Orange County Harley Davidson hosted this year's Injured Warrior Ride at 8677 Research Dr. We raised $50,000 for our Injured Warriors! The event as far as I can tell, worked out perfectly! We all met at OC Harley Davidson in Irvine and rode down south to Mt. Soledad in San Diego! The key note speakers represented the Injured soldiers in our military! You could feel the unity amongst the brothers during the ride an festivities.

Orange County Harley-Davidson Dealership in Irvine is always going the extra mile to assist motorcyclist. Sat. Nov. 22, 2025 sales person Cindi helped me with a 2022 Pan America and her knowledge of the bike was exceptional. I will take it out for a spin in 3 weeks to see if it's a good fit for me. Some of our riders with Bikers4Fun.com have purchased at OC HD and are very pleased with all of their departments! I'm Johnny B Good in Torrance, CA 90501

Loved this dealership. Bought both of my bikes there. So sad to see them close. I got a great deal but would have been happier to pay 5% more to help them stay open.

I have had a great experience with the OCHD team in all departments. David, Kevin, and Trevor in Service rock! Steve at the parts counter is great as well. I have nothing but good things to say about the 14 years that I have been having my bikes serviced here. Pay the money to do it once and do it right!!

Every time I call or go into this Harley Davidson they have the up most patience, knowledge and quality of service you want to get when you are a new rider. Very professional and I can't say enough how happy they are available when other Harley dealers want you to get in and get out. thanks again Jacob for my last purchase. you da man

Hands down, the best harley purchasing experience I had is from OC Harley. I worked with Mario, Greg & Kevin. -Mario was my first contact with just simply calling in to see if they had the bike I wanted. He informed me that they don't have the specific color I wanted but can have the bike within 24 hrs. I asked him for the pricing on the bike since I was financing, and he quickly gave me the numbers. I then decided to come in the next day. Upon arrival, the bike was sitting out front, ready for me to take home. This alone was huge because he didn't have to get the bike, but he did. -I was greeted by Greg when I walked in. We had some small talk and just chopped it up. Which is nice cause who wants to go right to talking about $. Once we started talking, I wanted to add some things to the bike. Handlebars, Exhaust Etc. He made sure everything I wanted was exactly what I wanted. I, of course, had some questions in regards to the bars, etc, so he brought out his service tech, which answered all my questions. I told him where I wanted to be on payment and down payment. We'll guess what he beat it. Keep in mind I went shopping at other dealerships, and those other dealerships couldn't come close to these prices. I didn't even have to haggle on the price. That's a first! -Then i was handed off to Kevin for the financing extended warranty, etc. He was thorough with price breakdowns of what I was buying, & options for the extended warranty. The extended warranty was a little much, but it was still not over what I was expecting to pay. I told him this and guess what. He made it happen! Still under what I was expecting to pay. This experience doesn't come often with purchasing bikes, vehicles, etc Oc Harley will be my go-to for all harley products! Mario,Greg,Kevin. Thank you for making this experience phenomenal. Keep up the great work. The 3 of you are setting the standard.

I am not normally a fan of dealerships parts departments but OC Harley is hands down one the best in any industry. They took the time to work with me to ensure I got right parts, showed me how it was installed and recommended additional pieces to make sure it went smooth. Patient is an understatement. The service is above and beyond. 100% support this Harley deal we need to make sure they thrive.

I not only bought one but went back for seconds and bought another one! Great deals, superb bikes, Cindy, + the crew are great!

Yes picked up 2HDs! Cindy, Greg, Jay & Darrell are tops! All the crew are fantastic people!to work with

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my 23 Street Glide from OC Harley. They really came through for me! Thank you Alex for diligently working with me to get this deal locked in. I am super happy with my bike and how well OC Harley handled everything from start to finish. This definitely will not be the last time I buy a bike from OC Harley! You guys did what other Harley Davidson dealerships could not do! I am super stoked! Thank you!!!

