Absolutely perfect service and kept in great communication throughout my visit. This is how great Stan is: I screwed up my reservation and told him I was arriving the day AFTER I actually arrived. I called from the airport to see where to meet the shuttle. He didn't skip a beat. Told me he would have someone there in 15 minutes -- and it was less than that. Absolutely amazing. My mistake and he covered, without any argument or concern. He's super personable too, which is really nice. I travel a lot for business. I would definitely use him again, definitely. Thank you Stan!

The ride was scheduled for 9a. We were ready and waiting and when we didn't hear anything by 9:15-9:20ish, my friend who scheduled the ride tried calling to see what was up--the phone kept going straight to voicemail. So, we had another friend try from her phone and it rang and someone picked up right away. Weird... anywho, she asked him where he was and he said we were the next stop. Then, we realized we should call again to figure out when that might be as we wanted to get on the ship. Called again and he said it'd be another ~45 minutes and the cruise ship wasn't going anywhere, insinuating that we need not fret. We of course canceled the ride and ordered an Uber instead. So all in all, they were going to show up at least an hour past our scheduled time with no updates or attempts to contact us, and seemed irritated that we were concerned about our ride. No apologies, nothing. Extremely disappointed with this company and will not be using again. Xoxo, Is this thing on?

Answer: I am a licensed professional chauffeur and have been in the limo biz for 30 years. I have been both an owner & a driver and have over 3 million commercial miles. I have driven princes and paupers, CEO's and NCO's, priests and prostitutes, celebrities and non-entities, and passengers from every race, religion, and sexual orientation. His & Hers Limousine is the best company I have worked for that I haven't owned myself! Ask for Pete to be your chauffeur. You won't be disappointed.
