If you want the real truth- well here it is. Cycle Doctor is the ONLY place you will ever need for…read moreyour bike. After looking around the internet at cycle shops, I had called some local parts shops, bike machine shops and mentioned that i wanted this bike to "wake up". A cam and the necessary parts, suspension, tune, a once over etc.. they recommended, hands down, Cycle Doctor. So, I was out with some fellas and we were talking about upgrading the bikes and they said " go to CYCLE DOCTOR and do what he recommends. We got ours done there. Long story short, had a great conversation with Geoff and told him i wanted the bike to wake up, suspension etc... I brought Geoff and team a 2017 Road King with 40K miles. A great bike but it needed "something". He knew exactly what needed to be done. He gave me a good honest price and a time expectation. I agreed and all i said is I am following your lead. End result - I will never sell this bike! Geoff is a Master in his field and has turned this factory bike into a torque monster with upgraded cam, suspension and exhaust. Power and torque is exceptional. She can pull for days! The Ohlins rear suspension and his custom work on the front end has put this bike on rails. An amazing head pipe was a great compliment to the package. I could not be any happier. All the work that Geoff and his team have done on this bike, the precision, the care and final product are 2nd to none. Absolute master craftsmen! They do everything from a tire change to custom fabricated parts and everything in between. The search is over- Go to Cycle Doctor and get the very best done for your bike. Geoff, Just wanted to tell you since i got the bike back from your shop i have been taking it to work and i have never eaten so many bugs from the childlike smile and laughter on my face as i crack the throttle - every flippin' time! Thank you brother- absolute amazing experience! Theodore S.

He explained that the issue I was having is actually common with my bike and reassured me that there was no need to pull the entire engine part out, which saved me a lot of time and money. It's clear Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to Harley-Davidson bikes. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense and didn't pressure me into anything unnecessary. I really appreciate the honesty and expertise. Highly recommend this shop if you want straightforward advice and someone who truly knows their stuff.

They did not put in a new valve stem., the valve stem went out, Victor would not accept responsibility or pay for the tow trucks, the Uber from being stranded. He knows what happened. But they did not take responsibility of the money that came out of my pocket for his mistake, it's an industry standard plus a safety issue to change the valve stand every time on a motorcycle tire, on a car tire they cost $1.25. And the idiot Victor would not pay to cover the expenses that came out of my pocket., I try to stay with a small business and support small businesses, but after being screwed around, I've been a loyal customer, I just can't take retard, I wonder if they own we'll figure it out you lose customers they don't come back because of your retarded, Victor, I tried to reason with him, I wouldn't get cashback I understand, but you can take it off the labor on the next two tires, take it off the labor, fixing a wire problem, but he wouldn't do it because he doesn't think he's responsible for not replacing the valve stem that's an industry standard, If you go there, you better watch them, cause the sidekicks will use an impact for a torque wrench and ripped the head off a bolt, use a different side socket and strip the head off a bolt, don't replace the valve stems on a tire change, be aware, they will be sued eventually because they do not know the safety issues, for the people they hired you can't watch everyone all the time, just a warning to everyone, I wanna talk to the owner, I just want what's fair the money out of my pocket because they failed to do the proper procedure and changing the valve stem on a tire that was mounted, I buy my tires through them Be aware, watch them

I just want to share how grateful I am for Brian Heslington,…read morethe owner of Moonshine Industries. I was referred to him by a friend from BACA for what I thought was just a starter problem. It turns out Brian discovered something far more serious--a bolt from the carburetor had fallen into the piston cylinder of the forward jug, which is what seized up my engine. Thankfully, Brian not only found the problem, but because of his respected relationship with the company that had previously done the top-end work and carburetor calibration, he was able to show them their mistake. As a result, the repairs were covered under warranty. I'll save the details of who did that earlier work for another time--but I do want to say this: in an industry where not everyone always operates with honesty and integrity, Moonshine Industries is the real deal. They are professional, trustworthy, and the best at what they do. From here on out, Brian and his team will get all of my repair work, and I'll be recommending them to all of my riding friends and contacts. Brian, I truly hope this post helps bring more clients your way--because our community needs more people like you. Thank you, Brian, and thank you, Moonshine Industries.

Tyler ordered all the necessary parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and even gave me honest advice about future maintenance, like when to consider new tires or my next oil change. He's upfront about any potential risks or wear, and his communication is excellent--always responsive and clear. Based on my repeated personal experiences, this location has demonstrated a clear pattern of dishonesty and what I consider deceptive and fraudulent behavior. More than once, I purchased parts from this store with a warranty, only for them to later refuse to honor the warranty, deny the replacement, or demand additional payment. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I took the exact same part to an O'Reilly location in Los Angeles, where the warranty was immediately honored and the part was replaced without any problem. This clearly shows that the issue was not the warranty or O'Reilly's company policy--it was specifically the way Irvine Store #3576 handled it. This was not an isolated incident; it has happened to me repeatedly. When a store sells products with a warranty but later refuses to honor it or demands more money from the customer, it cannot simply be dismissed as a misunderstanding. Save yourself the wasted time, money, and frustration, and shop at a different O'Reilly location.