Came here to buy my brother a birthday present. Quite a good selection of merchandise. There was a lady there who was very helpful and gave great suggestions. As for the younger lady associate not so much personable and just gave the vibe she just didn't want to be at work. If it wasn't for the lady who helped us, my experience would have not been great.

Loved looking around this store for a birthday gift. Everyone was so helpful and I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes, if that! Thanks everyone, I hope you get your VSA necklace that we talked about, "Vibe Right"!!

When I walked in I was in a foreign land. I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed by Colin. He helped me pick a helmet first. I thought this would be simple but turns out my head is tiny! Colin walked me through trying on MANY helmets all the while giving me helmet info, explaining the safety ratings, and do's and don'ts about them. The XS helmets were all big on me except one that was too small. So he suggested a helmet with mips ( how knowledgeable do I sound ) and added pads that he changed out for me. It felt customized! Didn't slid forward, all that stuff. I also got a jacket. He told me about the safety rating for the jackets and was so helpful. At checkout Colin made a suggestions for my helmet that I bought. When I got home and tried my helmet on I realized how much he nailed it with the helmet and suggestions. I totally trust his knowledge about the gear in their store and will absolutely be back when I'm ready for more stuff. IMO Colin is the GOAT jr. I say this cause there was a girl there who was obviously a real GOAT expert. She was like a living Google search. She knew EVERYTHING off the top of her head. I had a great experience here and would recommend.

There are couple of Harleys and a Ninja in my Garage all needing some TLC . One is my beautiful 22 year old Heritage Softtail , the love of my life. Which apparently Harley Dealerships won't service after its 20 birthday. So I went and visited Jeff before the holiday to give him the low down on all the Bikes. He said let's work on them after the Holidays. So I had my Daughter Sportster 48 towed by AAA . I met the bike Cycle City. When I told Jeff what I wanted to do on the bike. He said you may not need all that. Let me take a look at it put it up on the lift and we'll see. There was an issue where Harley had kinked the gas line which was causing constant backfiring. It had been a while so the hose was pretty much trashed. Jeff had to order one. Kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on. I picked up her bike yesterday. I wrote it home, which is no easy task because she's a foot shorter than me in the bike is made for her. But man, the bike ran perfectly. For the first time the Reinhardt pipes sound sounded great. Rode like a champ. Even though my knees were up on my ears. I picked up the bike by dropping off my heritage. I picked that up today which needed an oil change at least and ask Jeff. Hey just check it out. I had a feeling some things need to be done to it. Jeff called me and said hey, you are metal on metal with your brakes. That kind of makes sense! That's probably why the bike wasn't stopping so quickly! So I told Jeff go ahead and replace them. In like no time he had them replaced, oil changed and the bike just checked out. So he said hey come on and pick it up.. Today I dropped off my ninja which everyone learns from. So it's kind of scratched up from falling and we wrapped it to cover the scratches. I can't wait to pick it up tomorrow. As I've never actually ridden that bike and it was super fun to ride. Can't wait to see how it rides after Jeff gets through with it tomorrow! When I drop off our other sportster 48. Jeff knows I'm spending a lot on four bikes so he's making sure that he is as sensitive to cost as possible. Totally happy with everything he's done so far. One thing that's amazing about Jeff, he gets so excited when people bring their bikes in to see the bike and give you that boasting moment that all bike riders love. I know I've got

Received a definite number $40 to change the tires on Supermoto wheels that are off the bike. When I get there I'm having a friendly conversation with the owner and I'm telling him these are practically brand new tires I'm changing that was stored outside the element securely wrapped up in shrinking wrap for 12 years and what he's doing then is recommending to change the tubes on them as well which I appreciate the sales pitch and he then goes on on showing me the tubes and giving me the price which will double my expected amount of money spending based on the code I received. Gave it some thought and decided I'm going to stick to the tubes that I currently have as they hold air and they're not heavy duty rated so they're not as heavy as the ones he offered me. The gentleman goes on saying to my face with no hesitation then I'm not going to change your tires telling me that my tubes are risky to run and he has the liability for my safety. Let me repeat that he's not trying to make sure I'm going to spend double of what he told me I'm going to spend he's more concerned about my well-being the money is just the aftermath of his concerns for my well-being which is extremely insulting when he expects someone to believe that first of all and second of all this is my call what I want to run on my damn Wheels. I can run this brand new 12 years old tires if I want to and no one can tell me otherwise and I definitely can run the unknown age of the tubes inside the 12 years old tires which could be older or newer and it's nobody's business. I told him it's my call and therefore he has no liability on what I chose to do as a grown man and he went on saying it doesn't have a form to sign me on release of liability and therefore I cannot take liability office ends which is another BS and an insult to your customers intelligence and I don't even think I need to go to the reasons why. I took my tires elsewhere and I will make sure I'm going to leave a review on every platform is on to warn all of you from having the same experience there.

