to make sure my dad was there early an to his flight safely - and when my father realized he left his phone in the taxi! Bruce and Mike worked together to get the phone to one of our family member to overnight the phone! Needless to say - on my fathers return - Mike was there at the airport to get him back home to Brandon safely. Our driver was absolutely wonderful--he not only got us to the cruise port safely but also took the time to explain exactly where to go and what to expect for pickup after our cruise. When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days. The driver, Amanda, initially showed up at 8:50. We were not ready yet, since she was an hour early, but invited her to come inside and have some coffee while she waited. She declined and said she would do another drop off. This made my mother nervous about our own timing, but Amanda assured my mother she would be back at our pick up time. At 10:28, after we had already called the office to find out where she was, she called to let us know she would pick us up in 23 minutes! My response, "I'm sorry but that's really unacceptable to be almost an hour late." She responded "you don't need to be rude about it!" Are you seriously calling me rude for telling you it's not acceptable to be an hour late for a timed pickup based on our boarding time? They offered $20 off as compensation. The total booking was $310 (round trip, plus gratuity), so essentially a 6% discount on our booking to show up an hour late. Terrible customer service! Ended up having to load up our van and drive ourselves to the cruise terminal.
