They contracted the service out, they charged me for final payment 3 day prior, with 20% gratuity..I did not have a problem with this, except I like paying my driver in cash...The bus was 30 mins late, because the contracted company did not receive payment from Estelle Limo...So, I had to give my credit card to the contracted Party Bus driver..who was very kind.... This was unprofessional on Estelle limo, stressful for me, we lost 45 mins of our time...Estelle did not answer my calls or txt...they did finally txt me 2.5 hours later that the situation was resolved...absolutely no compensation to me...

The service was absolutely incredible from every aspect. He even called us a couple hours before the game and asked if he could get us any snacks or anything for the ride. The vehicle was spotless, stocked with cups and waters, Patrick was on time and gave us our ETA and expertly took back routes to avoid horrendous I4 traffic and got us to the game on time. After the game was over, Patrick somehow got a great parking spot close by the stadium and got us out of there quickly. Extremely professional and even gave us some great movie recommendations! I'd recommend this company to anyone. Go Canes!

After frustration with another well-known taxi service, I searched online and happened upon Active Limo and Taxi and then called the owner, Russ. Instantly, I knew I was going to be helped with my dilemma of needing a ride that would require 3 stops and a good deal of time at the first stop. Immediately, Russ called another driver (Clem) who lived very close to my St. Pete Beach home. Clem called me right away and after explaining my needs (which included a tight timeline for the afternoon) -- he was almost instantly at my door! Thanks to Russ and Clem, I was able to achieve my stressful goals for the day; what as more, with some humor and ease -- HUGE SMILE! Both Russ and Clem have "other" very interesting professional backgrounds and this made for the "added bonus" of interesting conversation along the way, as well. This was not a ride; it was an experience! Thanks to both of you, Russ and Clem!
