My interaction with Sarah set the tone for my up-and-coming experience with AFFARI Transportation. Sara was professional, precise, and accommodating. She exuded superior customer service skills. Our driver Ella was very safety conscious and gave a truly celebratory and enjoyable evening an extra jolt of special majesty. She suggested excellent choices for evening photography locations and eateries; her knowledgeability served us well. I will surely be recommending AFFARI Tranasportation.   Sincerely Ms. Keisha read more

I'm a little late submitting this review (a couple months...), but definitely want to share my experience with Affari and the folks I dealt with. First and foremost, I've never rented a party bus before, so I had some learning to do, speaking with a couple of different companies and how they work - from timing and pricing and the extra fees (that was one of my main concerns was how you get charged for time not used, extra time, etc)...working with Alex, he answered all my questions (and I usually have a lot)... He helped with all the details and I was happy with that. However, I did feel a bit pressured to book right then and there... although I had a couple other places to call and speak with, I did not book it immediately but a couple days later after doing my due diligence and felt more comfortable with it (it's a decent amount of money you're shelling out). When I called back, I worked with Sarah who handled all the booking/paperwork requirements. She was easy to work with, via email, phone, text etc, and made it convenient for all modes of communication. When the bus arrived, they were on time and I went to meet Wes, our driver and he never left his seat nor helped give me a one second tour or rundown on how the radio or phone playlist to bluetooth worked...he did offer up if we needed more cups or napkins (I brought some of both), he could get them but at least the cooler was full of ice! We brought a LOT....apparently a lot more than what fits in there. And we brought a lot of it back home, but that's ok! We cleared out everything we brought and were sure to put all the trash in bins to keep the cleanup to a minimum! Those are where the one star falls short (is in the rush factor during inquiry/booking and the lack of mini assistance before leaving on our tour)... Despite that, now that I know how it all goes and we had such a fantastic time - we even had to extend the time and that process went very fast and easy (one quick easy text and we were good to go to keep going!!!), it was a really good experience. And we had couple of wild moments, which just added to the fun... I received a call from Alex afterward, following up on the experience and I shared the above details (because I believe in feedback) and feel assured that if I were to rent again from them, that it would be just as good or even better....I would like to find another reason to use Affari again! read more

Affari helped me to create a wonderful gift for my husband's retirement. Our driver Tim was great and my husband was completely surprised by a ride in a limo (filled with family) to his retirement dinner. Great communication the day before in confirming our details and pickup time for the surprise. I highly recommend!! read more

Had a wonderful experience. Driver took exceptional care of us. Got us to our destination and back home on time and safely! Communication was great. Thank you! read more

From the initial phone call to the end of the event, the team at Affari Transportation was exceptional. The professionalism displayed with each email and phone call was very much appreciated. The buses contracted were new, spotless and our driver Wes contacted us ahead of time to share his contact information and to let us know he was there to serve our needs. With so much going on with our son's wedding and rehearsal dinner, Wes was truly a calm and efficient partner. Thank you to the entire Affari Team for a job well done! read more

I used Affari transportation for an event I was having. The manager sent me pictures via text of the bus I would be receiving. The pictures of the interior of the bus had a lounge area, led lights and coolers. The bus that was delivered was nothing like the bus I was promised. It was a regular passenger bus with all seats facing forward. Definitely not what I was promised. We had no choice but to use the bus that was delivered to reach our destination in time. I called the next morning to let the company know about the mistake and ask for a 50% refund. The owners refused. I would recommend you find another company other than this one! read more

My daughter chose a celebrity themed birthday party for her big #10, and of course we needed a limo for her and her friends to ride in style. Tommy at Affari is a great driver. He was amazingly patient with 19 little girls on board. He arrived early and texted me in the morning to let me know the plan, called me when he was five minutes out from the location and was waiting for us when it was time to leave both locations. He is everything you expect in a limo driver, and I'll definitely use Affari again in the future. Thank you! read more

Had a golf outing at Carrollwood Country Club on Monday and needed a ride last minute. I originally called another service Sunday night, but they couldn't accommodate me on such short notice. Fortunately, they referred me to one of their top competitors--Affari Transportation. I called and got the owner, Alex, directly. Not only did he take care of everything on short notice, but he also called back to upgrade our morning ride to a Mercedes Sprinter party bus (at no extra charge), and the return trip in a Chevy Suburban. Marvin picked me up first, then swung by to grab two friends before heading to the course. Ash handled the ride home. Both were extremely professional, especially Ash, considering we were coming off a full-day golf scramble and pretty buzzed. Top-notch service, start to finish. Will absolutely use them again. read more

I have been in the Meetings and Events industry for over 30 years and have watched the downhill trend of so many of my suppliers. The concept of "The Customer comes first" seems to have dwindled into the past. But then I engaged Affari Transporation to assist with an event for 500 last month and they were amazing! It is truly a breath of fresh air to work with such a professional team. From the initial reservations, through the multiple changes and then to their on-site management of the transport (the owner actually came to oversee!), everything was flawless. True professionals through and through. Thank you for keeping the old school way of doing business! read more

Can't say enough about this company! I have used Affari transportation for so many of our special events! They are reputable & always prompt and easy to work with. Had a great trip with Affari Transportation this past weekend. Our driver was safe, prompt, and easy to communicate with via text. The van was clean and the perfect size for 10 of us! Look forward to booking them again next year for our annual event! read more

