I am a single guy who happens to also be a quadriplegic without any transportation of my own; so I…read morehave to use transportation companies to be able to go anywhere @ all. ( I'm having a friend type this review) After trying MANY of my local ,similar transportation services, I FINALLY found WT Suncoast Transportation Service. After being unhappy with EVERY other company that I had tried, for more than a year & a half, I was thrilled to finally have a company that cared about me as a client! These guys are ALWAYS on time, friendly, & a pleasure to be transported by. Their vehicles are very clean & they obviously take care of them very well (maintenance is done so we don't get stuck on the side of the road). I have never had a bad experience with this company, & that's saying A LOT! Until I found this company, I had never felt safe being transported by someone else. All of the other companies either had bad equipment, bad attitudes, or both. The other guys would talk on the phone, text while driving, leave me stranded & waiting for a ride back home (while my cold groceries melted) & many of their drivers were just nasty people... Literally, some of them even smelled bad. Some of the drivers even cursed @ me or talked down to me because I'm handicapped. I've also been stuck sitting on the side of the highway too because their vehicle broke down & once I was with a company that actually had a flat tire with NO SPARE. How can you transport special needs people & NOT have even a spare tire with your vehicle? That's crazy to me! With WT Suncoast Transportation Service you will be transported in a professional, friendly & timely fashion. I honestly can't say enough good things to tell everyone how happy I have been with this company & how highly I recommend them to anyone who needs transportation services; especially if you're handicapped & need transportation companies on a regular basis. I love them so much that I was searching for their address to send them a Christmas card when I found out that they were on YELP. That's how I came to write this review : )

I needed to arrange for my 24-year-old daughter to be picked up and taken to the airport at 5:45…read morea.m. My biggest concern was reliability. I wouldn't be able to sleep the night before if I wasn't 100% certain that she would be picked up on time and transported safely to the airport. I found Walsh Airport Services online and saw the average 5-star rating with 23 reviews. The other companies that I found couldn't meet that kind of satisfaction rating. I called and scheduled my daughter's pick up with Tom. The pick-up location can be very difficult to find (off the street, the street is not numbered in sequential order, etc.). So, I gave Tom the details on how to find the place and he said that he would probably just pick her up and drive her himself, to make sure that none of the detailed instructions got lost in relaying them to someone else. We set up a 5:45 a.m. pick up and he said he would probably arrive by 5:40 a.m. (so they could drive away by 5:45 a.m.). I gave him my cell phone number and he said he would text my daughter to let her know when he was close. I left my phone out for her to use to text with him. I also gave him the landline phone number. He was on time, arriving at 5:40 a.m., just as he promised. After my daughter's flight, I asked her how it went. She said that the service was fabulous. Tom treated my daughter like a total VIP. She absolutely LOVED it! So not only was Tom reliable and punctual, but he also delivered fantastic service and made my daughter feel very special (which she is, of course! ) TL;DR: Reliable, Punctual, Superb Customer Service. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
