I called the customer service to find out what was going on. Of course , I got someone who couldn't speak English ( probably in India ). Finally, I figured out they were telling me there were no cars available in my area ( a big city ). So instead of informing me of that , the idiots just shut off your app.

He walked up to me and said he just wanted to give me a hug and so he leaned in for a hug and started kissing me. Not only was I disgusted, but I was offended. I contact the company and let them know what happened and they weren't concerned about my safety whatsoever. They just refunded the money. I have been suffering ever since that ride with the thought of what that man did to me and how many other women he would do to them. Now this man knows where I live and I live in fear daily. I do not recommend this company. Not only For what happened to me, but also the way they addressed it. They have no concern and all they want is your money.

The driver was excellent, with just the "right amount of talking" :D. The best part was that the supervisor called me once I was dropped off, to confirm that I was dropped at the right location, which to me added a personal touch that I was not expecting.

These guys are pros. They take credit without a hassle…read more Their cars are always clean with leather interior. Their prices are around the same prices as taxis...in fact you can catch them around town in a similar fashion to a typical yellow cab...i.e. $5 rides. Or you can use them for airport transfers or dinner reservations. It is a lot cheaper than a town car service and just as nice. Or who knows? You may have a soft spot for vinyl seats with a tinge of vomit.

I made my flight but it was very stressful. Certainly not worth the price to have a late pick-up.
