For the return trip mom got a little confused about who to call and ended up calling me. I called Easy Rider and Christine assured me that a driver was in the area and would get mom in a few minutes. Which he did. Christine also called my mother to assure her the driver was on the way, and sent me a follow up text message. Thanks to Easy Rider I don't need to worry about mom's transportation if my sister and I are unavailable. For this reason alone, their service is priceless!

Will the ride never showed up. I spoke with easy rides directly and whoever answered the phone kept arguing with me that the driver was here and he was not. I have cameras in my drive my garage door was open and I was in the kitchen. The whole time in the front window looks at the driveway. The gentleman on the phone then said that the driver got out and knocked on the door. Well that's not true because I have three big dogs and they would've been working. Please do not use the service.
