He fixed something taking only 15 mins to fix it. The washer worked for that day only and then stopped. I texted him, and he came back on the 16th. He fixed it again and the same thing happened, so I texted again. No response. I wound up calling someone else out & he stated the "mother board" needed to be replaced and that it would cost over $600 to fix. He also said the previous guy should've known this. So Eduardo's appliance charged me $303 to "fix" something he knew wouldn't solve my issue. It makes sense why he ignored me because he charged me for something he knew he couldn't fix.

He ordered a new part and returned a couple a days later with the new drain pump. He was polite, professional and friendly. Interestingly, after he left the washer was still not working properly. The repair was moderately priced and I will call again to have my dryer vacuumed and cleaned.

(They did not know the dishwasher was almost brand new) They called to get my authorization to pay, and I declined to have the work done. They stated I need to pay the $69 visit fee only. Later I get a call from Kate, the dispatcher, stating I now need to pay $199 for cleaning fee. However, I stated I never authorized any additional services. They fixed the problem within 15 minutes for the total visit. There were small pieces of plastic there that needed to be cleaned out and the dishwasher is working fine. I guess I didn't need the drain pump to be replaced for $350 after all. When I called to complain, they agreed to take the additional cleaning fee and charge the visit fee only. They subsequently called to apologize and waive my visit fee of $69.

My parents went around all day looking and trying to find the best deal for a long lasting fridge. When we go to the store, it was nice and had very impressive selection of fridge. I tagged along as a translator for my parents and when I approached the information booth, one of the salesmen referred us to another man that was sitting in the front. While he greeted us with warmth, he came off very condescending. He was very snappy and aggressively with his response. While having an airpod in his ear, he was rushing us through all the selection. It almost felt like he didn't want to work with us (since he was told by another man to help us) and judging that my parents didn't know anything. As we were walking away, we weren't surprised to see him playing on his phone.