I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience with Affari. They had excellent customer service, quick response times, and sent a stretch limo that was clean (and awesome), and were generally phenomenal. I called these people at FIVE IN THE MORNING because this was a reward for the students who had read a million words at our school and I was panicking. I wanted everything to go right and I was just nervous (under no circumstances was this Affari's doing... I'm a worrier). Y'all, they answered at 5AM!! and eased all my worries. It made a world of difference to me and then getting a text when the drive was en route calmed me all the way down. Our driver, Ash, was an absolute doll. He was so accommodating and tolerated all of those kiddo's shenanigans with grace, a smile, and a good attitude. He treated them like the superstars they were and I just don't think our day would've been quite as magical if they hadn't been treated exactly like Ash treated them. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. If they can put up with my insane 5AM call, provide a driver like Ash, function so smoothly (quotes, payment process, communication), and make such a magical day for a special group of kids... They can do it all. read more

So grateful for these guys!! We used Affari for our wedding on 7.19 and are so happy we did. We chose Affari for there quality ratings and good price. They were on time, reliable, efficient, and so much more. The driver Tony, anticipated our needs at every moment. The A/C was always blasted anytime we got on. He even made another water run for us when we were running low. Not to mention, got us around traffic so we ended up arriving earlier than most of our guests. Really great limo company. Our party bus was gorgeous inside and out, and very spacious. There are a lot of details that go into planning for your big day and Affari made transportation so easy and stress-free. Needless to say, we are very happy with our choice and highly recommend to anyone with a special occasion. read more

We hired Affari's party bus for my best friends granny themed bachelorette party. From beginning to end my experience was flawless. Let me begin by saying I highly recommend using Affari Transportation for you car service needs. The night started with our driver Fred picking up myself, and 7 other guest from our dinner at Berns Steakhouse, right on time might I add. Fred was very friendly and very courteous throughout the evenings stops. Fred even played camera man for us and took some great group photos. The ride was smooth, the car was impeccably cleaned and had a great sound system which made for great music between stops. Overall my experience with Affari Transportation was awesome. They were very professional, and accommodating to all my needs. Affari Transportation definitely contributed to making my birthday weekend a complete blast and a 5 Star Experience! read more

We used Affari for my daughters wedding this weekend and they were wonderful every step of the way. 25 friends rented the bus for a trip from St Pete to the Hardrock Cafe and back. We all give the experience 5 stars! The service provided the cooler, ice and the sound system. It was BYOB and we bought snacks. We were able to Bluetooth our playlist and our driver was very patient and accommodating. We asked if was possible to extend our time 1 additional hour and our request was granted without issue (at an additional cost). And on the trip back, one of us requested the dancing pole and the driver placed it up for us. It was the best time! Would highly recommend this driving service! read more

Amazing night on the party bus!! It was spotless & smelled great. Our driver was Mrs. Ella, she was lovely. At all our stops she got out & gave us a hand to help us off. When we arrived back to the bus she was there ready to great us. She cleaned up everything. 100% recommend!! read more

I traveled to Florida with a large group that included several adults with intellectual disabilities. Because of the needs of our group, travel can be stressful if things don't go as planned. I really appreciate their great communication and flexibility to meet the needs of our group. When we return next year, we'll be calling Affari again! read more

Great and reliable service... would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good time.

We rented a party bus for my daughter's homecoming. The bus was for 14 people and they all fit very comfortably with plenty of room to move around. The party bus was very clean and perfectly maintained. The communication with this company is awesome! We got the confirmation email a few minutes after booking the bus. Then we got a confirmation text a couple days before the event. The day of the event, we got a text letting us know the driver was on his way. The driver (Joseph) was on time, friendly and professional. All the kids raved about how great Joseph was with them. Joseph responded to text messages immediately and everyone had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future. read more

I'm not one to write a review, good or bad, but this is one I simply can not let go! Price 4 Limo was contracted by us for a 30 passenger bus for our daughter's wedding. Price 4 Limo in turn contracted the 30 passenger bus to one of their suppliers to a company by the name of Affari. The contract and price for the 30 passenger bus was initiated and agreed through Price 4 Limo. On the day of the wedding a much smaller passenger bus arrived at our event. It was only a 24 passenger bus. Several from our wedding party ended up having to scramble to find themselves rides to and from our event locations because not everyone could be accommodated in the smaller bus size. After our event I tried to contact both Affari and Price 4 Limo to pursue a credit for the services which were simply not provided. Affari indicated they had previously called to inform us of the smaller bus size which was simply not true. The only phone call they made was to inform us that their original intended bus had broken down and they needed to place us on a different bus. No mention of a smaller sized bus was ever communicated because surely we would have flagged that to be an issue for our large wedding party. Price 4 Limo also failed to honor a credit even though the original contract was never amended to prove a smaller bus had been authorized. I would NEVER recommend doing business with either company. Neither company met their contractual obligation yet both failed to offer a credit to mediate the situation even after several calls were initiated by me attempting to pursue a credit of any amount. Both are totally unreliable! This is simply bad business. A. Garcia read more

Top shelf customer service and beautiful car. As a regular business traveler, I have used many services in the past, but I have found my new favorite. I had a last minute limo request to go out to Bern's Steakhouse After contacting several other companies that either failed to return my call or only responded with an email and no prices, I was losing faith that it could get done at such a late hour. I was about to give up and I found Affari Transport on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Alex was very quick to call me back, provided me with EXACT pricing and was extremely nice and helpful. He could teach a course on good customer service. When the limo arrived, it was beautiful and clean. The driver was exceptionally professional. read more

The price was very reasonable. And he even called to make sure the ride went well since it wasn't one of his drivers. We will definitely book through Affari next time we come to Twmpa read more

Alex the owner was amazing! We used his limo company for a drop off and pick up to Raymond James for Kenny Chesney!! He was early to pick us up and dropped us right at the door.
