They have a form on their website, to book rides. I entered my information at about 1:15pm on Thursday afternoon, the 9th of March, for a taxi to pick me up at 3pm the same day, for a round trip to my bank. Their website says, "Great rates to various locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. No trip is to small or too big for us to handle." It also says, "Bookings during normal business hours are received via a live representative. Bookings outside of our business hours will be contacted and validated the next business day." Their Yelp listing gives their hours as 6am - 11pm, so I had every reason to believe my booking would be seen and I would receive a response. I DID receive an automated email, saying my request for service had been received, but that's the last I heard from them. 3pm came and went, and I was left stranded at my house. I've been a cab driver, and I know the normal wait time for a cab ride is a bit longer for me, as I live in the northeast Tampa suburbs. But, taking a call for a ride over an hour and a half in advance should be VERY doable. To give a customer NO response whatsoever, during regular business hours, is pitiful.

When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days.
