Didn't really tell me anything or suggest ideas. Another, no one was around the shop and didn't really seem like they were working on anything. I went to see Arlo at AFAB and he took time talking about what and how needs to be done. Went out to the car, sat in it, and spent time looking it over. Came back into the shop and looked at suggested leather and other materials. Came up with ideas on what would look good and what would not. My wife and I even had a different idea and he suggested not to do it because less is more with our car (black exterior and tan interior...we want more black in the seats. Ended up with what he suggested and looks fantastic!). We trusted what he says since he is the professional and knows what he is doing. The seats and center console turned out awesome!

Highly recommend Euro Auto Solutions and Bilial! I came in for a pre-purchase inspection feeling…read moreoverwhelmed about buying a car from a private seller. I know very little about cars, and I needed someone whose expertise I could trust. Bilial was incredibly accommodating when I needed to reschedule and completed the inspection in about 30 minutes. He also took extra time to answer my questions, explain my options, and help me make an informed decision. I never felt embarrassed about what I didn't know or rushed through the process. What stood out most was that he saw the person behind the appointment. He recognized the stress I was under and was thoughtful, patient, and generous with his knowledge. His help gave me the confidence to move forward. For other women navigating this on their own--or anyone unsure about cars--I hope my experience gives you confidence to reach out to Euro Auto Solutions. Bilial earned my trust, and I've already recommended him to my entire family. I would feel completely comfortable returning for future car needs. Thank you, Bilial. I'm deeply grateful for your expertise and kindness, and for taking the time to help me when I really needed it.

I am extremely disappointed with how Buddy's Auto Repair & Alignment handled a serious issue after…read moreservicing my transmission. Shortly after their transmission service, my transmission failed while I was out of state. The service center that inspected the vehicle documented that the transmission fluid level measured approximately twice the specified operating range at operating temperature...was over-filled. They also found low and fluctuating pump pressure and diagnosed an internal pump failure, ultimately recommending replacement of the transmission due to so much internal damage. When I spoke with Brian, the owner, on June 19, I explained what the other shop had found and asked whether the transmission might not have been drained properly before being refilled. Brian immediately responded that it was his "best technician" and that he wouldn't have forgotten to drain it. He told me he would speak with the technician and promised he wouldn't "blow me off." He never called me back. After waiting eighteen days, I called him myself. Instead of following up on the concerns I had raised, the conversation took a very different direction. Brian stated the transmission had been slipping and shuddering (two of the EXACT symptoms I reported to him during our first conversation after experiencing transmission failure) and that this had been documented on the inspection. None of that was mentioned during our first conversation, even though he had the invoice and information in front of him at the time. When I originally picked my vehicle up after the transmission flush and fill (along with wheel alignment and drive belt replacement...general maintenance items), they told me everything was fine and did not mention anything being an issue after working on my vehicle. The original invoice states the transmission was refilled to the proper level using eight quarts of transmission fluid and that the vehicle was test-driven. The subsequent inspection by another service center documented a transmission fluid level well above the specified operating range. Brian ultimately offered to refund the invoiced total amount I paid for their service plus an additional $500 as a customer satisfaction payment. Considering I ultimately had to spend approximately $5,000 to replace the transmission with a remanufactured unit while being majorly inconvenienced when out of state, that offer did little to address the financial impact. What I found unacceptable was the lack of communication, the failure to follow through on a promised callback, and the unwillingness to meaningfully stand behind their work when I was facing a very large repair bill. I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision. I can only speak about my own experience, and based on how this situation was handled, I will never go back to this business.
