Awesome guy, got to me VERY quickly. On Easter Sunday at that, took care of diagnosing and fixing multiple items, float valve issues causing fuel leak in carb, airbox filled with fuel, and we realized the previous owner never put in an air filter. Made recommendation to replace fuel adjust screw on carb at later time but got it up and running and good to go! Can't thank him enough and very happy that he replied. Great prices, awesome attitude, good sense of humor..... What more can you really ask for? Using him again in the future to figure out the electrical gremlins when he has more time, was amazed by how much he was able to take care of and even took the time to explain what he was doing so I could learn more about my first bike. I had a Covid bike that was in need of some serious work, meaning that my bike had sat for over a year, not ridden and it had the same tank of gas for over a year. The results were some serious fuel intake/injector/filters issues. I contact Justin and we spoke about the game plan on how to get this bike up and running again. His communication was spot on and his quotes for the work were very reasonable. Because it was the holidays, he was pretty busy with his own personal obligations along with other work he had on the burners, but he kept me in the loop and made the time to work on the bike. What I appreciate about Justin is that he is super methodic when it comes to the work he does. He investigated the main issues, but he also thinks past those issues and inspects areas of the bike that are the downflow of what the main issue could have done to other areas of the bike. The other thing I enjoyed was that he doesn't mind at all if you are around when he is conducting his work. I actually think he enjoys it. I was very curious of all the inter-workings of the bike and he explained everything as he went along. Oh BTW - he does the work at your home, which was a huge factor in my decision making to find a good mechanic. Anyway, he is very methodic and he looks at everything!!! from O-rings to the engine itself, he inspects, listens and observes the way the bike is running or not running and then he goes to work. One other thing, don't be afraid if he talks to himself. Like I said, he thinks the project through from beginning to end and he does in fact talk to himself when he does it. It's actually sort of cool because you can see how he works, thinks and then reacts to the needs of the bike. I highly recommend Justin if you are in need of any repairs or upkeep to your bike. He knows what he is doing and he produces great work. BTW - he quoted me a price that I honestly felt was too low. I tipped him another amount on the side because I felt he earned it. I am all about getting a good deal, but if someone produces great work and gets you the results you are looking for, I like to take care of them. Justin took care of me and my bike and I felt I took care of him for doing such a great job. One thing to make note of, when it comes to working on any bikes, cars, etc. there is time that it takes to do the work. Justin works out of his car and has all the necessary tools to do the job, but there were some things he had to do at his home because it took more than what he had in his car and the work extended out a couple weeks. If you are looking for immediate results and want to pay big $$$$ then Justin may not be your guy. J is great He's knowledgeable, punctual, communicates well, and does great work. I have used him twice. The first time, he cleaned my motorcycle chain and installed a flashing brake module. The second time, I had him install some auxiliary lights on my motorcycle. I didn't want to do it myself because I didn't want to deal with removing the fairings to run all of the wires. I'm not the best with electrical anyway. He took his time to do it right which is important in any job. He also followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with his work. Where do I start? There are so many reasons I would recommend calling J first for your auto repair. I have a Fiat 500 and calling around to get someone to look at my car was difficult, let alone explain anything to me. Justin has been nothing short of a gentleman by initially staying very patient with me (lost the car key before he came by home for the diagnostic) he helped me not only understand the problem with my car, but also shared his knowledge with me on what to do next. My car possibly needs a new engine so not something he could do in my driveway. I needed a set of trained eyes to look over my recently purchased 2009 Suzuki GSXR 1000 because I have a 30 day 1k mile warranty through a dealer. Justin was the perfect fit for the job and he is luckily a Suzuki motorcycle enthusiast himself. From the initial proceedings you can tell he is friendly, professional, outgoing, and down to earth. He went above and beyond with a super reasonable price. Looked through the bike, gave it a test drive, and dropped a lot of knowledge of things to watch for in maintenance and riding. Found a small leak at the bleeder valve on the rear brake instantly and tightened it.
