I like to share my experiences to help with shuttle selection and becareful with lost and found if you happen to loose your luggage. I was traveling and arrived back from terminal cruise and I saw the $10 price was affordable so I hop on the shuttle. The lady name is Bonnie around 60 yr and owner young Spanish holding sign. He said she will drop me car rental and when I ask the lady she said no. When the car was full we need to terminal airport and drop everyone except me to my rental car destination. I was left at the terminal rush and left my daughter backpack and didn't know who to reached out. My daughter had her laptop in the bag and many items that were valuable. I call the cruise line to see if any bag drop at the cruise terminal and said no. I decide to drive back to see if she came back to pick more ppl but out of luck. I now know nothing about this cruise. I then contact sheriff and make a report and he send me to a lost and found have a history of a criminal background and that was red flag. I then woke up the next day at 6 am hoping to track her down but out of luck for 2 straight days. When I ask another guy who work for same company he gave me two phone number and claim that the lady number was given to me, I call her up and she came to say she give me my daughter stuff in 30 min. J waited and she came and said do I look like the lady who took your backpack and I said no why you told me you have it. I went to sheriff again and the lady happen to call the same time as the police approached me. The police took over asking her information and DOB and she didn't give her address. She claim I was not a nice person and that I left my bag so it's my fault, the said admit she have the bag and laptop was intact and is out of time until Monday. I travel out money so Iam out of luck. That night I message her in hope she change her mind to bring the bag back before I leave. She said I take your offer and drive back for $100 USD and I agree, she said I cannot trust you until you etranfer the fund before I head back. I was force to go to sheriff to have him confirm I will be paying her otherwise she will keep it till Monday. I. Urgently her to return it without making it a crime. She then said she take my offer and meet at the sheriff office. After, she met up on Saturday $100 before she give me the bag. Her augment is I left the bag and it's my fault and claim I was mean and that she I'll not go out of her way to return the bag unless I pay her $100. Please give me your feedback. LOVE this service! Glad I chose this service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you need a transportation/shuttle for small or large group. Price is very reasonable and I called several services before I chose this one. Staffs were very pleasant to work with and friendly. I had to orchestrate transportation for 17 people for 2 round trips between airport, Airbnb, and cruise ship port. Express Transportation was very organized in getting the 17 passengers on board. Express Transportation worked with me even when I changed the time or place from my original order. (When possible) I was even allowed to ride along with them on one or two trip(s) and I wasn't part of the 17 passengers. Stanley has a great sense of humor and gets me every time. Great company!!! We used Express Transportation for cruise transfers in Tampa and it was a wonderful experience. Due to Hurricane Sandy, and some of the craziest fog I've ever seen we had to modify our pick-up/drop-off locations multiple times on either end of our cruise. Express Transportation always answered the phone for us, and was ready with whatever we threw their way. Our driver even went out of his way to show us a bit of Tampa on our way to the hotel. If I'm ever in Tampa again I'll make it a point to use Express Transportation. I recommend you do the same. read more

This driving service, which has been around forever, has never turned me down, never once said they couldn't fit me in. They have been reliable and on time every time, which I appreciate, especially for airport runs. Last time out, I had the great pleasure of having Miss Tasha drive me both ways. She's a careful driver who knows what's she doing. She also knows the roads, being a Florida native. She made the 55-minute trip from PIE to Sun City Center and back a pleasure. Stan was fantastic! Me and five of my girl friends were leaving for a cruise out of Tampa and Stan was so helpful and prompt. On the way back from the ship to the we decided to go to the mall instead of the airport to kill some time and thankfully they accommodated our request for a reasonable fee. We chose Express to take us from Tampa Airport to the cruise terminal. They were much cheaper than the cruise bus. Leroy was prompt and a very nice man, whom we enjoyed visiting with on our short drive. After we "cruised", Express was waiting for us to take us back to the airport. He told me once my flight landed to call and he told us where to meet him and they were there. We used him again to return to Tampa after our cruise and he came and picked us up. do not waste your time. they give one price and then change the price to double even though you were given a confirmation number with a lower price. Not a reputable company. very shady owner. refuses to honor original confirmation but has no issues with doubling the charge the owner Leroy does not do the right thing read more
