So I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to drop my tire off because the main person (presumably the manager/owner) handling the register left her there by herself. She eventually took my information on pen and paper and I left because the manager training her never showed back up. A day goes by - nothing. The next day, I call in to see if my rim is repairable. The guy answers and says they sent it somewhere to get it checked out - doesn't give me pricing or anything but said it'd be either that day or next when he hears back. 4 days later I finally hear back that the tire is ready. Not given pricing or anything. But at this point I'm tired of driving on a donut so I go to pick it up and I have to wait another hour to pick up my tire. Not because it's busy, but because the manager and the city are arguing in front of all the customers about the location in which the business resides and the complaints they're getting about the parking situation. By the time I get to pay for my tire and rim, he comes off as condescending to me because I ask a question about my tire that they found a hole in while fixing my rim, and while checking me out, decides to start gossiping in Spanish to another customer about the "lies" the city was telling him in this "meeting" they had in front of all of us customers. As if for me and other assumed non-Spanish-speaking customers to not understand, I guess? Well, I understood because I speak Spanish. I didn't see it as very professional to be gossiping/not having your business meetings in private anyways. And then finally, SURPRISE! To fix the rim it's gonna be 185 dollars. That's cool, I guess. But a little estimate would've been nice at least on the Monday I dropped it off. Or the next Tuesday...or Wednesday. The invoice that I got claims that I said "I hit a curb" when it was a pothole. I don't want my claim to the city to be debunked because they weren't attentive to detail when I went in the first day and explained the situation to the new girl. And to top it all off, there was a "here's your invoice" in the midst of him ranting in Spanish to the lady. I didn't even receive adequate customer service or a "thank you" or anything. So I will take my business elsewhere for car troubles.

All his staff (except Kenneth Tran) are very courteous and respectful. They send you pictures of your car as soon as you bring it in so you have evidence of the condition it's in when you drop it off. They also send you updates/photos during the repair so you don't have to question if they REALLY did the work they claimed. The only thing I would change about this shop is getting rid of the front desk guy, as his attitude towards customers is really combative and rude--and he's never worked as a technician so he doesn't know what he's talking about when he 'recommends' things you need.

This vehicle has over 270k miles on it and the original heater hose blew after picking my daughter up from Langham Creek HS. I was able to get there just as the temperature pegged the gage. Diagnosed that morning and had to order parts. The idle had to wait until that was fixed. Ended up being the throttle control sensor again. 4th one for this truck, as I found out by research, it's the most common replaced part for this model. The first 2 they got were faulty. 3rd was the charm and it's running smoothly again. Great work guys!

The coolant leak is from an auxiliary radiator. I drive a CTS-V, so its not your basic cooling system. But, they were honest about it and didn't even charge me for diagnosing the issue since they couldn't work on it. Definitely taking my other cars here when they need something.

I have a classic 1997 Ford F150 and about four years ago I got some brake-work done by another mechanic in town. When I got the vehicle back, the brakes were worse than before! After going back multiple times to make it right, I finally washed my hands and walked away. I went to TWO other recommended mechanics after that to tried to get the situation correctly diagnosed and resolved. Both places said nothing was wrong even after a test drive with me in the vehicle each time. I started to think that it was just the fact that my truck was older.
