( I'm having a friend type this review) After trying MANY of my local ,similar transportation services, I FINALLY found WT Suncoast Transportation Service. After being unhappy with EVERY other company that I had tried, for more than a year & a half, I was thrilled to finally have a company that cared about me as a client! These guys are ALWAYS on time, friendly, & a pleasure to be transported by. Their vehicles are very clean & they obviously take care of them very well (maintenance is done so we don't get stuck on the side of the road). I have never had a bad experience with this company, & that's saying A LOT! Until I found this company, I had never felt safe being transported by someone else. All of the other companies either had bad equipment, bad attitudes, or both. The other guys would talk on the phone, text while driving, leave me stranded & waiting for a ride back home (while my cold groceries melted) & many of their drivers were just nasty people... Literally, some of them even smelled bad. Some of the drivers even cursed @ me or talked down to me because I'm handicapped. I've also been stuck sitting on the side of the highway too because their vehicle broke down & once I was with a company that actually had a flat tire with NO SPARE. How can you transport special needs people & NOT have even a spare tire with your vehicle? That's crazy to me! With WT Suncoast Transportation Service you will be transported in a professional, friendly & timely fashion. I honestly can't say enough good things to tell everyone how happy I have been with this company & how highly I recommend them to anyone who needs transportation services; especially if you're handicapped & need transportation companies on a regular basis. He said the company offers several types of transportation. I was elated on account of the outstanding experience I had with them. We arranged it and my aunt Gloria could not be happier how nice , helpful, friendly and compassionate they were. She spoke very at length at the family reunion how easy everything went. On the return trip , they met her down at baggage claim ( no extra charge) and pushed her in the wheelchair up to their vehicle. The always manage to send one female and one male incapable of lifting the stretcher. As I write they have my father back in the ambulance waiting for help to lift the stretcher!