Throughout this situation, I tried to remain professional and respectful and expressed my willingness to resolve everything amicably. Yet, after paying nearly $4,000 for a re-gear service, I discovered a massive gear oil leak covering my driveway the very next morning due to an improperly secured axle. This left my driveway stained and reeking of gear oil--with professional cleaning estimates ranging from $400 to $600--and I spent the entire weekend in anxiety, questioning whether my truck was even safe to drive, and eventually having to return it on Monday, which disrupted my business. During this process, I was communicating with my assigned service advisor, but responses were often delayed, unclear, or evasive; messages went unanswered, questions were redirected, and clear answers were difficult to obtain. When I brought the truck back, it was described as "just a loose axle" and claimed fixed, yet no documentation was provided proving that the differential or internal gears were inspected after I had driven it for an hour while leaking. Their claim that "there is no problem" or "everything is fine" is something no reasonable person could trust. With re-gear work, any mistake or improper setup often only becomes apparent after several thousand miles of driving. This is why a formal guarantee is not just a request, but a necessity. When I requested a formal written warranty, they only gave me a $0 invoice with no actual warranty terms or duration. For days, I calmly requested two very reasonable things: a formal written warranty and a fair resolution for the driveway damage. I never demanded compensation for emotional distress or lost business time; I simply asked for accountability. After experiencing this, I looked through other reviews and realized that my experience was not an isolated incident. I strongly urge everyone to READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS FIRST before coming here. You will see a chilling and habitual pattern: dodging responsibility, being 'afraid of standing behind their work,' and sneakily adding extra charges--then claiming they are unavoidable. In fact, I later realized the overcharge I experienced was just a small fraction compared to what others have reported. You will also notice that the owner's responses to negative reviews are always the same--robotic, defensive, and dismissive. They publicly ask customers to 'contact us' to give the appearance of being helpful, but it is nothing more than a deceptive marketing tactic. If they truly intended to resolve these issues, my driveway wouldn't still be stained, and I wouldn't be left with a useless $0 invoice instead of a real warranty. The fact that these 1-star reviews remain unchanged proves that their 'invitation to talk' is a sham and nothing ever gets resolved. They have a template for excuses but no manual for accountability. I am sharing my experience and my filing with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) so that other victims know there is a formal way to seek accountability. After seeing so many similar complaints, I strongly encourage anyone who has had similar experiences with their safety, property damage, or deceptive billing to file a formal complaint with the BAR as well. As a business owner for over 20 years, I understand mistakes happen, but I cannot accept a refusal to take responsibility. I am now filing a formal complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and initiating a credit card dispute. A strong online presence means nothing if a company fails to protect its customers' safety and property. [UPDATE: Response to the Owner's Reply] The owner's response below is exactly what I warned about: a robotic, defensive excuse that shifts the blame. They claim a 'failed C-clip' on an aftermarket part, but as any professional knows, this is a clear sign of improper installation, not a part failure. They also claim they 'verified' no internal damage, yet they provided zero technical proof or a detailed inspection report after I drove with no oil for an hour. Mentioning a '90-day warranty' now is laughable--if that were true, why did they refuse to provide a formal written warranty when I asked for it repeatedly for days? Their response is just another marketing tactic to look responsible in public while remaining unaccountable in private. My filing with the BAR and the credit card dispute will proceed as planned.
