I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but just want to share my experience so that others can perhaps avoid some frustrations--scheduled a ride well in advance to get to the cruise port for our boarding time. The ride was scheduled for 9a. We were ready and waiting and when we didn't hear anything by 9:15-9:20ish, my friend who scheduled the ride tried calling to see what was up--the phone kept going straight to voicemail. So, we had another friend try from her phone and it rang and someone picked up right away. Weird... anywho, she asked him where he was and he said we were the next stop. Then, we realized we should call again to figure out when that might be as we wanted to get on the ship. Called again and he said it'd be another ~45 minutes and the cruise ship wasn't going anywhere, insinuating that we need not fret. We of course canceled the ride and ordered an Uber instead. So all in all, they were going to show up at least an hour past our scheduled time with no updates or attempts to contact us, and seemed irritated that we were concerned about our ride. No apologies, nothing. Extremely disappointed with this company and will not be using again. Xoxo, Is this thing on? read more

Stan was wonderful. He picked me up at Tampa International airport and delivered me to family between Tampa and Orlando. Absolutely perfect service and kept in great communication throughout my visit. This is how great Stan is: I screwed up my reservation and told him I was arriving the day AFTER I actually arrived. I called from the airport to see where to meet the shuttle. He didn't skip a beat. Told me he would have someone there in 15 minutes -- and it was less than that. Absolutely amazing. My mistake and he covered, without any argument or concern. He's super personable too, which is really nice. I travel a lot for business. I would definitely use him again, definitely. Thank you Stan! read more

Leroy was the nicest and best driver ever! He arrived on time, loaded all 13 of our suitcases in the trailer behind the van and was very kind to all of us. Even supplied us with an infant car seat. Thank you for all of your help! Very reasonably priced as well!! read more

Scheduled Leroy for a 5am pickup for us to catch an 8am flight to Mexico. When he did not show up at 5, we started calling. We woke him up and he said he would be there in 20 minutes. When I called in 20 minutes he gave me a lecture to not call so much, so I waited until a little after 6 and we were starting to panic. Asked him where he was and it seems he was near a different gated golf community. Hung up and we drove ourselves to the airport. Not a great way to start a vacation........ read more

Stan was wonderful!! They were able to help us last minute with a shuttle from the Sheraton to the cruise port in Tampa. Tasha was our driver and she was excellent!! They have plenty of room for passengers and also tow a small U-Haul for luggage!! They are amazing and would use again! read more

Used service for family vacation and very pleased with the customer service. Our driver to Clearwater was Tasha and she was very courteous and professional. Our driver back was the owner Stan, who kept his word that he would provide top notch service for me and my family. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

This was my first time in Tampa and I was traveling alone so I didn't want to worry about getting from the airport to Clearwater. I reserved a car with Express Transportation and it worked great! Wilson picked me up right outside of baggage claim and took me straight to my hotel. He was really fun to chat with and made the ride go by quick. I would definitely recommend them!!!! read more

If ever in the area again... will definitely use. Fast, affordable and great customer service. Thanks for being so accommodating Stan!

Thank You Leroy !!! Great dependable service at a fraction of the price Comfortable accommodations for 15 passengers read more

I had used this car service in the past and was completely satisfied. However, when I called on Dec 22 (afternoon) for Dec 23 (early morning) pick-up due to plans changing, Leroy agreed to the reservation but didn't show up or respond to multiple phone calls or later send an explanation/apology. He had even asked me to agree to later time for pick-up, assuring me of prompt arrival to my house. Thank God Uber driver was in the area and picked me up within 5 minutes. Price was far cheaper too. I was going to visit small grandchild across the country and really didn't appreciate the added stress due to unfulfilled commitment. read more

I asked for a wheelchair van in the web form from Orlando to Tampa round trip, I also asked by email if the van has a lift. But they send me a regular van, and they didn't told the driver about the situation. That put me and my wife in a very unconfortable situation, and with health and security threats. Because I was embarking in a cruise I couldn't cancel the service from Tampa to orlando, i wouldn't be able to find another service promptly. In tampa port nobody wanted to help me to enter to the van because they said that it was an irregular situation. It was very stressful and completely unconfortable situation. They offered me a compensation for the problems mentioned but they never did it nor ansewered my emails. Not a reliable service. read more

If you are in this area Stan was great on time told where to go and was waiting at the cruise turmnal when we returned.. Stan even took us to the point where the water was sucked out of Tampa Bay after the hurricane nice extra touch Thank you Stan!!!!!! read more

You talk about Customer Service: These guys are great. I'm in Chicago and making arrangements for my elderly Tampa-area parents to get pampered a bit on a vacation to see their newborn great-grandchildren. One phone call and everything was set, They were picked up on time at the place they were told about; shared Cell Phone numbers with the driver who was pleasant and courteous. I would absolutely use Express Transportation now again. Everything worked out perfectly. read more

I travel aobut 3 times a month and always use express transportation. The owner, Stan, is reliable and understands customer service. He always arrives five mins early and patiently waits till I come out. He meets me at the door to take my luggage and places it in the van. read more

I was pleased (not to mention relieved) to get picked up at the right time (6:45 am on a Sunday) from my sister's home in Valrico so that I could get to my plane with time to spare. The service was friendly and actually enjoyable. Thanks for making my long day of travel start out on a good note. read more

You just have to know when and where you are going, the rest is brilliantly done by them. I was picked up, dropped off, everything was very professional and very affordable. "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" It's true. read more

On March 21, 2013 used Express Transportation from hotel to port of Tampa for a cruise, got a very reasonable rate and our driver was friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about the local areas. My husband, daughter, and myself were very impressed with shuttle service and will definitely use them on our next cruise out of Tampa, as well as recommend them to friends and family read more

My experience with this company was a O!! We traveled to Tampa March 3 with advanced reservations made to be picked up and taken to Tampa Port for a cruise. We arrived and called at time we had emailed and confirmed and were told to just go ahead and take a cab, pay the $25 for the cab and "Stan" guaranteed we would be picked up on our return from the cruise and transported "free of charge" since they did not follow through. Seemed sincere when he said it. We called upon return and were told again to just take a cab. We paid our hotel to pick us up at the port. There were only 2 of us so I guess that wasn't enough money at $10 pp. We assumed they had several going and coming from the Port or they would not have confirmed our reservation in the beginning. Unless you are a group, do not rely on this company! I have additional family members (4) traveling this week to Tampa for a cruise but this company will not be recommended or used by anyone we know. Yellow Cab company is right outside the Tampa Terminal and you can split a cab fare with at least 2 others and it is cheaper anyway. Glad for those who may have had a good experience with Express but certainly not us!!! read more
